Doggie Do's Grooming Spa Grand Prairie, Texas

The communication is horrible! I went to this groomer two days in a row just to be turn around. The first time it was due to the groomer having some type of issue, which is understandable. The second time I called to ensure they would be open and available. I called at 8:00am and the man I spoke with stated that yes they would be open at 8:45am which is weird as the hours indicate on google that they open at 8am. When arriving at the groomer around 9:15am the young lady (groomer) stated that they would not be accepting any more dogs for the day as the schedule was full. She also stated that the drop off time for dogs was 9am. I told the lady I called this morning and the man I spoke to never me told me anything about a drop off time! She then pick up a clip board and said you see all these people before you.... She was rude and unprofessional. I told her what does that have to do with you guy's not communicating the correct information... Shen then was like it's already 12 dogs here so we will not be able to assist you today. I will never take my dog here again as they are unorganized and do not know how to effectively communicate.

Unprofessional, don’t recommend and don’t trust them.

They make both of my Goldens look fabulous and have them done in record time. We have used them for years, as have many of our friends & family❣️ ????????????????

I highly recommend Doggie Do Spa. They did an excellent job with my Chocolate Lab service dog!

Verrrryy satisfied. They took my dog In last minute and he came out sooo clean and cute. It was Gizmos first ever cut and wash and they did a greatjob!

The groomer is absolutely ????% spot on with my Westie. She gives her the perfect groom every time

Doggie Do's did a wonderful job. My dog hadn't been to be groomed in over a year. They bathed and shaved him now he's ready for summer.

I've been going to them for over 20 years they always do a good job

Do not bring your furbaby here unless you also want to pay for vet bills since they end up causing harm to your baby!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR FUR BABIES TOO THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!! horrible managers running a very unprofessional team of groomers that do not know what they are doing. Terrible grooming and painful razor bumbs were left! be ready to get harassed and left with a vet bill!

This was pur 1st time here, and they did an amazing job. I almost didn't recognize my mom's dog when I went to pick him up. ????

Do NOT bring your fur-baby here. Not only do they do not advise or ask for your permission to completely shave your dogs hair but they leave razor burns as well.

I would take my dog groomed here a few times a year and never really paid attention to why she’d be so fearful when we’d get near the building for grooming. I stopped bringing her to Doggie Do’s because the grooms person told me next time I’d have to get to medicated so she doesn’t snap at the technicians (however my dog isn’t an aggressive dog and she’s small)...so my last visit was back in 2015; however, I decided to post this review in 2020 because a friend took her dog there and had a horrible experience, the dogs testicles were razor burned, they messed up the coat, etc. and the dog was very traumatized after visiting this place (I only wished I could’ve shared my experience so they didn’t have to go through that). Needless, to say, I’m not quite sure how humanely the dogs are treated since the owners aren’t able to be present or “check in” on their pets while they’re being groomed.

Horrible they groomed my dog and cut his private area now it is infected!! Don’t go here

If you care for your pets safety-please do not bring your pet here! We brought our miniature poodle who was not only scared, but hurt during his grooming appointment. I know this place has new owners, and raised prices-but do they even have accreditation??? I will be calling the better business bureau! I wish I could give this place NO STARS.

DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE! THEY WILL HURT THEM! This place is a joke of an establishment, not only do they not know how to groom dogs, they leave them extremely hurt. Dogs left with razors marks and in pain! Instead of making up for the mistake and owning up to it, they disrespect dog owners, they refuse to pay vet bills and instead just care about their reputations. PLEASE, if you care of the safety of your animal, stay away from this place and tell your friends and family to do the same!

They did a great job on my boy. Staff was super friendly and caring for our pup. I would recommend it for sure.

This place does not ask for your permission to shave your fur baby and have left some dogs hurt. They will blame the pet parent for matted fur that they claim was the reason. Absolutely unprofessional. 0/10. Do not recommend.
