I've been taking my furkids to VCA Love Field Animal Hospital for several decades now. They are always great, from technicians to the vets. They truly care about my pets and it shows.

I love this clinic. I have been taking my kitties here for 4 years. They genuinely care at this office, and their service has still been top notch despite the pandemic. When my 3 year old cat passed away unexpectedly recently, they were so kind and comforting. They gave me a plaster pawprint of his as a gift, which I was not expecting, and a card with handwritten messages from everyone in the office. It was so touching. Dr. Sinapi is a really caring doctor too, and never makes me feel silly or over the top for all of the questions I ask. I love them! Highly recommend to anyone!!

I took my cat"Chachi" to VCA Field Hospital and received absolute First Class attention & service. The Staff & Veterinarians really know what they are doing. I have been going to them for several years and they are consistent with the the great good that they do. Daniel Sharkey

My fur baby Karma was having some issues with her arthritis and I wasn't sure what was going on before taking her to this vet. I was really worried about being taken to the bank because I have had that happen in the past with another vet locally. I called and was able to get Karma in the same afternoon. I called at lunch and they had an appointment available at 4:00pm. I got to the vet before the scheduled time and due to covid they called and did a consultation over the phone while I waited in the parking lot. After a short 5 minute phone consultation the vet tech came out and got Karma and took her in. Less than 10 minutes later the Vet called and told me Karma was ready and did not run up the vet bill with a bunch of tests or xrays. If the diagnosis doesn't improve then I would need to bring her back for further testing. The tech and the vet were both very professional, helpful, and provided exceptional service. I am extremely happy with the first impression of this vet clinic and highly recommend them to take care of our fur babies.

I have been going here for over 7 years and lately they have become unprofessional the vet techs you can tell are stressed and that makes them unhappy. I will be taking my dogs to other vets I'm sorry to say.

The experience was friendly. I spent $400 on test and medicine though only for my cat Dutch to not have a diagnosis. Pretty disappointing I dont really know where my money went too.

They have cared for my pets for 18 years. It would be hard to find a more caring place for your pet.

Unresponsive and gives you the run around. My first visit to VCA was lovely. The staff was attentive and it didn't take much time to be seen. The second time, roughly the same. The price was higher than expected, but the care was on par. Fast forward to the last month. My first issue began when I asked for alternatives to help with my dog's high anxiety. She is a rescue and has major issues with separation as well as social anxiety. I asked them for mere alternatives or to discuss with me options. Instead, I was sent to a behavioral therapist for my dog that would run me hundreds of dollars. I have tried training. I have tried behaviorists. I am looking for a solution; not a run around so you don't have to deal with the problem. Then came their lack of communication. My dog's heart worm and flea medication was due over a month ago. I called weekly and the phone was never answered. I was sent to voicemail and would receive a text letting me know that it would be filled and they would let me know when. This went on for weeks. Finally, I called and said how unprofessional this was and I expected a call immediately letting me know when the medication would be filled. They promptly called back and it was magically filled that day. Then there was a catch - they close their office in the middle of the day for about two hours for lunch and then add to it randomized staff training days. I CAN'T GET IN TO EVEN GET THE MEDICATION! I have driven by twice since they called and the doors have been closed both times. Calling hasn't helped either. I just want this medication filled so I can move on to another vet who makes their patients a priority.

They are always kind to our high-maintenence dog. He gets stressed when we have to go out of town, but he always seems like he's been treated just fine when we return. Four paws up.

VCA Love was amazing first few years (~2 yrs ago), but the past 2 have been not just disappointing but left me feeling like no care was provided to my babies. Tried to have a tag cryo-froze off one of them 2x. First time there was a visiting vet, she started and then "ran out" of the gas and she did not know where more was- only med director knew where to get it but she could not have anyway to get ahold of him (?). He already screamed, hurt for no reason. Then second time the med director made it clear he did not know how to do the procedure that most should be able to do while I'm waiting and asked to keep him all day. The tag never fell off. My most recent check up the vet did not check the pup's eyes, despite there being a known hx of eye issues (known as they treated it), until asked. They asked over $500. He did not even mention the tag (that he tried to treat!) until I asked. We knew teeth cleaning was due- we were quoted over 1k. Shopped around and found a GREAT place for $190. VCA clearly chain. Vets used to be great here but now checked out and vacant. Very sad to leave. (To add context to my discontent, t I have NEVER left a review for anything until now.)

Prices are way too high. I wasn’t told how much a visit would cost until after. And then when I asked for documentation for my dog’s physical for my own records. I never got a call back Or confirmation. I’d like to think they just took my dog backstage for 40mins and waited till he stopped crying to bring him back to me in the waiting room....... They didn’t seem genuinely concerned for my dog’s health (he’s in old age and had a weak walk) they were persistent I pay for the medication and fee before I left with lack of compassion. Unprofessional staff and clearly shouldn’t be working with animals if they lack sympathy. Perhaps they should look into a new profession. Heads up to those who are looking for nicer, cleaner and better services, animal shelters like - HUMANE SOCIETY OF NORTH TEXAS- do it for a cheaper price and they’re super friendly and understanding. The shelters are the real hard workers ❤️ I will be shifting my business from this location to theirs. DM me for more details! ????

I used to love this place. They were great a kind and caring. Unfortunately, when my dog became very sick and needed to be put to sleep, they made me wait hours before they could get him in for an appointment. Once there, the female vet was too busy to come into the room. Then she couldn’t find my poor baby’s vein. She put him in distress and had to poke him multiple times. He ended up dying on his own while I watched this process. It was the most horrific thing to witness after I had already made a difficult decision. This vets bedside manner was horrible. I had been a long term customer, but will never return. This happened almost 3 years ago, but still gives me nightmares. If the female vet is still there, stay away. Dr. Sinapee and the rest of the staff were always very nice.
