Always Great! Quick in and out! I love the feel of it NOT being a MEGA STORE. Petco - Grapevine has a great selection of all types and brands, yet I don't walk in and feel overwhelmed with steel rafters stocked high to the ceiling.

Employees aren't polite and extremely sub par care taken of small animals, reptiles and fish. If you want a healthy reptile or fish, go to a serpenterium or a reputable breeder.

The sales lady and the cashier were super friendly and knowledgeable

Bri helped is when we were in a rush with a crate for the airport. EXCELLENT customer service with Bri

I found what I was looking for for some reason a lot of pet stores carry little maid self cleaning litter box but don't carry the receptacles and I found them in petco at grapevine tx. And that was a win win because if a order online I have to wait up to 2 days for the delivery.

I'm a new Petco customer. I have two new puppies! Small store, not much variety. I wish they had more in-store than on-line. I do like their pals reward plan, and I do plan on sticking with them for my future doggy needs.

I forgot the gentleman's name who helped us but he was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He spent time with us while helping other customers as well.

TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE. Simple nail clipping turned traumatic. My dog left bleeding. The whole experience was awful. What’s worse — they tried to offer me the clipping for free. I declined, paid full price (tipped 20%) and told them I’d be writing this review. If you care about your animal — go elsewhere.

Friendly and helpful. It was very expensive to was my dog but they gave me a discount that made it much more reasonable. They wouldn't accept the rabies tag on my dog i had to provide paperwork or they had to verify with the vet. That was pretty inconvenient.

I have been shopping at pet stores for roughly 3 decades. Over the past couple months, this store has really changed for the better! The staff seems to have a great attitude, the shelves are stocked and clean, etc. I asked one of the employees I what had changed recently, and they said a whole new group of managers came in. I now drive past the other couple PetCo‘s to come to Grapevine. Oh I love my experiences here!

The store is MUCH improved over the past months. A year ago it wasnt unusual to walk in and never see an employee! Much better now. Great place to buy food and supplies for our cats, fish and reptiles.

The need to hire more help. Had to wait for a cashier over 10 minutes.

Love the groomers here. I took my dogs here the first few times and had a great experience every time. My sheepadoodle is a big boy who is extremely nervous. And our aussidoodle is very playful. I decided to try a local groomer because of the reviews and was not happy. This petco is by far a better place. Jin and hayleigh helped us and are so sweet and my pups really likes them. The price is great and my pups come home so cute and happy. Would highly recommend.
