Paid over $800 for straight forward 9mon old puppy neutering. Oh and got nails clipped.

I've been their client for 22 years. I feel at home there and so do my 6 animals.

THE WORST VET EVER. He deserves no star for real.In this dangerous pandemic time,he has neither mask nor gloves.he was really rude.We asked him to check the mouse of our little sweet puppy up,his assistant squeezed our poor puppy and Doctor PULL the ear of puppy to open her mouse.EXTREMELY UNBELIEVABLE ! Little puppy did cry and scream loudly.My son started crying as well.Terrible experience ! Finally he diagnosed her health issues wrongly.????

He and his assistant need to back to school , review Hippocratic oath, learn how to deal with customer and innocent puppies. During visit no welcome phrase, no request for problem history. Totally rude and irresponsible including his clumsy assistant. With a elementary school search in the web you will be familiar how to deal with a puppy but I am wondering how this so called Doctor dose not know! They do not know even the basic behavior when visiting a new patient and puppy. I wish I could record with camera and share with everyone the horrible experience. Recommend to review and check other Vet option before schedule an appointment. Good Luck!

He needed to be trained unlike my dog. The worst vet ever

The vet here at breeze way veterinarian treat your pet like it's his own. Very knowledgeable explains everything so that you can understand what's happening what your options are just a carrying environment.

Dr. Hanson is an honest, knowledgeable, and caring veterinarian. I trust him with my furr baby 100%. He tells it like it is and recommends only what she needs. Definitely the BEST veterinarian in north Texas!

Best Vet in Little Elm. Experienced and cares about the animals.

We have been clients for a few years, until recently. And will never go back. Dr Hansen is rude, not helpful and seemed annoyed when asked questions. They care more about $$ then actually helping you. Their prices are ridiculously high. The only person in the entire office that is nice and very helpful is Lisa the receptions. He didn’t even call me to give me the results of my dogs lab work.

Dr Hansen is the best and all the staff are just so welcoming and amazing!

This place seems more suitable for cattle / fam animals! If u like your pet then there are so many better options in the area! Dr hansen’s dementia wasn’t healthy for my dogs and then his denial after was even more chocking! His younger staff did acknowledge this but couldn’t address this for natural reasons

They treat you and your fur babies as they would their own. Lisa is absolutely the best and does whatever she can to make your experience the best. Highly recommend the Breezeway Veterinary Services team!

Dr Hansen and Dr Ritchie ROCK

Took my new doggie I just got from the shelter there for his 1st check up. He is a Cheagle named Ranger. He had been shaking his head more than what I would consider normal. I brought this up to the vet and he did not seem intrested. I had to bring it up several times before I finally got him to take a look at my dogs ears. He took a quick half second look and said no there's no problem at all. 2 weeks later my poor dog is shaking his head constantly like his ears are in constant pain. I took him to the Veterinary Wellness Center in Little Elm. They were awesome! They thoroughly inspected his ears with a scope. They found bacteria and yeast growing in my dog's ears. They cleaned up my dog's ears but they were so infected by this point that my poor dog screamed and cried the whole time. The said it was important to have a new dog checked out right away once they're brought home from the shelter. Well I did have him checked out right away, unfortunately I took him to the wrong vet who didn't seem to care anything about what I had to say.

Love Doc and his staff! So caring and attentive to my fur baby!
