Top notch... They were not only responsive to the needs of our cat, but to us, as well - even to the point of doing the procedure on the spot to keep us from having to do another 2hr drive. Totally and completely recommended!

They take very good care of my two small dogs. I have never had a problem with them. So thankful that Dr. Ramona and Jo take good care of my babies.

While we were able to get in within an hour on a busy Saturday morning without an appointment which was reassuring, I felt that my puppy and I were rushed in and out of the exam room. With a more thorough exam or cytology, the vet may have been able to find out and get started on treatment for a severe bacterial ear infection, pyoderma mouth infection and eye infection that I had to find out about from another vet two days later. Instead, my 12 week old puppy was treated here for an allergic reaction, which at this point without further testing, we are unsure if that was a correct diagnosis or not. I‘ll give the benefit of the doubt that if I had had an appointment, or had been a returning client, my puppy would have received a more thorough exam, but overall I do not feel that we received the best individualized service, which could have had terrible consequences if I hadn’t followed my instincts to visit another clinic. The vet seemed knowledgeable and I would probably visit again for routine services if needed. The price seemed fair at the time for the treatment we received, but knowing that it was not a complete treatment makes it a little harder to stomach.

Excellent clinic that really considers the welfare of their animal patients

We took our Mastiff Blue Heeler mix and they seemed unorganized and I was actually tell the lady at the desk was glaring at me behind her COVID-19 mask after I addressed the 10 minute wait to figure out how to book an appointment for the previous customer. Everyone’s time is valuable, if I’m not on time I lose my dogs appointment for surgery. So why is my dog in a tiny tiny waiting area starved from presurgery fasting while you are trying to find a solution instead of asking for help. They waited many hours to call the second number they had for us to come get our dog he is being too loud. Mind you, I called 3 times earlier to check on him Ann got no answer. They called my husband WBA’s out of town instead of the contact number for me;and lastly she told me she didn’t answer bc it was ringing without end so she was just “hitting the button” to make it stop ringing. I felt like a bad pet parent bc she said don’t be here to pick him up till after 3 pm, my husband had to call me at 2:00 frantic that he had to be picked up now. Hello Plumcreek...call me first. Thank goodness it was not life or death. Hard to trust after that. I am not a bad review giver, but this is an actual professional service, and we are shocked that seems to be their SOP. Not cheap prices either. I don’t know if the Dr actually sees her practice through the patients perspective. Always check out any services for your animals before scheduling, they put my dog outside in the heat for several hours because he was “too vocal.” His breed is not heat tolerant and have separation anxiety issues to begin with. I do wish the Dr to see this review, I’m reliving the “bad Customer experience” aka bad animal handling or understaffing as well.

Had to take my little dog in this morning and had a very good experience. Doctor Ramona is so great with her patients and gives excellent care! Highly recommend.

Very good veterinarian but her assistant need to learn some manners. When people walk in to a place and you don't tell them what you must want to kill your cat with this collar because it 's a dog collar and he can still get it off on his own and he is in side all the time with me.
