The vet was a straight a hole

Very fast, no wait time. Vet was phenomenal! She is our new primary for our puppy. She was informative and caring. She made the best decisions for my puppy when I wasn't sure and taught me alot in just a short visit. If you want quality go there. She also will work around your budget if you need her to but I suggest doing what she says she knows what's she's doing ????

Great vet. Very informative. Amazing staff. Been coming here over 15 years now. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Update: I saw someone in the comments complain about the vet asking for a budget. It’s because she wants to treat your animal while also not breaking your pocket! And will tell you what she can do, and how she can work with you/your pet, with the budget you have! Unlike other vets who tell you it’ll be $1000 and that’s that.

The lady is very rude & unprofessional, she refused service & said wouldn’t treat my puppy because she was frustrated , don’t go here all they want is money sorry asssseessss

The lady has the ugliest unprofessional attitude I have ever had from a vet…they also delete their bad reviews so people won’t get a hold of them!..I would soo give them no stars at all

They were able to take us without an appointment. We had no wait. Took our new puppy because we had many concerns about his health. Dr was so informative as was her assistant. They even called us a few days after our visit to see how our puppy was doing. We are definitely going back.

Great work by Dr Burns, always spot on her diagnosis and preventive medication. Highly recommended and pricing very reasonable, really cares about taking care of your pet not getting more money from you.

I really like this place you don't even have to make an appointment you just call from your car when you're there and they'll tell you when you can go in.Also very good service, I really recommend this place for your pets.

Worst vet I’ve ever been to.The veterinarian was rude and we waited two hours to be assisted lazy unethical place

Had to put spike down but the doctor was direct and told me I was doing the right thing which I feel I did. The vet is a very good vet and I'm thankful for her words

Vet was nice and really good with my pet. Assistant not knowledgeable, and rude. No patience with my puppy. First time pet owner here. They took us in last minute during the Holidays. Grateful for that.

Staff isn't the friendliest but I guess they are not really there for that. Exams are ridiculously fast but I can't really complain because my dog got better immediately. They know what they're doing. There is 1 guy in particular who did not talk to me at all but was just so nice to my dog. I wish the staff would be more like him.

Wow. I am very disappointed in the vet. I wrote an okay review last time about how nice the staff was except for the vet and how she was pompous and did not listen to concerns. Boy was i right. I tried to go back today, and to my surprise the representative let me know the vet did not want to see me anymore because i wrote a “bad review” and she did not want to disappoint me anymore? What? Okay. So i said, “i have been going here for a while and i had one bad experience i can give her one more chance”. Nope i was told, “the vet says no, she doesn’t want to see me”. Instead of proving me wrong and trying to change my opinion of her all she did was prove me right. I was right about her character. I hope she does not treat her employees as bad as she treats her customers. To the vet, you were very unprofessional and i hope you change because i was willing to look away from my dislike of you for my dog because he is family and he needed care but as i can see the animals are not whats important to you. This is a bad review. Recognize it.

I tried to take my two dogs to Dr. Burns, a Vet and we have gone to her for many years; however, the guy taking my information was rude, said he could only see one dog and wanted me to list off the medicine both dogs medication, which is information the guy had in front if him. I felt like the whole was unprofessional and I will not be using the Vet
