Dr. Jones has been taking care of our family pets since I can remember! Highly recommend!

This was our first visit to this office. We adopted our girl 1 week ago from the Harris County Shelter. We have never had a Lab nor a shelter dog. Dr. Jones and his staff were phenomenal! He is extremely knowledgeable and informative. The staff was so kind and loving to our baby. I am so happy they were able to get us in last minute. A beautiful experience! My kids and Cocoa were very pleased!

More concerned on you wearing a mask to their facility, than they are in taking in your pet. I walked in, and the three people at the desk all rushed to put their masks on. I understand, they are not “real doctors”, but they should at least know, masks are pointless…take your Pets to My Family Vet. Your animals are the main concern to them.

So glad I switched vets! Dr Jones and staff were so helpful. My shelter pup isnt a fan of the vet but she was given great care. They were able to give her an exam - without being sedated!

I’m Justin with the new kitten. I got referred her by Denise. It’s a good place; Dr Jones is knowledgeable. Only been here once, hope it stays fantastic! Came here again. Best vet in town, long established vet. Good prices. There are so good that everybody comes here and they should pick customers, not customers picking vets! Growing up !

Have taken my dog to Dr. Jones since 2010. He is a great guy and deals with the animals as if he was his own. Dr. Jones has helped me with several problems thought this time period. My Dog pasted away and after a couple of weeks I had to get another so I wouldn't be so lonesome. I took my new dog to 249 Animal Clinic for him to check her over. He was great as always and was proud of me for adopting again.

This place had my appointment set at 10:30am. They didn't take in my baby until 11:30am. So if you need to make an appointment know that you are going to be seen almost an hour later.

Dr. Jones is the best Veterinarian is the business. The most kind, honest, and dependable man around. Been going to see him for 20+ years for all our animals. Just an all around great place. 10 out of 10.

I called in to tell them my puppy is 14 weeks and will be needing rabius shot and the woman i spoke to said come in we will hep you and you do not need any appointment. So on Wednesday morning, I show up with my 14 week puppy, and they told me that I needed to come back because he was not 18 weeks. And that rabius is not important that there is a chance of 1,000,000 my puppy will get rabius. But i wonder why the state of Texas requires my baby to get a rabius shot for the license? On top of it my puppy threw up on the way there, my puppy gets car sick and to have them waste my time. I would have appreciate it if i have been told that my puppy had to be 18 weeks to get the vaccine. I do not think this true. Worst place do not go there, bad information.

Love this Animal Clinic..the Best

Randy Jones and his fabulous staff have cared for our 4 fur babies since we moved here 16 years ago. I cannot say enough good about their expertise and caring nature. Randy and his staff have helped us keep our 2 cats and 2 dogs going for a long time. All of them lived over 16 years with our last baby Ditto recently passing away at 17 years old. If you are looking for a heart-centered group of people who love your animals as if they were there own you need to go to this clinic.

Oh my gosh... where do i start?.... we have been going to see Dr. Randy for almost 20 years. Now my grown sons, still use him with their pets. We would not go anywhere else. No other vet could give your baby such quality, compassionate care. I really like Dr. Randy Jones. He is shy but so friendly, answers ALL your questions, is a great listener, he is so knowledgeable and he is a great teacher too. You can tell that this is more than a job for him,..he really cares about animals and you can see it in his mannerism towards your pet, the look in his face, the gentle way he treats them. We recently had to put our oldest dog down not too long ago. It was heartbreaking. Dr Jones was so compassionate, i greatly appreciated it so much, because i really needed that. A few days later i received a card signed with condolences and signatures of everyone at the clinic; it touched our hearts, it truly did. We are so fortunate and grateful for the care, the love, you give our pets. Thank you, Dr. jones.

I am very thankful for this Veterinarian office. I was visiting Houston and my dog encountered a flea problem. The doctors and staff went the extra mile for me to assist and allowed me to purchase a flea kill pill for my dog. No other Veterinarians in the area will willing to help me out like this office, since I wasn't an existing client. They gave me great advice and I was able to fix my dogs problem real fast. Everyone was awesome to work with..

Dr. Jones and his staff are simply amazing and the kindest group I have ever come across. The compassion that they have is unbelievable. I highly recommend this clinic.
