These people are great. Twice now my little Doodle has had a serious fever in the morning. Without an appointment or any prior notice, on both occasions, they took her in, kept her all day, and provided effective care that resolved the problem. A+

We have been taking our pups to Preston Royal Animal Clinic for a couple of years now and we have received outstanding care from every doctor and tech we have seen there. The compassion here is unmatched, and we are very thankful for the team at Preston Royal!

For my first visit today, it was a relief. Dr. Young is very knowledgeable and he was able to answer all my questions. Front desk staff is very friendly and vet technician Sara is very professional.

I called yesterday to get my 14 year old kitty in for an appointment as he was overdue for a checkup and his rabies shot, and they were able to get us in same day. My cat is not a fan of new places and new people, but the staff at PRAC was absolutely wonderful with him and made the whole experience as stress-free as possible. They even called today to check in and see how he is doing after his visit and vaccination yesterday, which was a really nice touch.

Dr. Carrera has gone above and beyond for my cat, Thor, who has been struggling with inflammatory bowel disease. She has been extremely supportive and caring. I really appreciated her reaching out to check on Thor after he underwent an endoscopy/biopsy and circling back to see if we needed anything else.

I loved coming here . Everyone was so nice and welcoming . My pet Nalah loved it here !! Highly recommend ????

Being a first time dog owner I was very hesitant to take my puppy anywhere, but thankfully a friend recommended me Preston Clinic. Dr. Tisdale as well as all the staff have been so amazing! They make every visit so easy and enjoyable. They truly take care of all your needs during your visit.

We have been taking pets to Preston Royal for over 20 years. We love all the people there. They are kind and helpful and are quick to respond to questions. Dr. Young is our personal favorite but all the vets and techs there have been excellent. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Friendly and professional. Can get an appointment when needed! They take very good care of my precious kitty and explain everything that they are going to do and options for her care.

I took my senior kitty here for 3 years. 100% recommend for cat parents. Every doctor I interacted with was fantastic and created a great care plan for my cat. If there was any negative it would be that the prices are a little high, however, I would pay 3 times over for the quality of care I received here!

I really dislike the front desk staff here— primarily those that seemingly identify as women. They’re quite condescending despite the responsibility they ignorantly hold as being the face of a “royal” brand. They’re not friendly or warm and act like they’re doing you a favor. It’s such a shame as I loved the experiences I had with the vet and the male vet technician assisting me— the 2 stars are only intended for them. Hopefully as this location continues reconstruction attitudes, biases, and temperaments are next under repair.

I recently relocated back to Dallas due to Covid and was seeking a new vet. I also manage a doggy daycare and boarding facility for a living, as a side note. Dr. Young was VERY helpful and kind during my dogs vaccine appointment and even helped me with some advice regarding a KC outbreak at my work. Kudos to him and the rest of the amazing team, all the assistants were extremely helpful as well. Glad to have found this place and hope to see y’all next time!

I have nothing but good things to say about this practice, from the front desk to the examining room we've been treated very well. The care our dogs have received from the Technicians and Veterinarians has been both personal and top notch. Thank you Preston Royal!!

My baby girl Felipa & my older cat Frankie receive the best care with the Preston Royal team! Everyone is so great and professional and I really appreciate their kindness! I am always pretty stressed and worried when my Pets aren’t doing okay & they do a great job at explaining Everything especially Dr. Anya and Dr. Young!! I love going there and Will definitely keep them as a life long vet for my babies ????????

This was my first visit to this clinic and I called to make an appointment on Saturday but got my kitten in on Sunday. I never met Dr Young but I did talk to him since they are curbside. I was nervous about not being with my kitty but Alison was very sweet with Annie. The doctor said she had an abscess and gave her a shot. Told me to watch her closely, especially her eating, for next few days to make sure abscess was going down. I appreciated their kindness with Annie, especially since I couldn’t go into clinic or meet doctor. Good news is this clinic is very near my home. With 3 cats, this probably will not be my only visit.

I am SOOOOOO impressed with the staff at Preston Royal Animal Clinic!! They are truly the BEST!!!!! My previous vet couldn't see my fur baby who had an emergency situation.....not good and obviously not with them any more!!! I called Preston Royal Animal Clinic and they IMMEDIATELY got us in!! They are so caring, compassionate, professional, and explained everything SO well!! My fur baby is in the BEST of hands now as Preston Royal Animal Clinic is our vet for LIFE!! Thank you for such comfort you gave to me and my Abby!!!! WONDERFUL clinic which I can't say enough positive comments about due to their professional/caring qualities!!!!!

My 2 year old kitty had an upset stomach for 72 hours when I called Preston Royal Animal Clinic. They were very sympathetic and got me an appointment quick! The technicians were warm and very informative. I felt very safe leaving my kitty in their care. The doctor was kind and thorough and treated my kitty like it was her own! I highly recommend them and they in turn have made a life long customer. Thank you!

Even though its a 30 min drive to take my pup to her check-ups its worth it. The attention they provide is excellent from the moment im dropping her off to picking her up. They are a really caring staff and there communication with the customer is great. 10/10 recommend.

Dr. Young and staff have always taken excellent care of my cat! I highly recommend this vet clinic. Dr. Young is very thorough at explaining lab work and treatment options. I trust his medical advice and opinions. He’s good with cats and their owners. I’m very nervous about leaving my cat at the vet (today she had a dental cleaning done). The staff were kind and reassuring. I talked to Dr. Young afterwards and he went over everything that was done and instructions for home care. He always asks if I have any questions. Kashi even came home with a “certificate of bravery” which I discovered when looking through the written discharge instructions. That made me smile!

Dr. Fuller has the unique and much appreciated ability to be candid, caring, informative and real. I have so much respect for her. The passion and the science. I can’t thank you enough for giving my baby girl, Bee, relief. And giving me the education and ability to have another, nearly three months with her. We needed them. And they were good months. You’re a good vet. And the team... they are a team. Reliable. Love you guys.

We had an emergency with our pet...they were able to get us in quickly, assess the issue, and were great with the situation. Friendly staff, clean environment and very knowledgeable.

Dr Young is attentitive ans thoughtful. We moved to north so change our vet from Katy Trail Animal to here. Perfect transition. Great Vet!!!

Dr. Thomas, her assistant Amy, Mary and the entire staff are such caring and loving people. They were there with us with loving hugs as we had to let our little Sadiemae go to doggie heaven. We'll never forget them for the kind and attentive care they gave her. They've now agreed to take on our two little Pomeranian pups and I'm sure they're up to the task although our girls can be a handful!! Love these guys!!
