We love this place. My dogs have learned that when we pull into the parking lot, they're going to have a good day. The Stay and Play is organized and thoughtful with activities, photo ops and a report card at check out. Sophie and McKenna at the front desk are wonderful.

My dog had a severe ear infection and they saw him right away. Very informed and professional. Took very good care of my dog and took the time be thorough even though our apt ran after hours. Didn't rush and were extremely caring. Would recommend to anyone!

It would have have been nice to know that there was an issue when my dog was groomed. She had 2 Bald and red spots where I am assuming the groomer messed up and nicked her with the clippers.

This is not my main vet, but I went here because they had a sooner opening then the other vet. They got me in quickly. Their communication is great! Dr. Heckle was wonderful. My cat was having some acute issues and based upon some diagnostic work and her assessment she referred me to VEG for hospitalization. I am grateful for their service. While they never treated my cat, I believe they did what was necessary to move her on to the next phase of care. Very nice people and they seem to be very knowledgeable.

Great staff, curbside service was good can't complain, everyone was very knowledgeable when I asked a variety of question concerning both of my dogs, Kato (cockapoo) and Lola (Belgian Malinois). They addressed all my concerns professionally. Their patience was appreciated because when it comes to my dogs I have to be thoroughly informed. Thank You LLAH!

We use both Little Leaf Animal Hospital and Resort for Pets for our puppy and she loves it. Only good things to say about the staff. You can’t even mention the word daycare without our dog freaking out, and the second we get the call menu to book a daycare appointment, she is waiting at the door ready to go. You can really tell the staff loves their job and love the animals even more.

Short: We were billed two exam fees for an issue that was not resolved the first time. This made my family feel Little Leaf cared more about billing than they did for our dog. Long: We've used Little Leaf for a year for both our dogs (Aussie & Golden), but are now considering alternatives. The bill from this vet has always been a bit higher than our prior vet and they are a bit pushy about upselling but the location and service has been good so we've ignored those factors so far. Recently our golden developed a rash on his stomach. We took him in to Little Leaf and paid for the exam and recommended medications. The rash persisted after two weeks, so we called to see what our options were. My life partner was told we would need to come back in and pay a RE-EXAMINATION FEE. That felt a little disingenuous so I called to the vet to ask for an explanation. I was told that it was 'standard industry practice', and that the doctor would need to take another look. Still not convinced I decided to reach out to neighbors to get some outside insight. Nearly everyone agreed that a re-examination fee seemed like a slimy billing tactic to bill twice for an issue that was not resolved the first time. Furthermore most neighbors who used other vets indicated they were not charged a re-examination fees for a follow up if the issue persisted. I understand that Little Leaf is a business but it made me feel like their focus was on billing me for everything they possibly could and not on the health of my pup. At the end of the day I'm not overly concerned about the price tag, I just want a vet that cares for my dogs like we do. Attachments are neighbors (names removed for privacy) comments regarding Little Leaf and other vets billing practices. Highly recommended alternatives from neighbors in the area were; North Texas Vet Clinic (Keller) Rickords Animal Hospital (Ft Worth) Haslet Veterinary Clinic (Haslet)

I was looking for a vet in our area, and found them after searching online and reading reviews. I am so so happy with the service. Every single person we spoke to was helpful and just wonderful. I was really concerned about cost and they helped me with some savings. They listened to me, and offered up solutions. Overall exceptional experience. I'm happy we have found a vet for our sweet Trixie :)

I brought my puppy in for one issue and they tried to convince me there were other issues there that would have costed me way too much money. They told me my dog “appeared ill” from the way he acted around them. He was in a new place and you’re shoving things up his butt; of course he doesn’t want to be your friend!!! I opted out of their overpriced fluids, probiotics, and anti-emetics. I took those suggestions and got all those things from Walmart for much less. I have yet to receive paper results of lab work also. He won’t come back. Ever.

They were able to see my chihuahua when no one else could. Fast, friendly, and helpful. Turns out was just food allergies! Thank you from Rico and I!

We have a rabbit and called to get an estimate on neutering. The girl who answered the phone said she didn’t know the price since it depended on the size/weight/age of the rabbit, and we would have to take him in for an exam and bloodwork to get an accurate estimate. She also said she didn’t know the price for bloodwork, and wouldn’t give us a ballpark guess on anything. Just repeated that he needed to get the exam. I bring him in and the vet tells me he’s in terrific health, all we need to do is have bloodwork done and schedule the procedure. Then they hand me the estimate sheet. Across the United States as a whole, neutering tops out at about $500 for rabbits. The LOW END of their estimate was $800, including $300 for bloodwork. They told me they like to go the expensive route for blood testing because they check for more things, but didn’t say what those things even were. The $800 option DID NOT include ECG screening to monitor his heart, glycopyrrolate to help control his heart during surgery, critical care and nausea medication to prevent potential GI stasis, or a collar to make sure he doesn’t damage his stitches or the wound. If you want those “luxuries,” it’s $1,000+. Good luck. And of course, we find this out AFTER the $75 examination. Initially I thought the girl on the phone who didn’t know the prices was just new, but looking back it’s clear why they wouldn’t give me any sort of estimate up front. A different office less than thirty minutes away, with glowing reviews that average 4.7 stars, charges $150 for a rabbit neuter. $50 for the initial exam to make sure the bunny is healthy. What kind of vet office charges $800 and doesn’t include critical care? Really?

Little Leaf Animal Hospital has extremely friendly and caring staff. Went here for a first visit and felt very at-home. They are great with COVID-19 precautions. Decent wait times and very clean.

Good service, nice staff. I didn’t like them taking my animal, but that’s what’s required so I can’t ding them on that.

Dr Hollars was great with my rabbit ????, very knowledgeable and calming. She always sends me home with great info sheets, and when he was boarded at the Boat Club location last year she realized I was feeding him alfalfa pellets instead of timothy, which was making him fat (I'm allergic to timothy so I hadn't sniffed it).

Prices went through the roof when they took it over. The doc did not seem very concerned with my dogs annual checkup and tried to upsell the entire time. I'll try 1 more time before.

Great place. Nice staff. Long waits every time I go. Need to have 2 receptionists at the front desk at all times. I waited 10 minutes just to check my dog in. Forget about calling. Sometimes they don’t answer the phone. Not the fault of the front desk. They are always swamped.
