Preston Center Animal Clinic Dallas, Texas

This veterinarian clinic is by far the best spot I have ever taken my animals. They have done nothing, but accommodate my pets every need and have been there for me for emergency situations.They even offered to help an injured animal I found that was suffering when no other clinic in Dallas would. Top notch across the broad and they take very good care of ALL animals. Thank you for everything you do for my pets :).

I can honestly say I have been a client since 1986 (yes Larry, that was before the lady vet moved to Austin and you took over!). Over 5 dogs have passed and been lovingly cared for. 4 cats the same. We still have 3 dogs and a cat still in the practice and heaven and earth have been moved to care for all of our animals from all the folks over the decades. We have one more small little glimpse in our eyes to be born soon, and he will be in the practice for his lifetime too. Jena, we love you for all the modernization and care you have provided and thank Larry for all the years and care too. You have both made my husband and I so happy to call PCAC home for our pets with all your folks! Much love to all the staff over the years (Laura you know Cody is loving you too). Hearts to ALL. One of the things we will miss most about Dallas is Preston Center Animal Clinic! They were like a second family to my dog - couldn't recommend them enough!

What a difference compassion to patients and a true passion for your career make!!! I called to get a second opinion for my Boston Terrier after a trip to Banfield(not a good experience!).Talking with Aly, all my initial questions and concerns were listened to and answered,, and I felt 100% comfortable scheduling an appointment. My lil girl recieved the absoute best care from Dr. MONTGOMERY and the ENTIRE staff at Preston Center!!! They literally SAVED HER LIFE!!! Thank you to everyone at Preston Center Animal Clinic!!!

Dr. Montgomery and her staff are ALL STARS! They handle emergency situations with grace and confidence. They are friendly, knowledgeable and always prepared. I switched to this clinic because I felt like the last vet my pets saw was too large and impersonal. Here, I know my pets are getting specialized care and a personal touch. I am pretty sure they like this vet clinic more than home. Thank you for everything you all do!

I regret bringing my cat here. This vet very obviously caters to dogs. They took 3 dog clients before seeing about my cat, a couple of them who were just walk in clients, and one dog who "needed" a flu shot (really?) even though I had an appointment. The lady vet wasn't educated about cats and she rushed through the entire visit. It was like visiting one of those urgent care places except that you're treated less than human (not a dog =sub par service). They could have taken my cat back into a room and gotten him comfortable (which is what most vets do), while waiting for the vet. Except they didn't... and finally when they escorted me and my cat back to the small cramped room (after about 30 minutes of waiting, and after watching the ridiculous dog parade and my cat being tormented and scared) I was left standing there smashed up against a wall (no place to sit). The vet even walked through the door and almost crashed into me. Left the door on the other side open with loud, whining barking dogs. Where is the consideration? I don't get it. This place is located on a very busy section of NW Hwy and parking/traffic is horrible. The lobby is very small so if you have a cat expect that the office staff will do nothing to accommodate your cat to keep it away from annoying dogs and children. Also, this isn't just a cat vs. dogs thing. There are dogs who obvi don't like each other and the front office/vet techs do absolutely nothing to accommodate. I'm going to search for a vet who cares and caters only to cats. EXTREMELY disappointed with this place.

I am so glad I found this clinic. Dr. Jeanna Montgomery and the entire team are fantastic caregivers and great communicators! I have had some serious issues to deal with and they find a way to make it all okay and better. Thank you for making such a positive difference!!!

We have been taking our loved ones to Dr. Montgomery since we found her back in 2012. Our eldest dog, Jake, was doing horrible. Nothing we could do was working and finally Dr. Montgomery figured out that Jake actually had Addison's disease. She was able to bring him back after coding on the table. I will never forget what she did for us that day. If she wasn't there to bring him back and make the diagnosis of Addison's, I doubt my family would have gotten the now seven extra years we have to this point. Not only is Dr. Montgomery amazing and quite possibly the most caring vet my family has ever been to, her staff at PCAC is amazing as well. They help make you feel like you are part of the family there, and not just a client. I have, and will continue to recommend anyone I can to go and see Dr. Montgomery anytime they need an amazing vet. Thank you again Dr. Montgomery.

We have been using Dr. Larry Williams and Dr. Jeanna Montgomery there for years for our cats, and they are awesome vets. We feel like we are family there, and they feel like family to us. Highly recommend if you are looking for a veterinarian clinic in Dallas.

Dr. Montgomery is my vet of choice for my 18 mos old lab mix rescue and my 4 mos old puppy. Her staff is friendly and welcoming, and my dogs look forward to going. We have never had a wait for our appointment, but we have never felt rushed or hurried by Dr. M or her staff to leave. We would rate Preston Center 10 stars if we could!

Dr. Montgomery has been my go to vet since 2009. I followed her from Allen to PCAC in Dallas. One my dogs needed two ACL surgeries and Dr. Montgomery help me understand the process from start to finish. My boy is 100% now. Dr. Mongtomery's honest approach to treatment is second to none. I couldn't ask for a better vet or vet clinic. Thanks always to DRS. MONGTOMERY AND WILLIAMS and all of the PCAC staff.

Dr. Williams and team have been my vet for about 20 years. Such a kind, caring staff that truly love animals. They have taken care of my animals from birth to end of life with infinite dignity and kindness. And, Dr. Williams is very knowledgeable about any problem - and will find out more information if needed. The entire clinic staff are wonderful.

Love this place. Staff is superb, and the Doctors are really knowledgeable and my animals are well taken care of .
