Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable

Everyone was patient and really kind. They even helped me by holding one of my dogs for me while I signed my name. I had a small dog, a large dog and and 5 yr old adhd child. Will definitely recommend and return.

Penny Paws is super helpful and has always been able to get us in when we need them. Took our golden retriever here for an ear infection and vaccinations.

Called to schedule yearly examine and 1 vaccine due and was told my dog need her rabbie shot. This is the fourth time I let them know she is not due for her rabbie shot until august. I asked the girl to pull up her previous records that I provided to them when I switched to penny paws. The girl said their were no other records, which is not correct , l verified this the last 3 times. The girl had a major attitude with me and hung up on me. She was not even concerned that my dog would be over vaccinated . They are horrible and only care about making money an they do not care about your fur baby at all. They keep horrible records. I never felt like they cared at all during my appointments.

They always take wonderful care of my pets . And I appreciate that they give you a price breakdown of everything before they actually charge you for the services that way you get to pick what you need ,what you want ,and what you can afford…… I definitely recommend them

I was very impressed with just how pleasant the atmosphere was. My Princess and Jack Jack were as relaxed as they have ever been at the vet. Also, I appreciated how I knew exactly how it much would be when I checked out. The office was very clean too. I was very satisfied with the care my doggies received at Penny Paws.

Went to Penny Paws today for my Macho's vaccines and everyone was very courteous and professional. Macho immediately fell in love with the staff and I'm looking forward to my new pup getting her shots, etc. there, too.

So I’ve been taking both of my dogs here for the past 4 1/2 years…spent thousands of dollars..literally. My chihuahua has bad allergies her coat is white so she’s basically albino and is very sensitive to the weather and anything/everything. She gets reoccurring ear infections due to this alone. I have spent hundreds of dollars here just for her ear infections they always pack her ears with BNT ointment and charge me $97.28. Her most recent visit was exactly a month ago…well today I called to get them to write me a RX for the ear ointment that only costs $27 online but you HAVE to have an RX from a veterinarian. DR. RIDENOUR refused to give it to me, they told me I need to bring her in again for a ear biopsy test for $600 YES $600 when I’ve already previously paid for a biopsy there with a different veterinarian and found out it’s just yeast causing the ear infections. So Penny Paws just lost a long time customer because they didn’t care about my dogs ear infection today they just wanted me to come in and spend another $600 instead of easily emailing me a prescription for a cheap $27 antibiotic ear ointment. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO HERE. After years of invested time and money you think they would have treated me differently or cared about my dog, but they simply did not. Take your animals to the Summerfields Animal Hospital or the North Texas Veterinary Clinic. Thank you Dr. RIDENOUR for not making the decision to simply say “yes” to giving me a script for a simple ear infection. You alone made Penny Paws lose a loyal customer. Picture of my sweet girl Bella who had to suffer another day due to your selfish decision. If I could give negative stars I would! I was literally crying on the phone to get this ear ointment because my sweet girl needed it and they just simply didn’t care.

Great service and affordable prices. Also, they have informed my sister and I of different options for our dog that we have never known due to his epilepsy. Amazing place. I definitely recommend! ????

This clinic is efficient and clean. I have been here twice now and I have enjoyed both visits. The staff is friendly and my dog takes to them well. I have used their care services like heartworm, ear cleaning, vaccines, all of which were delivered with care. I have not used their boarding services.

Your staff outside was wonderful. They truly cared for my dog Ellie and gave her lots of attention. What a great experience. Keep up the good work.

****Update. I can NOT BELIEVE THIS PLACE. DO NOT GO HERE : So after I initially wrote this review sitting in an exam room waiting on the tech to speak with a manager. She fixed the issue and came back in the room with a better attitude. This morning before work, I realized I needed to erase this review. Before 10:30am I get a call from Andres the office manager asking me about this review. I don’t appreciate any calls from a business I leave a review for. It feels confrontational from the get go. So now I am leaving this review up because Andres thought calling me would be a good idea. Never going back here EVER again. If they would have messaged me or just replied to this post I would have taken this down.***** Went here and was quoted $634 for a hernia surgery. Double checked the price when I dropped him off. When I come back it has gone up to $810. They act like I am in the wrong. HORRIBLE PLACE DO NOT GO. The staff has an attitude.

I have always seen Penny Paws out in the community and thought, "How nice, they are taking the office to the streets." I had never used them. Then I was given a kitten for Mother's Day from my kids, and we stopped one day to get her all of her shots. The team was super friendly, professional, and took me without an appointment. It was a great experience and a very good value. I highly recommend them!

I had three pets, two cats and my 6 mobile puppy and they were so nice and helpful getting all of them seen today, went over prices and options and overall just very good care and service here

Chloe was a very good girl. I brought her in as she wasn't feeling too hot. The staff there went above & beyond my expectations for her.

If you want responses, timely service, and a vet that cares about your pet... keep looking! I made an appointment for my dog because he was itching and chewing a sore on his back and I asked for apoquil (allergy med). The vet came in, looked at his teeth and told me he needs a cleaning and told me she would work up his treatment plan. She left and sent the tech back in and recommended everything besides what I asked for. She wanted to give him an allergy shot (not the medication because the shot was cheaper which it isn't if you use another pharmacy), heartworm test, flea and tick medications... I asked the tech for an Rx for what i made the appointment for. She left to find the doctor but told me she was in a meeting. I waited another 20-30 minutes for the tech to come back and write on a sticky note the dosage and instructions. THEN was charged a proxy fee for using an outside pharmacy- said it was good for 1 year. My pharmacy contacted the clinic 3 times and no one would sign the prescription. Was told the vet that saw my dog was out until the following week and the paper was hanging on the board! Mind you, my dog has an open wound on his back from biting at it. They don't care. I asked for a refund for the exam so I could go to a vet that would sign a paper then they finally got another vet to sign off for it. Fast forward one month. My pharmacy sent 5 requests to refill his medication. They claimed to have sent in the authorization twice. One rude receptionist told me it was send the 20th, another told me it was sent the 21st. I call the pharmacy and they said they spoke with Briana and she declined it because my pet is due for an exam. I call penny paws back and was on hold for 20 minutes before being hungup on. I called back and and waited on hold for another 20 minutes before being hungup on again. They close in 20 minutes so I'm sure they plan to keep avoiding me. Awful customer service, not even more affordable than other vets, and although I've only seen Dr. Bolla, the company as a whole seems like a scam and they only want your money.

Saw me an hour after my appointment and tried to insinuate it was my fault. Learn to keep a schedule. Other than that the actual service was great.

Do not recommend using them. Totally RUDE and incompetent!
