Sherlock spent Thanksgiving week with his friends at Riverside Resort. I picked him up and he was clean after his bath. It’s such a relief to know day in and day out that my dog will be in such good hands. Thanks to the staff at Riverside !

My dog was being transported by a company and it had gone terribly wrong. But Riverside Kennel was amazing and took care of my German shepherd until I could find him another way home!

Great place and people. Left our dog there for 10 days. He came home happy and with a very shiny coat. The food they provided while there was excellent quality. Will be bringing him back.

Had my 10month old Boxer stay a few times (3 days, 3 days, and 5 days) and she's loved it each and every time. Definitely was nervous the very first time, but from the moment I brought her in they assured me and made her and I feel comfortable that this was the perfect doggy stay. After her stays, she always comes home and sleeps all day, that lets me know they did a great job. We appreciate your great services and would highly recommend :)

Our dogs were left in their care for 5 nights while we took a much needed vacation. They took excellent care with my dogs based on their needs. I did a walk through before leaving the dogs with them and they had a perfect place for them to sleep together and noticed that workers were cleaning and wiping down the kennels. The outside has plenty of stuff for them to do. Will use this place from now on. Thank you to the staff for taking good care of my pooches. You all are the best. ❤

Very affordable and reliable. The only thing. I wish I could see how my dog was getting along with other dogs. Follow them on Facebook and I still didn't see any photos of my dog. But my baby only goes their like once or 2x a year

Our dogs love Riverside. The owner Suzette is a wonderful person and takes great care of all the dogs. She is continually improving the playground areas which shows how much she wants the dogs to have a good time and a commitment to the future.

This is hands down the best boarding experience we've had in Fort Worth! We've had to board our pup at a few places and she's always so downtrodden when we come to pick her up, like we abandoned her. When we've picked her up from Riverside, she's her normal happy self, better than ever! The lengthy play time and hands-on care they offer is above and beyond. It's always a relief to leave her in trusted hands when we have to fly. Thanks Suzette!

They were amazing during the snow storm. Our power went out and we couldn't find a hotel room that would allow our dog. Riverside was the only kennel open, they were great with our dog, they have all kinds of good treats. If we ever do any traveling they will be our pets hone away from home.

We were new to the Fort Worth area and needed to make a trip back home suddenly with no immediate knowledge or resources for boarding care for our 5 month old Yorkie, Beau other than the Web information. Came across Riverside Kennel and spoke with Suzette who was amazing and quickly got us a reasonable rate and an immediate opening before our trip. We were told we can look at pictures of our beautiful fur baby on the Instagram for viewing. I unfortunately informed her I did not have Instagram access so she said she may be able to send a few pictures to our phone. During my trip back home, we received text videos and photos of our Beau having fun with the other dogs and socializing. It immediately put us at ease and was a relief knowing that are baby was in good hands and such great care. I would definitely recommend Riverside Kennels for their professionalism in the process which was easy with fair prices and a great atmosphere for our Beau. Thank you so much Suzette and staff for providing such an awesome experience for us. We will be back soon.

It’s a really bad experience with the owner. She was very rude to us. She spoke to us in a high tone of voice. This is the last time I leave my dog in that place. And once before she spoke to us in the same way when we called to know how our dog was

My Rudy thoroughly enjoys his visits to Riverside Pet Resort! The staff is very friendly & love their dog-friends. They treat them like their own. I love that they post pics of the dogs on social media so my boys can occasionally check my page & look in on their fur-brother. We highly recommend Riverside Pet Resort!

I really love this pet resort, my dog’s stay here for 3 nights the staff they care of my 3 pitbull dogs Luna Becca , and Max and definitely recommend them thank you to the manager that was really nice and professional we will see y’all soon!

My dog was smiling when I got there. Great energy, sweet staff! Definitely found Bella a forever daycare. Honest, real and down to earth.

Our dogs came home after 10 days clean and happy! The staff was very attentive and told us how much they loved our dogs.

My 22 month old English sheepdog always comes home worn out from doggie day care. He is well loved and taken care of but he is tired. Sherlock & I both love doggie day care. I don’t go to the office much during Covid but I had workers in my house and Sherlock would be in the way. Doggie day care was the best solution!!!

We boarded our Gus boy for the very first time ever for a week, and chose this place off of the amazing reviews. I was very nervous about leaving him, as he has never been away from us this long before. It was so nice to be able to go on Facebook and Instagram to see how much fun he was having with all of his new friends. Thank you all so so much for taking care of him, and making him feel so comfortable. When we went to pick him up, I thought he’d be whining and going crazy when he saw us, but he just wanted to go back to be with his friends. To me, that definitely means he had the best time. He’s currently asleep as I type this because he had such a blast. If you are looking for a place that puts your pets first 100% and looks out for their well being and happiness, these are definitely the people you want looking after your fur babies. We will most definitely go again and will probably sign him up for daycare. Again, thank you to all of you! We apprentice you so much!

Made appointment day before for gentle giant Great Dane puppy. After driving 20 minutes to location there was only 1 employee for entire operation.9/16/20 Only 5 dogs there So far in AM, but when we were in office checking in that left dogs outside totally unattended. Employee said she was only one working and would see if maybe her relative could come help. Our puppy is 70 lbs and sweet energetic baby and goes to daycare with small dog and plays wonderful with little and big ones often. Concerned employee with him being big and we were told he would not be put with dogs so held in alone area. So We left and went to DOG RULE RESORT in North Fort Worth who cares for all dogs exceptionally. I am actually blessed it worked out this way. No dogs should be outside left unattended Ever

Riverside Kennel provides a top level service at a value based price. Our dog was well treated and obviously came home happy and exhausted from playing with all of his kennel mates. He is on medication and the staff made sure he received it on time. We will be back!

Sad to leave a negative review but was super bummed out after having high expectations based off their website. I called ahead to see if my 6 mo Great Dane puppy could come check it out and got the go ahead and filled out a form. After driving twenty minutes I arrived and there was only one staff member to watch the dogs. Outside of not feeling comfortable to leave him, they wouldn't even allow me too because he is big. (Mind you still 6 months and a gentle giant) I also got a follow up email saying they are sorry I wasted my time but I should find somewhere with larger dogs to play with. They should put weight parameters on the site. Well needless to say I unfortunately won't be recommending BUT if anyone needs somewhere I recommend Dog Rule Resort !

Riverside Kennel Pet Resort took such good care of my Ranger which is a really big deal since he's an I-only-tolerate-13-humans chihuahua mix. He immediately bonded with the dog whisperer - which has only happened one other time (me). If they can make Ranger comfortable and happy, your dog will be in HEAVEN! Need to board your furbaby?
