My chihuahua went in for dental work and was well cared for. They made sure she was up to the procedure since she is an older chihuahua and let me.know her condition and explained it all to me. The whole process was very professional and well organized. Gidget will be going to Southridge if and when she needs any medical help in the future. I really appreciate how well they took care of her.

The staff here is the best. Always caring and helpful whether it is a regular check up or an urgent problem their there for us.

I brought my dog here for an ear infection today, after seeing many red flags with his previous vet. My dog is an old, nervous rescue. I always dread the moment at the vet that I have to pass the leash to the technician and watch him disappear behind the door, because I know he’s afraid. It typically takes him a few days to recover from the stress. When the doctor brought my dog back out today, he was relaxed and even happy. He’s been in a good mood all day, like nothing happened. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It was apparent from the check in that they love helping animals. The doctor went above and beyond to explain my dog’s symptoms and best options for treatment. The cost was reasonable and the appointment did not take long. Fabulous experience, I highly recommend and will be bringing my dog here from now on.

Southridge Animal has cared for my fur babies for more than 20 years! They’ve provided loving professional care consistently, without fail, throughout the years! My babies and I love all of the doctors, techs, assistants, and receptionists! What a blessing to have the highest level of medical care for those I love!

When I moved to Denton, many people recommended Southridge Animal Hospital. My cat was aging and they handled him with care and kindness. After he died (19 years old), the entire staff sent me a card with more care and kindness. This brought tears to my eyes. That extra step let me know that Southridge knows how important pets are to people. I'm grieving over the loss of my long-time friend. Someday in the future, when I get another cat, I will take him or her to Southridge. Excellent organization!

They did fantastic with my bearded dragon. Went above and beyond. Was affordable compared to any other exotic vet ive ever been to. 10/10 would recommend if u have scaley friends????????????????????????

It was my first time there and things seemed to be well run. The clinic staff was friendly and the doctor called and spoke with me while I was sitting and waiting for my kitten.

The only place I will trust with my fur-kids. Fast, efficient, communicative, loving, understanding, patient, knowledgeable and honest. The vets seem to love and care for each patient. The staff all know our family and treat them like their own. Wonderful place.

Southridge Animal Hospital is amazing!! Their staff is so sweet and you can tell they truly care about their patients. The price for the services is very fair and they work with you in scheduling appointments. They even told me my cat, Minnie, was really sweet during her last appointment, so that tells me she felt comfortable with them, couldn’t ask for anything better!

Everyone at Southridge has always taken good care of my dogs over the last 4 years. They were especially caring, considerate, and accommodating when one of my pups had to pass on.

Southridge has cared for our animals for over 20 years. Their compassion and professionalism were most appreciated when we recently had to euthanize our dog during the pandemic.

My dog got heartworms while on a heartworm preventative and Southridge fought with the maker of it to pay for the treatment. They were successful and I didn't have to pay a dime for the treatment.

One of the hardest days I’ve had was having to euthanize our 15 year old dog. Southridge was so compassionate and gave us time to say goodbye. No pain or stress for our wonderful dog, just care and love. Thank y’all Southridge for making this difficult time and decision easier.

They really care, what more can you ask for?

Been going to Southridge for over 10 years now. I’m on my second pit bull. They were both rescues and when I got Bear he was in bad shape. Thanks to doc Jones and his ENTIRE STAFF he is now eight years old. Without doc Jones and staff my dog wouldn’t be alive. He has had a few health problems along the way and Southridge took awesome care of him and now he is healthy fat and happy. I can’t say enough good things about the people there. They all treat you extremely well like extended family. I wouldn’t take my mutt anywhere else. Thanks Simone Morgan Eric doc Jones and everyone else whose names I can’t remember. I’m terrible at remembering names but the world would be a better place with more caring kind and compassionate people like y’all. Thanks again Steve K.

Pretty fast, super busy though so only by appointment unless theres an emergency They were fast, high attention to detail and did everything for pretty cheap comparatively. Im going back next time.

We brought my daughter's Russian tortoise to this vet clinic about 2 months after we received her. She had been rehomes and was about 5 to 10 years old. The vet and vet tech or super nice. They answered all of our questions and gave us lots of recommendations. The tortoise had a nutrient deficiency, though not from being in our care. She let us know that the habitat and diet we were offering was in line with what the tortoise needed in order to recover but that it might take some time with a few additional supplements to get her to a point where she was feeling better. Curbside service in a time of pandemic plus an excellent "bedside manner" over the phone.

Misdiagnosed my dog had to get a 2nd opinion and they treated my dog like poison and she has epilepsy

It's so nice having a vet that will listen to your concerns about your dogs and explain things to you in regular terms. Dr Jones is that guy!!!
