The Bingle Vet team cared for our fur babies the last five and six years of their lives. The care from the front office staff (William and Mandy) and Dr. Tesh and his tech team was always compassionate and straightforward. Our appointments were always on time- even when they were busy. While we have lost both of our babies in the last months to senior age related illnesses, we feel that the staff at Bingle provided us with every option available and made them happy and comfortable. They treated our babies like they were their own and that's really all you can ask for with a veterinary office.

This was one of the cleanest vets I’ve been too in a long time. New customer here so we were able to use the initial discount which was great, but the cleanliness and thoughtfulness of the crew and vet went above and beyond. I’m used to the uneasy process of vets trying to upsell on things maybe not needed, but our vet was thorough and did exactly what was needed. Quick and simple process and this is definitely my future veterinarian of choice moving forward!

I would like to thank Ms.Wendy and Ms. Jasmine for taking great care of our fur babies Apollo and Penny. I was a wonderful feeling to be able to board them and have them being care for and spoiled (lol) as though they were at home. I am glad Apollo and Penny enjoyed their stay and I loved seeing their pictures or Facebook. Thank you!

I am hesitant to write this negative review because I understand how appointments work and how a business runs but I honestly thought that throughout the positive experiences that we have had so far with Bingle Vet that they would have handled this latest issue differently. Our dog was having a seizure and we called them to see if they could squeeze him in to at lease check his vitals and make sure he is okay to avoid having to go to the emergency room and pay thousands. We live 2 minutes away so I thought that they would allow us to run him in and have him quickly checked out. We have taken our dog here in the past regarding his seizures so we thought they would triage him in for a quick check up and to make sure everything was okay. After 5 minutes of being on hold, the receptionist tells us that there is nothing they can do and to take him to the emergency room. By this time the seizure was over but we live 2 minutes away and they could have seen him during his seizure and potentially been able to finally diagnose by seeing it happen in real time. It really made us feel like there was a lack of compassion towards our pets and that the business is strictly a business and doesn't actually care about the well- being of their patients (our pets). After this, I requested a doctor or a manager to call me back to discuss and figure out if this is common practice or a fluke and 1.5 weeks went by without a call back. Not to mention, we cancelled our appointment that they booked for us the next day (after the seizure) and they still charged us the $25 cancellation fee (petty, I know, but seriously...) Bottom line, pets become like children to us and I'm upset because Bingle Vet showed their true colors in a time that we needed their help most. It seems like there is not much compassion towards their patients and that is our top priority in a vet. We will be finding another vet in the future. EDIT: Changing from 1 star to 5 stars because of continued support and care for our pets. Bingle Vet recently sent out an email clarifying their weekend policy and how they will be handling situations like ours and I had to immediately come and revise my review because of their clarification and stance on walk-in vet treatment. We will continue to take our 2 dogs and cat here and I appreciate the clarification and consideration.

Love love love this clinic! The technicians work so hard to love your pets and they put up with my last minute grooming and boarding requests. But they all genuinely love your fur babies!

Honestly, I was blown away at the cate6 my 15 year old Maltese got here. It was his first time being seen, and they were ao delicate and loving with him. Im so glad I found Bingle Vet!

Dr. Seemane is compassionate and understanding and has extended my Benny's life just alittle more. Sadly my Benny lost his battle this past May we were with him when he left for Doggie heaven love you Benny.

We switched to Bingle Vet Clinic from Memorial Cat Hospital because we needed monthly nail trims without the drama. Our kitties hate getting inside their carriers to go anywhere so once they arrive for their nail appointment they’re not in the best mood. The young man at the front desk is always really nice. Wendy and her assist are FAST and so kind. The trim is $20 and it literally takes less than 5 mins. There is no extra charge for the cats being feisty (the cat hospital charges extra). We will be back again and again.

so disappointed that this is the SECOND time i come to an appointment just to be told by the SAME guy at the front that there was no appointment in their system for me. the guy at the front is also rude and does not work with you at all to help. he turned me away the first time because i was 8 minutes late… i get so annoyed coming here now just because i have to deal with him and his unprofessional service.

11/2/2021 Incredibly nice folks walked me through the issues with a family member's pupper. Very helpful and wonderful help. Highly recommended. 8/2021 My dog is having some issues from his previous life. We got him as a rescue dog and is incredibly loving. We were recommended going here to get the best treatment.

Super nice and attentive nurse and doctor. Made appointment at 130. They called back and requested to come 10mins early. Didn't get seen until 140 which was a bit annoying.

A big time shout out for MS. Wendy and Jasmine for being so loving and caring about our pets.I trust them completely and would never leave Bingle Vet because of these two ladies!!They are the best!!!

Front desk staff is so unprofessional!! I took my cat as a walk in emergency filled out paperwork and was willing to wait. My frustration began when I notice a lady who also was waiting asked how much longer will her wait be and the nurse in the front desk with blonde hair who was already making rude faces when we arrived say let me check and takes the lady back. When I just checked in and stated that my cat had been hit or attacked!! That this is an emergency!! ( this is a emergency clinic) i would never recommend this location front desk service sucks

The whole staff was welcoming and very clean and sanitary. They also offered treats for the pups at the front desk. Very quick!

Great facility, friendly staff, and timely appointments! The lady behind the counter was even kind enough to give my son a ball toy to play with our rescue dog misty!

I had a very unpleasant experience with this clinic. We weren’t aware of the late policy when we made our appointment. They called me when I was outside unloading my dog and I told them I was there getting my dog down. When I entered the building the lady at the front desk said “Yeah no we are going to have to reschedule” in a very rude way. I was very upset because I was just on the phone with another lady from the same clinic who said she was going to come out and she knew I was in the parking lot. My dog is in discomfort with a skin allergy and he couldn’t even get seen when we’ve been waiting for this appointment. Again I am very upset and disturbed with this clinic. I will not recommend to anyone.

Very attentive, cared well for our dog, and accurately billed us properly. Took great care with the special care we needed for the dog.

The only reason I am rating it three stars is because I love how Dr. Seeman treats my pets. She is very cautious and understanding. Even when something sounds crazy she try’s to see our point of view… Unlike Dr. Andrew. Don’t get me wrong he’s good too but I prefer Dr. Seeman. All the receptionists are great!

They took care of my dog for 10 days. I got him back with a pet resort report card and he did awesome ????

Today I 've got ashes of my dog Raisa. Bingle Vet "took care " of her since 2012. I think that she was strong and healthy to live 13 years. As 10 days before her passing away the Bingle Vet doctor examined her and prescribed just antibiotics,. ER stated that she had hemangiosarcoma, in final stage and nothing could be done. Bingle Vet never prevented me, just billed, they always were interested to get money, just more money. I wouldn't blame them if they ever checked on my dog for such a terrible terminal disease. But no, she had no chance to be treated to live. Such caring doctors, people I wouldn't like to come even close to me or anybody who needs health care, particularly innocent animals.

Nurse and doctor were SO sweet and kind and happy. I had a good day after that.

I love the place, super convenient, but really miss being able to have prescriptions faxed to Chewy. Super difficult now and made it not worth the trouble...and have to pay a lot more for meds that way.

They are nice to my pets I love how they treat them, coming from a horrible vet clinic this one is perfect 10/10. I really like how they call me to see how my pets are doing when they get there shots. Such caring people

I felt certain things are a little pricey but I think this is a very high quality establishment, it has a very professional look and the staff is very friendly and competent. I trust this place with my animals

“Deceptive trade practices” called in and explained profusely 12 week old puppy required one shot said it would be $55 to see showed up they immediately handed me a bill for $134 the vet was very distant and made you feel below her I would not recommend this place yes for my customers I did the old bait and switch they wouldn’t be customers anymore consumers a lot more Sabe these days and they know how to shop for prices and SERVICE.

Shout out to Wendy at the spa!!! Took my fur baby Andy for a some spa time. He was In need of some TLC. What can I say other than my Andy has anxiety and Wendy took good care of him and SHE done an OUTSTANDING job. She was very friendly and caring. We will definitely go back! Thank you Wendy for the Wonderful care and friendliness ????

Extremely professional, absolutely love this place. Definitely worth every dollar spent. Dr. Seeman is amazing. She made the process of putting our Kobe to sleep as easy as it could be for something as painful as it was. She even saved our new pups life as he had a bad reaction to the anesthesia during a neuter surgery. We are so thankful for her and the staff. I would recommend this place to any and everyone. The whole staff is wonderful.
