Very friendly staff. This vet was on the list of vets for me to take my adopted puppy to. Glad it was cause this is where she will stay going.

DVM Leah Larsen, our LSBCR vet and med school classmate of Dr. Rogers recommended Elizabeth when we needed a reliable Bullie vet for all of our Bullie pup crew. Doc Rogers replicates the Doc Larsen quality of caring, compassionate, and concerned treatment of our beloved fur children's welfare. On Monday's emergency visit, Doc Rogers explained all the options and helped me to understand the issues. She even called me into the treatment room to view the X-rays. Patiently, she educated me, whose medical props never exceeded First Aid Merit Badge. Her approach thoroughly addressed my issues. Thank you for helping heal our precious Bullie family member. Forget the corporate vets with perfunctory service, visit FFVH and enjoy the peace of mind of a team of dedicated veterinary pros.

Definitely convenient for my location but I will stick to CityVet where they are personable and budget friendly.

Our puppy is not very cooperative in vet clinics but the team is very patient. They well described our puppy problem and needed treatment. Accurately and throughly examined the puppy to find the problem and proposed needed treatment. Believe their fee is also reasonable. Thank you for your service.

I recommend this hospital to every pet lover.The staff is so nice and friendly,the Drs are knowledgable and know how to treat with your pet.They visit your pet accurately and give the best advice.My little puppy did kiss every one there and was so happy and calm.We are lucky for having this hospital in our neibourhood.

This team is amazing and got me through one of the hardest decisions you have to make as a pet owner. They made a tough day easier and I am very grateful for their care and delicate handling.

I tried to make an appointment but they ask you to pay in advance and give your credit card number by phone to get it scheduled .Weird, I did not fell comfortable doing that at all.

I am unfortunately extremely picky about the vets we take our pets to and today we had the pleasure of getting to meet with Doctor Furth! She moved quickly but not too quickly. She’s very educated and informative and we all felt much better leaving than we did arriving. All of the staff we met were absolutely fantastic. We have finally found the right place for our babies!

I adopted my little girl in March I didn't know who to pick as a vet, I looked up Family friends and gave them a shot. Dr. Rogers and Dr. Furth are simply amazing they took time to talk to me about my little girl cookie after each visit. The staff, as well are Fallon is amazing! They answer emails promptly, answer a ton of my questions as well. I can honestly say Cookie is in good hands with them.

Doctor was very helpful and pleasant to work with, but make sure you buy the medications from them, with a lot of caution. They medications cannot be returned and they are expensive by 100%, which means I can get those medications at half the price in the regular market. When I went to return they said, that the policy is that once you leave the premises it is not returnable. Not sure what the reason was except that they just want to keep the money and not provide a fair market price. For this reason it is very difficult to trust them going forward and I would recommend finding another vet for your pet.

Nope! Didn't care for the "rush to surgery" approach. We were trying to establish care some where I felt a connection. Uh, no sparks flew on this visit.

Dr. Rogers is the best Veterinarian that I have ever had! She saved my 13 year old dogs life by diagnosing cancer and immediately referring her to the best cancer vet in Dallas. My dogs board with her often and the staff is exceptional in taking care of and loving my "girls".

I have been going here for about a year now and I love the staff here. Everyone is super kind and they're very quick with getting back to me and answering any questions I have. I would recommend this vet to anyone with exotic pets especially.

Family Friends Vets has been our cats veterinarian for quite some time and we have always enjoyed friendly service and a good experience. This past week we had some difficult circumstances with which Dr Rogers and her staff went above and beyond to help us. We are so thankful for them and the wonderful care they have for our pet!

Dr. Rogers and the team here are just amazing. I'm a lifetime cat owner and my 8 week old kitten had a reaction to an immunization that I had never seen before (I'm pretty sure what happened is her body got itchy but she had never experienced it so she was very sensitive to touch and would meow as if in anguish). Dr. Rogers office team told me to come right over when I called and they gave her something to make her feel better and later that night she was back to her old, pain in the fanny, self. All of our cats have gone here since we relocated to Frisco and will continue to. If you're looking for a great vet, especially through these difficult times, definitely support Dr. Rogers and team!

They took beautiful care of our Dezzi when she had to be put to sleep

Dr Elizabeth Rogers is one of the sweetest ladies I have ever met. She neutered my beautiful boy Marshmallow (Sadly I do not own him anymore.) She is very knowledgeable and a great vet for rabbits and cats. I kept forgetting to write a review about this place but finally got the chance to. She is a bit pricey then other vets but she is spectacular at what she does and paying more for being in good hands is 100% worth it to me. You won’t regret going here.

Very kind doctor , as a stressful dog owner, I’m very demanding, the doctor was very patient with me , and very accurate with my loving dog . Love this place Knowledge and compassion.

Dr Rodgers is soooo nice and really knows her stuff

As an avid animal lover, I have to say the team did great when I had to let go of my beloved pet rat. Very professionally done and got many nice things including my pet rats paw prints, her ashes in a very nice box, a beautiful sympathy card and more. Also very nice and patient with my big Doberman dog. Definitely recommend, especially because they take in the small critters where other veterinarians don’t.

I cannot say enough positive things about this veterinary hospital! They have saved my bunny multiple times (Velvet) when he was very ill, and they care for my other bunnies, as well. If Dr. Rogers doesn't have the answer, she won't stop until she finds it; sometimes consulting Texas A&M or other animal specialists, if necessary, which I greatly appreciate. Her office staff even showed me how to give my rabbit emergency care before a holiday weekend, just in case my bunny's health worsened before the office opened again. Any time my bunny is treated here, I am provided with extensive information to take home about the care, medicine, procedure, or other items that pertain to the visit. The medicines provided are clearly marked and come with pre-marked syringes to make it easier to provide them at home. Scheduling is super easy! The staff has always been friendly to me, and they can sometimes get my pet in for a visit the same day that I call! Not many veterinarians specialize in rabbits; Dr. Rogers is amazing with mine! I fully trust her to make decisions regarding their care and I highly recommend her office.

Dr. Elizabeth misdiagnosed dog and gave him a whopping dose of insulin that almost ended his life. Her speciality is rabbits. She is not up to date on techniques and medications that other vets use. She is very pricey for the same services that other vets offer at a much lower price. My advice is find another vet.

They are seriously the best! Our dog loves the vet because of them! :)
