Appointment got canceled less than 24 hours. When called back to try to see if they would make it right and get me in I was told next appointment is not until February. Michaela continue to argue with me that my dog was a new client. I continue to tell her four times that he had been there before. Stay away from this place! They are unprofessional and very rude. I have five family members that I referred to this location they will no longer be clients! I wish I could’ve given them zero stars!!!!!!

We took our dog Chiquita to get her nails trimmed. We loved that we could just walk-in after calling them and we were in and out in less than 20 minutes. Chiquita came out happy and not stressed like at other places

We took our two Yorkies to this groomer for the first time and they did a fantastic job. Very well pleased! We will be using them again.

I called pretty last minute to get our dog bathed. They were able to accommodate and he came back looking and smelling great! Thanks for doing such an amazing job and for having wonderful customer service!

As always, my pups were happy and beautiful when I picked them up. They always do a great job.

Brought my cat in for a shave down, but he is not the best under the shears (or strangers!). He had super bad matting and although he gave them a hard time they were still able to get the matts shaved off him. I am very happy with my experience, and my cat came home happy as ever. Very pleased with my experience, and the front desk lady was the sweetest!

I always bring our Malshi, Bree, for her regular grooming and they always do a great job! She smelled so fruity and clean!!! Her cut is always done perfect!!!

This was our dog's first visit. Though he was nervous, apprehensive, and jittery, the staff were very considerate, professional, and went the extra mile to make him comfortable and safe. I recommend Precious Pets Day Spa to anyone!

Our 2 little girls are older (14 yrs) and Diane and her staff always do a great job on them!! Cuts are perfect, able to retain their long eyelashes (Shih-Tzus) and responsive to getting them done and calling us for pick up!!

Been going here for years!! Never a bad experience!! My dog had Matty ears .. I told them to just shave them, but they brushed them out and made them beautiful!! Love this place!!

I took 3 fur babies in for a bath. I have two big dogs and a new lab puppy. They did so good with them and I already booked their next appointment.

We were very impressed with their care of our pet. They cared lovingly for her while she was boarded there. Teeth cleaning was done well and very reasonable. We are new to the area and will definitely bring our dog back soon.

Our puppy always enjoys going in for her spa day. Very pleased with the service and quality of work.

I LOVE LOVE this groomers. I will forever come here! I have a very high maintenance pug and she has come here for months for day care and baths, even to get her nails painted. She absolutely loves coming here! When i pull in the parking lot she goes crazy and usually ends up peeing all over them because she gets so excited. It feels comforting knowing when you drop off your fur baby that they are truly in the hands of people that love and care for them! 10/10 recommend!!
