It's been a long time since I used Bishop Arts Dog Grooming and plan to give you a try again with my current poodle. I used to bring my poodle, Phillippe, to you before he passed away 6 years ago. Thank you.

If your looking to be insulted and treated with the worst customer service available, then this place is for you. I spoke to one of the guys on the phone a few days prior and set an appointment for my dogs. I was told to be there "in the morning" but was never given a specific time. I showed up at 9:01am and the guy acted like he was doing me a favor for taking them 1 minute after 9am. The guy was very sarcastic and condescending, I will wash my dogs at home before I ever brought them back here. Bad Attitude + DirtyEntrance + Sarcasm + Poor customer service = 1 star and NONE of my business!

After a couple visits to another groomer, I decided to give Bishop Arts Grooming a shot. I called them up to make an appt. & they informed me that drop off was between 9 - 10am. First come first served. I was pleasantly surprised to see blue ribbon awards gracing the walls of this shop! It gave me a sense that this place knew what they were doing. I was even more pleased when I picked up my pup and they did exactly what I asked. They even dressed him up with a seasonal hanky. They gave me suggestions about my pups breed and I left feeling relieved that I found them! Very professional, knowledgeable and I highly recommend. (Especially, if your puppy is high maintenance.)

I called to get pricing for bath and he(whomever) he was, was very rude. He assumed and when I asked further questions he was rude. They must not need New business. It's all good.... Next!

First time taking my Marco here and I'm sure he loved it. There is very calm spa inspired music to create a soothing experience. Marco came out looking like an even more handsome furbaby.

for over 13 years this shop has stood on excellence and quality (over those corporate chop shops like PetCo and PetSmart). my dog is groomed to match the attributes of their breed. My Norwich will look like a winning Norwich. Greg and company always take care of my baby. I love the extra touches like the festive and seasonal bandanas on my Maxwell. Not only is he immaculate but he smells terrific! When ever I am entertaining, my guests always compliment Maxwell about how great he looks! I always expect the best and get it here! I don't know what these older reviews may have been about since the beginning in over 12 years I have yet to have a bad trim. Sadly there are those that try to get something for nothing and often attempt character assassination online...But believe me, they do amazing work, consistently!
