Dr. Nicole Randolph is so kind, caring and thorough. It's always a pleasure to visit her. My dog can be skeptical and she has such a calm bedside manner that it helps soothe him during exams. She's very thorough and takes time to answer questions and takes great care of us. And the whole staff has been wonderful to work with in my experience too.... from check-in to the vet techs to making an appointment and sending my pet's records, it's all very easy and appreciated.

Staff training inconsistencies ... depends on who you speak to as to the level of attention/service/priority you and your pet will receive. I was a recurring client and at this facility 3 times a week for almost a year and did not receive the attention or care I would expect when it was my pet’s “time” (to go to heaven) Additionally when my animals needed flea control I could not pick up later the same day- 24 hour advanced notice for flea control where the place I do not often frequent was willing to fill at walk in. I am looking for more warmth, attentiveness, and proactive education with as busy as life is, therefore, this is just not the place for me and my pets in the future.

Arlington Heights Animal Hospital has compassionate vet techs and veterinarians, but they have unethical business practices. They quoted me $200 at most to neuter my dog and when I received the bill it was $676.50. They told me I would not get my dog back until the bill was paid. I will never do business with them again due to dishonesty.

Took my 11 year old Dachshund in for another opinion on his eye condition, and they were awesome! Very easy check in, the receptionist in front was very warm & friendly. Dr.Nicole spent a long time with my dog, asking lots of questions, very professional and warm.They really take their time with their patients which is important. The vet technician was also wonderful, very friendly and accommodating. They followed through with a call the next day which I so appreciated. Highly recommend!

Dr Nicole Randolph has gone above and beyond for my 3 dogs. I cannot thank her enough for the time and energy she has put into helping my senior golden mix who has started having more medical issues this year. The staff is also caring and kind!

AHAH is a very nice and clean place. The staff is super helpful and friendly. They always make my pup feel like a celebrity when we walk in.

You will absolutely LOVE Arlington Heights Animal Hospital for your pets. They have amazing and very caring Doctors. My sweet poodle was on the brink of death twice from eating something and Dr Jimmy and Dr Walker and Dr Boss saved his life! My German Shepherd and Yorkie all get the best care there as well. I highly recommend AHAH!

Nothing short of excelling excellence in true caring and true skill...Have saved several of my pets and have cared for all my pets for over 30 years..Now caring for my children's pets and hopefully one day my grandchildren pets....Both Billy Davis and now his son, Jimmy Davis are as wonderful with people as pets..Have comforted myself , my children and grandchildren as our pets became old and feeble...

I have been lucky enough to have both Dr. Davis’ as my pets vets for the past 20 years and I would not go anywhere else. They have great staff, great facilities, and they are very easy to work with... Thankful for Dr. Jimmy and AHAH!

I absolutely love this place. Whenever I have to take Frankie in, they are professional, loving and explain what they need to do before doing it. Frankie also loves going to the Retreat. His favorite person there is Alyssa. He follows her where ever she goes and she treats him as if he were her own. It puts me at ease to know he is being so well taken care of there.

Constantly put me on hold, and each time I was transferred to a different receptionist they would put me on hold. No explanation, just transfer followed by “please hold.” My normal vet was booked solid and my pet was having an emergency, so I needed to call around: this was the worst receptionist response of all the vet clinics I called.

AH Animal Hospital is the best in west FW. Dr Jimmy and Dr. Erin are so hospitable, caring and most important, knowledgeable in vet medicine. Their staff is very reliable and informative as well. I highly recommend them!

Arlington Heights Animal Hospital is outstanding. My wife and I have a female rabbit and we brought her to this location to get spayed, which is known to be a complex surgery for a rabbit. Everything about this facility is top notch. Prior to the surgery, they scheduled us for an appointment to make certain our rabbit was healthy and capable to undergo the surgery. They also provided us with a wealth of information to prepare. Immediately after the surgery, the doctor who performed the surgery (not a secretary) called us and advised how the surgery went and assured us that she was okay and would make a good recovery. They scheduled a follow up appointment to verify that our pet’s recovery status. This is the kind of customer service you should look for in an animal hospital. Arlington Heights Animal Hospital is a place that cares about you and your pet. Its staff and medical professionals are dedicated and treat you like family. While this animal hospital may not be the cheapest, that very fact is completely irrelevant. I would not bring my pet to any other animal hospital and I could not recommend this facility and its staff more highly.
