We’ve been using Bellaire Blvd Animal Clinic for about 20 years . Dr. Peckham and his staff are A+. So professional. Not your cookie cutter vets office

This is a very good place for pet care. No nonsense, old school vet and vet tech. Exactly what I needed as my cat was in distress. Great receptionist. Highly recommended by a co-worker, and I extend that recommendation to you.

The Lady at the front desk is extremely rude . No Hi how may I help you or This is beechnut animal clinic how may I help you ? If you don’t want to work at a animal clinic don’t work there period . I simply called to see if there were any available appointments ,and she gets a attitude and says No I cannot come today .. I specifically didn’t ask for a appointment today I said any available appointment for any other day or next week ! I also asked if they are proving a free health exam for my newly adopted puppy ,and to purchase a refill for my dogs prescription. It is very unprofessional to approach new guest in such a Highly disgusting manner . Then she got personal when I called her out ... Most Definitely need new staff who knows how there treating these innocent dogs behind closed doors ...

This vet was extremely rude. As soon as I came in the office to speak to the Doctor, he immediately started abruptly and judgmentally telling me I should have already brought my bird. I didn't even get a "hello" from anyone. Extremely rude and judgemental place. It was pretty bad. I let him know I'm gonna go ahead and leave, and he said EXTREMELY sarcastic and rudely "theres the front door." And he hadn't even laid eyes on my bird. Waste of time and waste of gas. You should definitely look elsewhere for your loved animals.

This place is unbelievable. Whoever answered the phone was rude and unprofessional, she wouldn't even give me an appointment. She told me to Google animal clinics and take my pet somewhere else??? No explanation of any kind. Pathetic customer service, im glad im not taking my pet here, if thats how the handle new customers i can only imagine their service.

Not sure if the receptionist is having a bad day or something but I got hung up on twice and then yelled at for asking about fecal pricing for my bearded dragon

I have been going to this vet since I one had some birds back in 2007 but as of 2018 I return with a pup. Im not sure where did this lady at the front desk come from but she was not there before. I have call 3-4 times in the past 7 months maybe and the last 2 times she has been extremely rude and unprofessional. I called yesterday to find out if they had an opening for tomorrow and she was rude and just said no she didnt even looked it up. After saying no she asked what was wrong with my pet in a rude way raising her voice and I told that i didnt know thats why i wanted it to bring her in. And ask also if i was a current customer or not just like the previous reviews. Bottom line she should not be answering the phone or if she is happy with her job to look for a different one. Other then that service with the other staff is great. Just be aware of just that one lady. Its sad this place is getting bad reviews because of the front desk lady.

Dr. Peckham is thorough and extremely good. His staff is great with dogs. I have tried cheaper places. They are fine for giving routine shots, but at Bellaire Blvd Animal Clinic I know my dogs are being thoroughly checked out every moment they spend there, and appropriate treatment being recommended and given.

AMAZING clinic. I don't feel comfortable taking my dog anywhere else.

My dog died under anesthesia while in Dr Peckhams care. He was having some very bothersome skin tags removed. We went thru a complete blood panel and checkup to ensure he was healthy for anesthesia. Everything was fine. Until I got that phone call. You may be thinking....”sometimes this happens” I understand that. I also needed to share my experience.

Horrible services tried to make an appointment for my adorable doggies just a check up.Lady on the phone asked me if I was a previous customer or a new one. As I'm currently looking for a vet as mine is out on vacation.When I answered her she said and I quote " No I suggest you take your business else where you should go on google and search up vet clinics and try them" First of all it came out rude like its not like i want the services free I know I'll have to pay I mean If thIs is how they do business I wouldn't trust them with my dogs.If I could give this zero stars trust me I would horrible experience horrible staff just atrocious in all aspects.

They are smart and truly love all the dogs. I know this because I'm a doog lover to. Good peple

Trimmed my rabbits teeth, did a great job, at a great price. They look wonderful , more than pleased, highy recommended.

Very good vet to take your exotic animals too

The front desk lady was really sweet and understanding with our tardiness to the appointment! Dr. Peckham was very experienced with reptiles and shared his knowledge about snake maintenance. He not only gave a thorough examination but showed me every step (literally asking for me to look over his shoulder) he was taking, making sure my snake was well taken care of. I felt really comfortable with him handling my snake. a bit of a drive from where we live however WELL WORTH EVERY CENT WE PAID! will only come back to him from this day forward. Thank yall so much! For sure check them out if needing a affordable and experienced vet!!

I really don't like leaving negative reviews, but the receptionist I spoke with was extremely rude and unprofessional. I called looking for an appointment as soon as possible after being referred to Dr. Peckham by another vet. While trying to explain what was going on, she interrupted me multiple times, and then told me that there was nothing available today and they were closed tomorrow, so I should google exotic vets and take him somewhere else. It's shame, because there are so many wonderful reviews about this place, but your front desk staff is the first impression of a clinic, and I was not impressed.

I called a few vets to see pricing and availability for a well check up. The woman on the phone should NOT be the voice of your business. She was extremely harsh and rude. A huge turn off, I would gladly go elsewhere , rather than deal with this woman.

I wish I could leave a rating of zero stars. Dr. P has very poor bedside manner and when asking for my wife's pets records was very rude about sending them via email compared to fax. Who has a fax machine anymore?? It's 2019 time to step up the run down facility and time to update the practice of medicine and update record keeping to digital maybe??? But again, rude, and unwelcoming atmosphere. Even the staff seemed like they don't want to be there. Sad sad sad. Save your time and money and find a different place.

The lady at the front desk seems rudd an I had to cancel both times called inadvance an she was literally not interested anymore.. Well I guess u guys are really rich to turn anyone away. I WILL NOT BE TAKING MY CAT IN AN ILL TELL OTHERS NOT TO COME.

We had a great experience with Dr. Peckham and Bellaire Blvd Animal Clinic yesterday. Unfortunately, a cat that we found on the streets a few weeks ago was declining in health. It was super early in the morning and we weren't familiar with any vets in the area. We found this clinic online and it was close so we headed over there. We had to wait a bit for technicians to arrive but when they did and we had to make the decision to help him cross the rainbow bridge, they were wonderful. They were all compassionate and we had never even stepped foot in the office before. I would recommend them to anyone needing an honest and caring veterinarian!

Dr. Peckham is the best! He saved my dog I will never go anywhere else highly recommend him! And my dog Scooby is never scared to go there he loves dr. Peckham and his staff to me that speaks volumes

Dr. Peckham is an extraordinary vet. Your pet is in very good hands at his clinic. All of the staff are pleasant and knowledgeable. The clinic is also reasonably priced.

My animals are my children and will only trust a vet that loves animals as much as I do. Dr. Pecham goes above and beyond to do everything humanly possible to treat my pets

Nice and respectful people. Great clinic but had a sad experience there cause my sister's rat had real bad cancer in his head they didn't want him to suffer and went ahead and put him down we we're all super sad he was part of the family.
