Saved my dog. Went in and they knew exactly what the problem was and rushed her back for surgery. Stayed a few days to get over the infection and came home happy as she was before she had gotten sick. Never heard of the problem before but they are professional and know their stuff!!!

I like the clinic. You can get most services done in house which is nice. But much of the time the front desk staff are rude and unfeeling: that is bad when people are worried about their furry one. I have felt this way for months. Last time I was there a gentleman had enough and ask for a manager. They apologized- but things are the same. They need to get qualified polite and caring receptionist!! This has been my experience many times. It’s sad!

A few months ago the original owner sold this clinic to a corporation...it’s just not the same. They raised all the prices, they GOT RID of DR DREW and DR CANNON ???????????????? they don’t like to do large animals, there’s no more emergency after hours vet available. The service is just not the same, and the prices are now way too high, they no longer offer discounts to students or military vets. It’s too bad

I loved that they actually explained what could be happening and what I could do to make things better for my Buddy. Different options as well . The Assistant was very sweet and paid close attention on how my buddy was acting. I like how she came in before Dr. Drew and took notes on exactly what was going on. Very professional. Dr.Drew was excellent . Thank you so much for helping my Boy Max. God Bless.

Charged me 140 dollars for some antibiotics that didn't help, entire litter ended up dying, said they only had one vet on duty, told me they will see what they can do, I don't even think they looked at the kitten.

Friendly staff . Professional service. In and out in about an hour. Very satisfied with the service we received and I would recommend them to all chihuahua owners and owners of other pets

I had an emergency with my American bully, she was stung by a bee or wasp and her face & eye were swollen. The clinic fit me in there schedule and everyone was sweet to my girl. I would highly recommend this vet office.

I started taking pets to Green's Creek for Aunt Jan's Grooming. Then I took my kitties there for care and again I was pleased. The folks at Green's Creek never fail to please. They've always taken care of my pack members regardless of the circumstances. Routine exam, immunization, emergency treatment, or prescription medication, they always make the time to fulfill my needs and always with a smile and caring heart.

I have been taking my mature dog to Green's Creek for several years. I drive over an hour to their office. This is the only vet practice that I trust to take care of my dogs. All of the staff are professional, knowledgeable and caring. I could not be more satisfied with their care of my pets. Review update - I took my 15 year old chihuahua to Green's to have an abscessed tooth removed. As usual, I am so happy with the care they provided. The staff keep us informed and genuinely care about my pets. Well worth the long drive!

My dog Lana hurt her eye somehow and I called and they told me to come right in. They fixed her up and gave me 3 different medications and I paid at least 100 less than I thought I was going to. Everyone there is so nice and knowledgeable. Will take my dogs there forever even though it's an hour drive

I recently had to put down 3 guinea pigs, unfortunately, at this vet clinic, and they were very respectful, and polite. I had also brought my dog in for a vaccination and recieved just as courteous service. But the reason I am leaving this review is because I have never had a vet clinic send me a personal condolence card for putting down my guinea pigs. Each of the staff members wrote personal notes and signed. I have so much appreciation for this staff and what they do.

The staff at Green's Creek are the most caring and amazing people I have ever had the opportunity to meet. When my son and I had to have our dog Kia put down after 14 years with her not only did the make one of the most painful times in mine and my son's life so much easier they even sent a us a beautiful card signed with words o condolences and comfort from each individual at the clinic both those that we met that day and some we hadn't. I have never heard of any other vet doing something so kind and thoughtful particularly for people who only visited there office one time. Such a caring and beautiful group of people at this clinic. I can't thank each and every one of you enough.

I've taken my dog as well as my cat here. They are very friendly, are able to schedule appointments quickly and my pets received excellent care.

Amazing staff!! We had a emergency last night and our regular vet was not available. Called Greens Creek and they met us within 20 minutes at their clinic. They were very warm and capable! Felt immediately relieved that we had came to the right place. Our fur baby Shasta was treated and felt better within a couple of hours! Thank you so much for caring for our family! If you are looking for a Caring Vet and staff this is the place!!

Dr. Cannon and Dr. Forrester helped me with my cat beyond what I could ever ask for. They are absolutely wonderful! They are both wonderful doctors, and always there to help.

They overcharge and the vet isn't always available. This clinic tried to charge me $800 before even looking at my animal or having him examined while the vet wasn't even present or in the building. I would recommend Cornerstone animal hospital in Stephenville any day over them.

Had to wait 1 hour past appointment time but staff was friendly... just wish wait wasn’t so long.

The Equine Dentist Dr. Cody was incredible! He paid special attention to all teeth, double checked his work to make sure our horses could adequately grind their food, and the best thing ever was that he has personalized diagrams of ever tooth on both of our horses. I couldn't recommend him more!

The staff here are super nice. I adopted a dog with no shot or vaccination records and the staff here were very helpful with explaining all the shots and test that needed to be done and we're very good at answering and explaining any questions I had. I will definitely be bringing my dog and any future animals to this location.

the employees love your pet just as much as you do. i took my dog to get fixed and they treated him like a king! now i'm taking my puppy for shots and they are so sweet with her. i highly recommend this place!
