Supportive, honest, and compassion is what I’ve been looking for in a vet clinic/hospital— and I’ve finally found it here. I am just in aw. Extremely affordable and I hope we can continue doing business for the coming years. From the front desk staff, to the vet techs, and the veterinarian themselves; absolutely total amazing service. Forgot a leash? They’ll provide one! Need a muzzle? They’ll provide it at no extra cost! They truly truly care for your animals, Dr. Rebecca Donaldson did an amazing job vaccinating my extremely reactive female Labrador, they’ve given me hope— my pup also received a skin scraping and the staff at M.P.A.H. accurately identified microorganisms in her skin and swiftly provided a treatment plan. They also allowed my companion dog to come along in order to relieve my stress as well as support me which truly helped with my nerves today.

Our experience was excellent. We loved Dr Sarpong & Enrique and the care they gave our pet! We called Carmen at the Skillman location about a same day spay. She checked & they were already fully booked, but Carmen made calls to Metro Paws White Rock and got us in! Thank you Carmen for going the extra mile to help us with a cat that we trapped! Dr Sarpong & Enrique took extra time to explain the surgery procedure to us. Thank you for the excellent care!

I take both of my cats to Metro Paws! Recently one of them had to undergo emergency surgery and the entire staff was kind and understanding through the process.

I've been going here for almost 8 years. The vets and staff are fantastic, warm, and make me feel like family. They've provided great care and support to my cats and dogs and I highly recommend their service.

I rescue animals and disabled and I would highly recommend them to everyone in need. I have been taking all my pets there for about 2 years+ now and they have always given exceptional service to help me get the medicine I need for all my animals. I have never had a bad experience with them yet. They have always tried to do their best to help me. They've always called a day or two later to check on the well being of my animals. Their professionalism has always been great. I would highly recommend them to someone.

Not at all pleased with the level of professionalism at Metro Paws. I took a rescue there by myself as I was driving to work and a stray dog followed me. The lady at the front desk was rude and gave incorrect information to me. I do not trust this clinic and will not be back because of how rude the office was. I do it recommend this veterinarian.

Great 1st time experience. I called ahead and they took Rocky in without a appointment and the wait time was shorter than expected. He ate something he wasn't suppose and had a pneumonia like symptoms. Did the XRays and they were $175. I was overall happy with the service and how quick they revitalized my dog. I'd come back to this vet. Thank yall so much!!

I was so worried about going to the vet in a pandemic, but Metro Paws has a totally contactless system that blew me away. Seriously they were so organized and thorough I felt both safe, and also felt like my pet got proper care. Bravo.

Abysmal veterinary care in my opinion. I do not recommend that you trust these veterinarians with the care of your beloved pets. I am happy to share my experience with anyone to help you not experience what I have experienced. It’s beyond tragic.

Dr Lauren Strazdis is phenomenal. She has been treating our deaf, partially blind and slightly neurological foster puppy. Her professionalism and bedside manner are truly first class. My dog is an extremely difficult K9 patient and I trust her blindly. Don’t think twice about going to see her. Even through Covid she has made our experience exceptional.

I want to work there when I grow up????

We recently had to say goodbye to my little buddy who we lost to congestive heart failure. The team at Metro paws has been great over the last 2.5 years in supporting, monitoring and medicating our little guy to extend his life. At the end I couldn't have wished for a sweeter team. Dr Sarpong and her team were kind, caring and a comfort thru the whole devastating process of helping him pass.

I am forever thankful for this wonderful place! With such caring and loving people who work here, my poor fur baby was not feeling well and his normal vet. /other places refused to see him until the next day but thank God we came across Metro Paws! Dr.Sarpong, Kiersten and the rest of the staff were very wonderful and so helpful. My family and I are so thankful to y’all for seeing our Bruno and helping him feel better! We will Definitely recommend to our family and friends! With lots of love, the Lopez family ????????

I had a great experience taking my sick dog to Metro Paws. I called Thursday afternoon and originally scheduled an appointment for Saturday at 8 AM. After my dogs symptoms worsened I contacted them again Friday morning, leaving a voicemail before they opened asking for an earlier appointment. They called me back before they even opened and had plenty of available appointments. Upon arrival I called their local number and was immediately connected to Macy, the vet tech who would be taking care of Reba. She was very thorough with her questions and came out to my car to pick up Reba. Macy was very conscious of making sure Reba and I were both comfortable and calm, she even carried Reba into the facility after observing her timidness upon entering the facility. Both Macy and the attending doctor were knowledgeable and answered my multitude of questions with no problem. They also made sure to clear all additional services with me before performing them and then made sure to explain why they needed to do that service. Overall, a very good experience. I would highly recommend Metro Paws to any pet owners! Even though Reba is a bit grumpy from not feeling well, she also enjoyed her experience after making a new friend with Macy!

Recently had to let my dog lincoln go due to a fist sized tumor on his bladder.First time I ever endured so much pain, I cried like a baby and every step of the way the team was there to comfort me. Every question I needed answered they were there with no hesitation. Thank you for the card as well, shows so much appreciation/that you guys also care. Thank you again guys really appreciate everything.

Dr. Sarpong and her team took great care of our dog for over three years, customizing their approach / treatment specific to our 'special needs' dog, and were compassionate and supportive when it came time to say the ultimate goodbye. This is a top-notch facility with modern equipment, plenty of dedicated parking, and easy access. I would recommend them to anyone seeking high-quality veterinary care for their companion animal(s).

I was VERY skeptical coming here because of the bad service I received from their other location but the staff at White Rock are AMAZING! Since customers aren't allowed in the clinic they called me immediately to give me updates on my pet and were very timley with the appointment time. I am SO happy I finally found a place that I can trust bonus points that its close to home! Thank you Metro Paws White Rock!

I LOVE this clinic so much! I've taken a couple of my dogs there, and I'm usually in and out fairly quickly. The staff is always so friendly, and the building is very clean. I can't remember the name of the veterinarian that I've been seeing, but she is so sweet. They give my pups lots of treats and make them feel as comfortable as they possibly can. Sometimes I feel like veterinarians can be pushy about certain products or unnecessary exams, etc., but I don't get that vibe from this place at all. I just think they truly do care about your pets and want the best for them.

Compassionate, kind, knowledgeable, the best vet we have ever used, especially when it comes time to make those impossible decisions. Can’t say enough about how fantastic they all are.

Our 12 pound dog was hit by a van going ~30mph. I ran her to this vet within 10 minutes because it was close. They 100% saved her life. Super professional and top notch equipment.

Dr. Knapp and her team have taken care of our three pups. We are grateful for the entire staff and their genuine concern for our fur babies. I would recommend Metro Paws White Rock to anyone.

They take great care of our dog and cat. From regular checkups, emergency medical needs, even boarding, we trust Metro Paws! Friendly and helpful doctors and staff. So glad we found them!

I love my vet and staff. Everyone is so friendly, answers my questions, and they have always been quick with service. The staff spent time on how to give my cat IVs, have listened to my concerns, and have always been diligent with following up. I drive further and pass several clinics to come here.

This place is awesome! Helps and loves their customers and treats them like family! This is a vet I highly recommend!

This is honestly the best animal clinic ???????? . I totally recommend it , they helped my dog so much when other animal clinics couldn’t, my dog was having seizures and once we brought him here he only had 1 and after that he came home and was walking again . He’s doing so much better now , me and my family are so greatful for everything that everyone did for our dog and us ❤️.

Very impressed with 1st visit. In & out in 30 minutes including paperwork, cat exam & injections for allergies at a reasonable price.
