I recommend this place. I have used their boarding services several times and never had an issue. The staff is always courteous and responsive. The place is clean and well maintained.

This is the first time we've taken our fur baby, and it was an amazing experience on how much the staff cared for all the fur babies. With no doubt I will be returning, great Customer service and we got to experience the whole process and our fur baby looks amazing!!!! Thank you!!!! ???? Edit** I have been taking winter (not mia) for a couple of months now. Max does a great job with winter. Staff has changed my appointments twice now. I was ok at first because I could reschedule, this time around I can't reschedule and they won't refund the deposit. Sure I signed a contract but if I canceled I wouldn't get refunded yet it is you trying to reschedule my appointments with only 3 days in advance. Staff said they called but never did you message me like you did today. I received your message and called you back immediately. Lily at the end of the call said they would refund the deposit and yet Ana calls me back being very rude she said that they wouldn't do the refund. What a lack of professionalism. Never had Ana been rude to me and yet today she was. So sad that this will change things. Never am I taking Winter back to this place. Even worst manager Laura called back and kept insisting that she couldn't refund the money because of contract when clearly they are the ones canceling the appointment. *** Off course to your convenience ...weekends were not offered since the groomer winter had no longer worked on weekends with you since he opened his own business. I work weekdays very late and sometimes weekends, you failed to mentioned that the is the reason I refused weekdays offered. I booked when I was available, besides that you never offered to keep the appointment but try a different groomer. So yes you lack professionalism.

The groomer herself is amazing! Her name Is Jackie Gonzalez, I will be going to her from now on! We never got my bus key groomed here since we moved her here from Wisconsin but I am so glad that I got her with Jackie❤️ She made her smell so good, her hair so soft, nails don’t hurt no more and that breath in so happy I recommend her 100% she puts her heart in 100%

Well online it states walk ins welcome for the self dog wash. I walked in with my girl and they tell me you have to call ahead. They only have one washing station when online it clearly shows several. False advertisement at its best, wish I could give zero stars. Also shows availability for boarding online but, when you call they say booked.

I felt this was the right place to leave by dogs because when I called they answered every single one of my questions and they offered to give me a tour of the facility. We boarded our 2 pitbulls for 8 days and the staff was amazing. They sent us pictures and videos daily of our dogs on their walks and playtime. I could tell by the videos that my pups were happy and they really liked the girls there! Every time I sent them a text with any questions, they would answer within 30 minutes. The registration was easy. I would definitely board my dogs here again. Great place! Thank you - Marivel Quintero

I took my mini schnauzer mix to High Happy Pet Resort for the first time. She came back looking great, except for having bleach marks (about 5 and 3 inches long) in two spots right on her top, lower back. We didn’t notice until after we had left the groomer and figured out what it was. Her coat is an off white with light beige. I guess they used whitening shampoo on her instead of regular dog shampoo. Other than that I was pleased with their services. I would’ve really appreciated them telling me about their mistake, though. It’s quite noticeable. **Edited for note to groomers response** The white marks were never part of her coat before her being groomed here. We have gone to other groomers and never has this happened with whatever shampoo they used, so I know it was High Happy Pet Resorts use of their shampoo that “whitened and not bleached” her natural beige/off white fur. Plenty of natural ingredients still whiten pets fur or can discolor it. As is the case here, with my pet. I won’t let this keep me away from services at this salon though. The professionalism of the front staff and groomer were great, my dog was happy, and the cost is super affordable. I would just like to have known before I left that the employee who did use the whitening shampoo made the mistake.

This was our first time leaving our 3yr old female German Shepherd at a facility. Yet, we had to go out of town. So I looked around and I found High-Happy Pet Resort. I called and Anna sold me with one phone call. She assured us that Lola would be well taken care of and that we could go at any time for a tour of their facility. We went by and the staff was amazing very friendly. When we left we knew that Lola was in good hands. Everyday the staff would send us pics and videos of our Lola having a good time. The groomers at this place are fantastic!!! Even more, the staff are very knowledgeable and they educated me on many things I didn’t even know about. This isn’t one of those run down places where you just drop off your dog and hope for the best. I was very happy with the way my dogs came out yesterday (6/20/21) and the way the staff treated me. But just make sure you make an appointment ahead of time and be ready to make a deposit because they fill up their spots quick. NEVER going to another place again. Highly recommending to my friends and family!!

This is the only place I leave my doggies when I travel. The place is always clean and the staff is very friendly and understanding. Highly recommend!

Going to give this 3 stars because it wasn’t terrible but wasn’t excellent either. First, I know it’s a business but they charge extra for EVERY little thing. Your pet is on meds? “We charge for that”. I asked if they could send photos/videos at play time for updates? “We charge for that.” Like really? I’m trusting you with my baby, I’m already paying for your services, you can’t just send a picture for some peace of mind without charging extra for that? Anyway, I boarded my pet for 3 nights for the first time ever so I was a nervous wreck and sad to be leaving him. The girl at the front assured me everything would be fine, there would be plenty of play time, and that they would post videos to Facebook for my viewing and what not. Needless to say, there were no videos posted so I can only assume there was minimal playtime if any. I’ve gone by on separate numerous occasions and have never seen them once playing with any pets. Thankfully my pet was perfectly fine when I picked him up but I just wish this place was a little more friendly to both parent and pet. ????????♀️

Set up a appointment and the called to tell me groomer would not be in. Then set up another appointment then they called to tell me they had no appointment after all because they had to groom dogs that were boarded. I don’t understand why they scheduled me 2x if they don’t really know the schedule. ***** Update****** These guys more than made up for it. I was notified exactly what happened and was satisfied with the explanation. I made the appointment and was very happy with the results! Awesome job!

Was super happy to have found this place. They did an excellent job on 3 of our dogs with bathing and nail clipping. Strongly recommend em!!!

It was our first time utilizing board services for our little pup. The staff at High Happy Pet resort made our first time experience a great one! The staff was wonderful, super friendly and always answered any questions or messages we sent while we were out. The pics posted on Facebook were a plus! We were at ease knowing she was being well taken care of. We will definitely continue to use their boarding service and more at in the future.

I was SO excited to bring my babies here especially after reading all the great reviews. However my personal experience was NOT at all what I was expecting/hoping it would be and for that reason I will never be bringing my pets here again nor would I ever recommend this place to anyone. The customer service, or lack there of I should say, was absolutely atrocious. I had the displeasure of speaking with the “manager”, Laura (or some “L” name...can’t remember....oh well), who was extremely unpleasant. My husband submitted all necessary paperwork for our babies OVER A WEEK PRIOR to their stay with HHPR. After submitting required documents via email, my husband asked if there was anything else they were needing and they replied that we were good to go.....”Awesome” we thought, “we’re all set”.... lol no we thought wrong. A couple of hours after dropping our pups off we got a text saying one of our pups had missing vaccinations. I called our vet, got proof of those vaccinations and emailed them immediately. I texted HHPR back saying “please let me know if you got my email” and no reply...so I, on MY vacation called to make sure everything was good to go and Linda answered, as per Linda now our OTHER dog was missing a vaccination, after going back and forth with laurel I was like “wait, WHY HAD DOCUMENTS NOT BEEN REVIEWED PRIOR TO MY PUPS STAY WITH YOU ALL?? Why am I getting calls NOW?” and Lori tells me something along the lines of “we can’t hold every dog owners hand, it is the OWNERS responsibility to make sure your dogs vaccinations are up to date so just FYI there will be an additional fee” ( side note: as per our records they both were) and I agree as the owner I am 100% responsible for my dogs vaccinations, HOWEVER I am not responsible for them failing to review documents properly and finding my pet did not have a vaccination listed that is required to stay at their resort. There was PLENTY of time (had they done their part) to be like “hi ma’am can you please make sure prior to your pets stay with us they receive the following vaccinations or they can not stay with us” and I would have been MORE than willing to go and get those taken care of. But to get texts messages AFTER THE FACT and have Lorraine be condescending and passive aggressive and stress ME out while I’m x amount of miles away from my babies, no thank you. To top of ALL off, when we got our babies back they absolutely REEKED, don’t worry though the rancid stench your pet will come back home with is %100 free of charge. Never again. What a mess of an establishment. Do better HHPR.

Left my 3 dogs here for 4 days while I had to take a work trip, and they did such a great job with my fur babies. They sent me videos, and picture updates of them getting play time, and being taken care of. Good pricing in my opinion, and they worked with me for payments. I will definitely be coming here again if I need to board my dogs.

at first I thought they did a good job fast foward tommorow she didnt want to eat so I was just a little bit worried but the next day she was very weak i gave her food through a tube the next day I gave her a dewormer because i thought she had worms she did but the next day she was pratically dead so I took her to the vet yesterday they took her and said she got parvo from the groomers because thats the only place she went she was just 6 months I called the vet today and they said she was dead I blame them because they didnt clean their items or check any dogs if they had parvo she died just because I took her to that groomers and at the vet it cost me 400 but it cost me less because i knw the vet

We were from out of town, needed to put our 4 dogs in doggie day camp for one day during our trip. The ladies we talked to were very welcoming, gave us information we needed. When I called to make the appointment for my pups, I left a message and they got back with me within a hour. Very polite over the phone. When we brought our dogs in, once again they were very welcoming. My dogs came back happy and tired! I loved the report cards ???? I would definitely bring my dogs back, next time I am down there visiting my daughter

This is now my “GO-TO” place for grooming and boarding!! Prior to COVID-19 I primarily used this facility for my dogs when I went on vacation. Now that I was finally able to get out of the house again, I also got my dog groomed as well. WOW! This place is fantastic and it keeps getting better!! The groomer is top notch and the place is high-end. So much that I like to brag to my neighbors on how I use this place for my dogs and they don’t. I’m so glad I tried this place out after a referral from a friend. 6 STARS out of five! UPDATE 6/25/2020 I went in to get a quick bath for my dog and i have to say that Max was very knowledgable and helpful. Thanks again!!

She was a happy baby when I picked her up. She went for a the premium treatment and they did an AMAZING job. Her fur is softer and she is not shedding as much. The front desk lady and the groomer were so kind and friendly. We are so coming back ????
