Best best best groomer hands down!

I have tried making appointments at this place multiple times because its so close to my house. They never pick up the phone and then take days to call back. I have tried walking in and all the lady said was "we are booked" with no other suggestion to return on another day. I finally made an appointment set for over a month out. Its my fault that I didn't make the appointment, I'll give them that, but I got no calls, emails, texts, nothing to remind me. In my experience, that's a pretty common thing to practice at any business who require appointments. I don't know how their grooming is, im sure its fine, but their lack of customer service trumped all and I will not try to contact them again. They clearly don't care about my business.

My Timmy (Pitt/Lab mix) loves this place... he is a short hair doggie and always feels so soft and fluffy after being groomed...so needless to say, I love it as well. They really love the fur-babies and take excellent care of them❣❣❣

We use to take our dog to Petsmart. That is a rip off compared to the service and quality here. They take individual time and I always feel comfortable dropping her off. Our fur baby didn't like going to the groomers much before but she seems very content here!

Greatest place on earth (especially for dogs!). Take my very anxiety ridden, rescued Australian Shepherd to Jill and her staff and she always comes home happy, beautiful and well cared for.

Clean. Friendly. My two pooches looked great.
