CityVet - Addison Dallas, Texas

My corgi mix had an infection on his tail and can get aggressive when restrained, but the team at CityVet Addison were so great with him! I will gladly continue his regular visits here.

City vet is great. From the reception to the vet techs to the veterinarians there are good vibes all around. They were extremely patient with my dog and did their best to build a rapport. I highly recommend this vet!

Loved my 1st experience with City Vet staff was awesome, clinic was amazingly clean and sanitized. Loved that Dr. Foley addressed all my issues regarding Bimori. She was super patient and well versed when replying to any and all my questions. Will definitely make City Vet our home clinic from now on. I have been taking my cat here for years, and they have always provided excellent care, and have been gentle with my nervous kitty.

Always great service from lovely vets and vet techs. Helpful, professional, and caring. I've had to make quite a few visits for my cat because he was developing UTI issues, but we always leave with confidence knowing he's in good hands! Thanks!

Been taking my pet here for the past 1.5 years great customer service and communication directly w the doctors is appreciated. Most recently my fur baby became ill and she is now gone. Throughout this process both Addison and Preston Hollow locations delivered the most kind, compassionate and loving care that you could ask for. In search of a new pup and I wouldn’t take it anywhere else! See y’all again soon!

My dog gets very nervous during nail trims and they took extra care of her and made the whole process easier for her and gave me piece of mind that my dog was okay. Only place I'll be taking her from now on!

Took my Golden Retriever to CityVet-Addison and I must say they are the BEST in the area. This may seem irrelevant to this review to some but CityVet-Addison actually picked up the phone every time I called! And since my dog was having serious issues, I had a lot of questions! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, quick, and caring! We were greeted at the door and they knew exactly who I was and what I needed mainly because they picked up the phone and asked questions to get to know me and my dog! I LOVED it here! They were quick to respond and helped work with my budget as well! The vet and techs were even friendly with my dog, calling her by her name and petting her every time they came in the room. It made the environment seem more warm and homey because neither I or my dog have been there. And plus, they didn’t make it seem like my pup was annoying them like other vets do! Even when my pup had an accident in one of the rooms due to her condition, the staff stayed calm and helpful through it all! One of the tech even walked my dog when my dog needed some fresh air! The staff there was FANTASTIC and I would highly recommend going here FIRST so you can have a great experience in your dogs time of need or even for everyday check ups! If I could give CityVet-Addison 10 stars I would! My dog is happy and healthy like before she got a little sick! Thanks CityVet-Addison!

CityVet in Addison is awesome. Dr. Mauritzen is the best veterinarian. Front desk and techs are always nice and professional. There isn't a smell of dogs and cats in the facility, very clean. I would recommend this particular location as I pass several CityVets to get to this location and this Dr. Keep up the Amazing work!!!!!

They make everything easy and comfortable, plus my little fur baby gets lots of treats and belly rubs when he visits. It's a win win ????

We love our vet and staff at CityVet Addison! She takes such good care of our babies for their annual visits and specialty dental care! We appreciate how well the staff communicates with us throughout the day and calls us the following day to check on the girls! They care and we trust them.

Need I say more. My baby loves to go. When we pull up her tail just wags so fast.

My dog has been here three times, the first two were during COVID and I was not able to go in. I recently went for our third routine visit, and it was such a pleasure. The vet tech that treated our dog, Ember, was so wonderful, kind, and gentle with her! The vet was also great.

Very professional and super kind loving animal staff. Wonderful doctors. My only complaint would be the super long wait time when you first call. I've personally have been on hold for 22 minutes. Maybe hire more help for the phone. 22 hold time is truly unacceptable.

I've had an amazing experience with this vet practice. The staff is so friendly, and my pets receive amazing medical care. Drs. Foley and Aderholdt are wonderful doctors. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

City vet was exceptional. They had curbside drop off and treated my elderly girl very well. When they were done with the exam they called me outside with recommendations and options with no pressure at all.Kelly was super friendly and caring with my girl.The vet I spoke with on the phone was also very helpful. I will be back!

I can’t say enough amazing things about this place! I took my newly adopted shelter dog here and the fact that he’s always shaking around new people and when they bought him out he was so happy and calm really shows how compassionate the staff is with the animals. The vet was very knowledgeable and very sweet and answered all my questions thoroughly. Even now if I call about a question they are always very responsive. The receptionists are always so sweet and kind and it almost feels like they know you personally. I highly recommend this place as it is affordable, quality, care for your pet! Thank y’all for everything!
