Have been going to this location for year's. They have always given me the facts and they have not tried to push me to do something that was not necessary.

The vet assistant was knowledgeable enough and very eager to help. She was good with my dog precious and she had 2 plans available, what the vet recommended and what could wait. The doctor was knowledgeable in my dogs condition and worked with me on the bill

Please don’t go to this hospital. The doctor prescribed my dog Convenia on Saturday November 6th for a UTI. I wasn’t aware that Convenia has resulted in the deaths of many dogs and cats since it’s primary use is for skin infections. However, my dog was prescribed this for a UTI and she died the very next day. We are completely heartbroken. This is gross negligence by Cy-Fair Animal Hospital and I wouldn’t wish this on any dog owner.

My boyfriend took my dog here when she died due to me being out of town they helped him and checked her heartbeat and everything. They gave us an option to leave her there and pay for her to be cremated of course I went with the cremation option. I went to pick her up and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Brought my moms very sick and elderly cat to this clinic and I overall liked the experience. The wait was a bit long, but we didn't have an appointment and it was in the afternoon. Still very much appreciated all the help and information we were given.

We had to put down our family dog the staff was very nice & respected our time to morn. The facility was super clean I've also gotten my Coggins test done on my horse.

I am sooo impressed with the Doctors and the staff. I would not trust my fur babies with any other place. When you have them calling you at home after hours just to check on your babies. You have found a wonderful and caring Vet.

Dr. Burnett and her staff is Amazing! They take such good care of our Kobe.

About a year ago early one morning, one of my furbabies began having seizures. I called his previous vet’s office for help but was turned away. Dr. Burnett and the staff at Cy-Fair were a godsent. They were able to see him that afternoon and get him the right care and medication. Needless to say, we have not gone back to that office and are very thankful to Dr. Burnett’s and amazing team.

Cy fair and Dr. Burnett have been the best for care for my animals. They deal with even the most delicate matters with compassion and understanding. I won't take my furbabies anywhere else.

I can't tell you how much I love this vet. They cured my dog when he had parvo. They allowed to see him everyday whenever we wanted too. We called multiple vets about parvo treatment and most were charging $8000 at Aldine we payed $600. If it weren't for them I'm positive that he would have died. They actually care about the animals. They aren't in it just for the money. I love love love this vet and can not recommend them enough

I wouldn't suggest taking your animal in on a Friday afternoon. The staff is wrapping things up and ready to go out. I brought my dog in and the staff laughed and carried on for five minutes before I eventually went out and asked if they were going to send a vet in. They gave her a shot as a temporarily fix and told me to call the emergency room if anything happened afterwards since they didn't have any care after hrs. My dog died.

Good place to take ur pets. They are always attentive and nice. Otherplaces just dont take to mind that the animals are nore that just a payday they r breathing leving creatures. Dont make my mistake take ur pet for a check up. If I had done that earlier he would probably had make it. Please take them for a check up.!!

Dr Burnett is amazing. Very accommodating; every time one of my dogs has needed an appointment they have been able to fit me in. The prices are very reasonable. She takes wonderful care of my dogs!

Got really worried about my kitty and they were prompt and friendly with our visit. Answered my questions and service was affordable!

Be careful if you are taking your dog and ask them how many appts they are going to give you, l took my dog for the first time for shots and check up and l was told to come back in 3 weeks, so l go back and l was told l have to go back again for more shots, and than one more after 3 weeks, so thats a total of 4 appointments every 3 weeks for shots, plus you have to pay for check up everytime. I never heard of this, l have been to other places and you go probably 2 in a tow for the first time, the rest is just extra money they are making. And my dog still missing the rabbies vaccine. I called the place and asked them why so many appts and they said thats how they do it. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

The staff is so compassionate. And very understanding. If you ever need to put your loving pet too sleep i recommend them highly
