Dr. Rizon is wonderful and truly cares about animals. The staff is all very accommodating and empathetic. Eastern Hills has taken good care of our pets for many years.

Had to take my baby there. I was not from Ft. Worth, was visiting there. They got me in and was very kind . I got meds and was on my way.

I had emergency heath issue with one if my dogs so i called to make an appointment and asked if i vould be billed and was told yes. Then when i went to appointment was told they wouldnt see my pet unless i paid upfront. So now im stuck frantically trying to find another pet er to take my dog before its too late.

Dr. Jeff and the whole staff are AWESOME!! I've been taking my pets there for more years than I will admit!! Best Vet my pets have ever met. And the prices are super reasonable.

Reception was nice but the overall experience was very disappointing. When the Dr (I assume) came in the room, he came with two other people and no one introduced themselves- Just started asking "what happened?"; I had to ask what his name was and the only thing he said was "Jeff". They kept asking to muzzle my dog and holding his mouth forcibly shut; my dog is old and incredibly friendly and passive, he did not need that treatment as he did everything they needed. No one explained who they were, or what they were going. Once they were done, they didn't tell me anything about how he was- just handed me two bottles of meds and walked out. I will not be returning as this was not an experience I want again.

Wow, I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed the Eastern Hills team; Everyone, and I mean everyone- from Reception to intake to exam with the Dr. were incredibly welcoming, helpful, receptive, professional, and lovely to speak with. They seemed to love my cat just as much as I did, which made me feel comfortable working with them; They were so kind & are also a very good value! Thank you Eastern Hill Pet Hospital team for being the best animal clinic in FW and for all your kindness and hospitality!

The dogtors at this facility are very thorough and extremely professional. I’ve brought several of my pets here over the years. The staff is kind and the prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend.

Been going here for decades. If you aren't so thrilled about a vet bill being higher than your own doctor bill... Maybe check out a old fashioned neighborhood place for pets instead of these new modern Taj mahals.

The best vet in DFW! Did my cats hernia surgery very fairly priced, and go above and beyond to help you and your animals. Wont take my pets anywhere else!

Eastern Hills Pet Hospital has been pet hospital since moving to the neighborhood six years ago. I've recently used their kennel services and I am extremely pleased with everything they offer. Dr. Jeff and staff provide wonderful care and I feel safe and confident with their services.

As, always I was very happy with the staff at Eastern Hills veterinarian hospital and boarding. And very happy to see that the sweetest person that I ever met was still there. Good care of our loved pets but the pricing is a concern. Pet visits or examinations should not be more than what humans pay at a doctors visit. Not sure if it's just here or it's all vets but is a concern that should be addressed.

Used to be great in 2093-2007,but it got sold. Now its very profit oriented. They aren't good anymore with pets. Butchered my dogs toenails so bad. He could hardly walk. ????????

If you are in need of a veterinarian for your pet they will take good care of what ever your pet needs

The staff and Dr. Jeff are wonderful. Dr. Jeff is up front with you when it comes to cost and what should be done or when it can wait.
