Amazing place for dog training, boarding and daycare. Highly recommend the training course for dogs of any age. They're patient and helpful when it comes to training questions or best practices for how to deal with bad behavior. They are also honest with what you need to work on with your dog and provide helpful tactics to keep up good behavior. They have definitely helped me rein in my rambunctious Labrador puppy and I will use them in the future for daycare and boarding!

Our dog loves going there. Sometimes it worries us that he doesn't want to come home since he has so much fun there.

There aren't enough words to express how much I absolutely LOVE K-9 University! What's even better is how much Kali, my doggie, loves and feels so relaxed in her second home. I've used K-9 University(Garland) for all services including their wonderful boarding and training program. My sweet girl looks forward to doggie daycare every morning so she can see not only her furry friends but to get some extra luvin' from the caring staff that work there. I appreciate all their hard work that they give to all the dogs and grateful for how happily exhausted Kali is when she comes home. Thank you, K-9!

Do not bring your dogs here. I’ve been bringing my dog here for almost 2 years. She did the puppy bootcamp, daycare and boarding with them. Every time I had my dog boarded there they over charged me so I would call and have them refund my money back this has happened over 5 times. also recently I was updating my information on the portal and saw a pop up “ difficult customer“ and “VERY RUDE!!!!” The only time I’ve been stern with them is when they are over charging me. It’s very inappropriate to have that on the customers file. I will no longer bring my dog here.

we have a new rescue that is 8 , was abused and neglected and taken by the Addison shelter - he has learned to be more responsive to commands , clearly they took great care of him,We really loved that they got to know him as part of his trainning and aware of my special needs .

THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST. They love my pup and have taken care of him since he was a baby. They really care about their customers and have done a lot to make the experience smooth. Keep it up guys

The best part of being a client at K-9 University is the wonderful, dedicated staff that work there. They are truly dog lovers who strive to help every client, canine & human, achieve their best. Day care and boarding are great.The staff is attentive and it is obvious that they love their work.

Great experience overall with the exception of them not answering the phone after 1pm on a Saturday. That could use some reform. But overall the grooming was great and overall service was wonderful.

My puppy (7 months old) got kennel cough while being boarded here. This was my puppy’s 1st time ever being boarded as well. I really thought I would be able to use this facility to board my puppy for the holiday, but I was wrong. Overall, they’re price were great and I liked that the dogs get a wag report about their behavior while being boarded. However, I was disappointed that pets owners can’t view dog cameras during daycare and that my puppy got kennel cough the 1st time staying there.

Wonderful staff! Our dog loves it here and the team seems to really care about the pets. I did the day training, which is pricey but it really made a difference with our pup.

My dogs love going to daycare here! They are so excited to go play with their friends and come home tired and happy from their day! The staff is friendly and caring and the facility is always clean and well maintained.

Our dog Tony is always crazy excited when we drive up to K9. He loves the staff and the play time.

I just got my two schnoodles groomed by Theresa, and they have never looked better!! I will be recommending her for anyone needing grooming. It is very clear that she loves what she does, and my dogs are very happy! I also can't wait to use K-9 for doggie daycare and for training classes on my younger pup. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Although many great experiences in the past with daycare and training the most recent one was HORRIBLE... No report card even when I asked and my baby was wet when I picked her up... Sadly after a week of scratching, it was determined she was not fully rinsed and was full of soap...????????????... UNACCEPTABLE ????????????

We have used K-9 University for over 15 years and have always been more than satisfied. They work with all types of problems, but when we first needed their help, they were the only training group that worked with "red zone" cases. They helped us so much with our large dog that was people aggressive and another large dog that was dog aggressive. Even now, we have an over-excitable young dog with them in day training. Love these folks!!

Our dog needed an outlet to socialize with other dogs safely. I felt completely comfortable with this business. Very prompt communication to my questions

Our JoJo was a walking ball of energy when we dropped him off at K-9 University. When we picked him up we could definitely tell his energy level was more controlled. We were very impressed at how he responded to the trainer and how quickly he learned his commands. We're looking forward to continuing the work that was started at K-9 University and having a happy, more disciplined fur baby.

Rosco LOVES his human friends and paw friends at K9. Having a reliable place to spend time has saved my sanity and Rosco's life. Just kidding, not.

I love this place been boarding here for close to 11 years off an on. Can't say enough good things about them.

My dog seems to love it, he knows where we are before I even pull into the parking lot. Prices are very fair and staff is very helpful and kind. Some have recognized my dog and vice versa, so clearly some genuine bonding is going on while I'm away. Thanks for always treating my doggo with love <3

Used k9 for 1 week kenneling of our dog. They were great. !! Took care of our boy and he loved being there. Highly recommend this place!!!

K9 was able accommodate my Doberman kobe who was misbehaving at pet suites and they denied service. Kobe was comfortable here at k9 and loves it. Thank you K9! Really thankful...
