Gigi does a great job and it wonderful with pets

We were in for a long weekend vacation and took our pet here, it was a good experience, very professional and she did a good job

It is very obvious that Gigi loves animals and has a lot of grooming experience. My nervous, large dog came in with a huge undercoat and visibly grown out fur. She came back clean, well groomed, and very happy. Worth every penny. It was obvious that my dog was spoiled during her grooming session and felt comfortable with Gigi. I think we have found our forever groomer!

Took my little poodle there for his first grooming . Honestly I had trimmed him myself some and made him look awful!! Took him to Gigi’s and she did an amazing job. He looks so great now! and she was careful with him (no nicks or burns) she groomed him in a timely manner so he wasn’t there all day and stressed. Really pleased with her care of him!

The grooming was gouged on my little dog face causing irration with red raw like a razor burn. Didn't trim the nails.Cut her tail, (she said it was matted, Not) was told not too! Not a happycustomer6

Gigi was so kind, gentle, patient and loving to my dog. She accommodated his special needs and did a fabulous job grooming Jax. He looks so handsome and smells great! I couldn't possibly Thank her enough for meeting all my standards for someone I would allow to care for my boy.

Took my two little dogs to Gigi . She was very personable. Gave me a great deal on their nails and a bath along with gland expression.. . HER SEVICE WAS THOROUGH AND QUICK .. MY DOGS ARE HAPPY and CLEAN.... YAY!

Gigi is great, she has a wonderful way with animals, besides she loves what she does, I'm telling everyone I will be taking my pets there once a month

Gigi's is a really cute and small grooming shop on 10th right off of Broadway, and I can walk there from where I live, which is a bonus. Gigi seemed a little rushed on the phone, but she runs the place alone. Once you and your dog are there, she takes really good care of you, and her grooming is top notch. She is a little more expensive than Petco or Petsmart, but I really felt like she got along with my dog and gave her special treatment, and my dog enjoyed the experience. I will go back there again.

She is a very sweet lady who took extra care of my pregnant Bichon. She came home with her belly all ready for her to care for her puppies. I was very happy with her work.

I don't leave reviews until a 3rd visit. 3 out of 3 visits and absolutely no complaints at all. Max (our Maltese) looks and smells awesome each time I've picked him up. He's not stressed and neither am I. I especially love that Gigi gives me an actual appointment time....as opposed to an early drop off and late pick up. Great experiences ALL 3 TIMES, and we're looking forward to the next one. Thanks Gigi!

The new groomer Shannon is phenomenal! She's so gentle and absolutely loves each pet as her own. She bathed my cat and was super calm and kind with her. Callaway smelled amazing for the whole week afterwards! All the products were all natural and safe for kitty. She really took care of her. Also my family's dogs have been groomed by her-even those that are usually aggressive and scared of groomers love Shannon! She's very passionate about what she does and meticulous in her attention to detail. Love love love her!!

I took my kitten in to have his nails trimmed for his first time, they were wonderful with him. I would recommend to everyone

My 10lb baby now is on antibiotics for her skin infection. Vet said probably from the clippers. At 65.00 I expect better. They were really nice and they have lots of good reviews.

Wonderful experience. Not only is Gigi an excellent groomer, but she is also a kind caring person. I have a geriatric Golden Retriever who has some arthritis and many lumps and bumps, my biggest concern is that a groomer understand that and treat her gently. Gigi treated her like her own. Stella had a wonderful spa experience, looks great, smells clean and was in no hurry to leave. If you’re looking for a groomer, look no further than Gigi’s.

GiGi is amazing. Her shop is very serene. I was very stressed about bringing my 13-year-old Maltese (who has a large malignant skin tumor and other health issues) in for grooming. GiGi handled my tears and my dog beautifully. Petunia looked great afterwards with no knicks! She is only $10 more than PetSmart, and I consider that a bargain. 100% recommend.
