Our 1st time here, it was great, you can tell they love what they do and they definitely know what they are doing. Our baby Boss looked great and very handsome ???? thank you ladies!

Brit did an amazing job as always. Shes my number one go to for my baby girl Vati. I came from Austin just to have her cut Vatis hair. I don't trust anyone else. Probably because we've been taken such good care of from the very beginning. Highly recommend groomers and boarding.

In Response to Zephaniah Chekelea... Hello, I'm the groomer who groomed your baby Leo. Let me just shine some truth on your review. I have attached photos of the condition of your pup's coat for reference. 1. You were late to your appointment which threw me behind to begin with. I waived your late fee. 2. Your dog was severely MATTED! (see pictures for reference) I shaved him because it's torture to demat a coat in this condition. I did what was best for Leo, I can't say the same for you. 3. When you arrived to pick up Leo, I informed you of the matting and why he was shaved and showed you these exact pictures for proof of your neglect. I educated you on a hematoma and informed you that one was forming as we both watched him shake his head. A hematoma is the result of a blood vessel bursting because of him shaking his ears from being released from the matting. I also educated you on brushing your dog and getting him groomed on a 4 week basis to prevent these incidents in the future. 4. After educating you on these crucial areas, your response was "How long does it usually take for his hair to grow back?" It seemed that was all you were concerned with, which is sad. 5. The ear hair: it was matted and impacted which caused the ear infection, not from plucking the ear hair so that the ear could breathe and get some air flow. I recall I could only get one ear done because Leo was having such a rough time shaking his head so I didn't continue because he was uncomfortable. So in conclusion, you're blaming your neglect and lack of education on us. It's quite sad. You should take accountability for the lack of grooming care that your dog has received. Good luck finding a groomer. P.S. Would you go 8 to 10 weeks or longer without brushing your hair? So, why do you think it's okay for your dog to go 8 weeks or longer without a brushing and you blame the groomer? Brush your dog dude.

Girls treat my beautiful like their own.

I was very disappointed with their service and will never go here again!!!! We had a perfectly healthy and happy puppy, but after being slightly late and told that if we made it by their newly assigned time, they would take him in for grooming, However, they kept him for 6 hours!!! They were not very clear on how long it would take despite calling them multiple times through the time that my puppy was kept. The worst part was that my puppy ended coming back home with irritation and flesh wounds on both ears that were signs of hematoma. I immediately rushed him to the vet to get him checked out and luckily it was not that severe but for two days he was feeling discomfort and constantly shaking his ears. Now he is being treated for an ear infection because they plucked the hairs from his ears carelessly and we have to treat the areas where he was shaved completely because he is constantly licking and gnawing there.

Have been using this groomer for years. Always had a good experience with people and happy with the way my dogs are treated. However, they have recently gotten some new staff, and since then their customer service and professionalism has tanked. We received no confirmation of appointment, which normally wouldn’t be an issue, but when we arrived to our appointment we were told that it was NOT at the time they gave us on the phone. At this point I was irritated but not angry. But then they proceeded to tell me that because we were “late” by less than half an hour mind you, they had already given my appointment away after they had made NO attempt to contact me. So not only did the give me incorrect info, they never tried to confirm the correct info, and they never tried to reach out on the day of the miscommunicated appointment. Not only did they waste my time, they wasted my dogs time, as this groomer is much more difficult to get an appointment at than most. Again I have never had an issue with the way they treated my dogs or the haircuts they gave them. But the obvious drop in quality of communication when the staff changed has made me question my business with them, especially when they are as limited as they are, and when I used to regard their work so highly. I guess high expectations leaves you a far way down to fall.

Mango our maltipoo will Never go anywhere else! The girls that take care of him are amazing! 2/2021 update : not sure of I can afford to keep taking mango here, price started T around $40ish and Now it’s been up To $75.

This place is great, i have 3 pitbulls and a Chihuahua, the ladies there are so good with them even tho one dog is a total pain while getting their nails trimmed they always get it done????thanks ladies ????????

Great prices compared to most other groomers. I've taken my 2 dogs here for 4 or 5 years. One of my dogs has anxiety because she was a rescue and they do everything they can to make her as comfortable as possible. If recommend them to anyone.

Awesome groomers. My pup ChaCha looks amazing and very happy every time I pick her up. Brittany is great! Very knowledgeable and kind as well.

First appointment was canceled because of plumbing issue in the salon. They changed it and at the day of the appointment they refused to take my dog because I was late. It is my first experience. What a service? Now they leave no time and no chance to make an appointment with another salon because everybody is busy. Thank you Urban Grooming.

I use to love this place, but not any more! They use to treat you like family and you felt very welcomed. Now, they are short and rude when they speak to you. We'll take our business where we feel like we matter.

Are y'all still open? Been calling for 2 weeks

I have been coming here for 8years or more. And I was very happy with my pomeranian. For she have long hair. The last 2times with in 5months I asked for a (trim)they cut ALL her hair down to the skin. They said she's to old and they don't want to give her a heart attack beening 15 years old. I'm still crying because now she's cold and shaking with her not having any hair. And she looks like a small grayhound. I'm SSSSOOOOO unhappy. New owners.......but that's not a good excuse. And I'm a hairdresser. I give people what they ask for......not what I want them to have. Yes I will go back but just for a shampoo. We need to support our local shops. ✌????✍

My puppy looked great! And the groomer has such a great personality and a way with dogs.

Truly Impressed, the customer service here & actual love for animals here is amazing. They were so good with our Finlee & went above and beyond. I was in the parking lot for a while & they had no clue .. I watched them take my dog out to go to the restroom & saw how playful they were with our furbaby. Made me smile & know that my dog was in good hands. Hands down by far the best grooming place I have been too in the last 10 years of owning a dog. Our rescue was way overdue for a haircut & looks amazing... Props to Urban Grooming!! Keep up the great work!

The last two times my dog has been there for a blow out he left with a ton of hair still falling off of him. They said I was locked in to a certain price if I agreed for every two months like they said, they’re not honoring that price now! We don’t be returning! They aren’t doing quality work and continue to change price everytime we go!

Love this place.....well, my dog loves it more. Staff treats you like family.
