My review is only pertinent for the appointment availability. I called December And I cannot see anybody until April. Maybe it’s time to grow the practice?

Dr. Crow has saved my dogs life! Max was overweight, had constant ear infections, always itchy and overall miserable. We had spent more than a year and numerous expensive medications battling his ear infections at his regular vet. Finally, Max got to see Dr. Crow and within 1 month his ears were cleared up! We love Dr. Crow and his staff!

One of the best places ever! They so great with my kid (dog). They treat my little man like he's one of their own. I can't say enough about excellent they are. And, as an added bonus, the staff even knew who my son was named after!!! That almost never happens! Thank you y'all for all ya'lls hard work and treating my little boy.

They are booked months out. It's ridiculous I called on August 25th and they are booked till December 6th. Save your time and money you're animal will be long gone because how long the wait is.

Our poor pug had been sick for a year and a half. He had such bad allergies and was going bald. He'd sleep all day and scratch all night. Finally our vet referred us to Dr. GARFIELD. The transformation was incredible. He gave us new food (prescription Hills venison and potato) because our Oliver was allergic to every kind of food.plus new medicine. In 2 days we saw results that we hadn't seen in the year of dealing with our vet. I am so grateful for this place. We have our dog back happy and healthy

Dr. Garfield is very knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through all my options. I went through multiple vets without any answer to my cat's itching problem. The vet tech, Tami, is always caring and cheerful; she makes me smile every time.

Our experience with this clinic for the last few months has been nothing short of extraordinary! We had to wait a few months for our first appointment, but from day one and in every form, the service has been excellent. The team is always friendly, knowledgeable, and caring - despite always being extremely busy through this pandemic. Whether they're taking my pet in or simply bringing meds/food to the car, they all do it with a great attitude. Our experience has been mostly with Dr. Seals and Sarah, today I called after receiving a response that they are both out for the week and was received with the same level of attention as Sarah always gives us. I am very thankful for the care Teddy has received here.

I have seen Dr. Crow in the Plano office but now he is at the Grapevine office. I arrived 10 minutes early, called and they came to get my pooch within 10 min. The actual appointment time took about 20 minutes. Afterthe Dr. saw Lucy, he called me to go over his findings and his recommendations. I feel Dr. Crow is extremely thorough. My dog has a pesky skin infection and I feel certain Dr. Crows ritual will get it under control. He's a great Dr. The gal that came to get my dog Lucy was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this Dr and this office. Thank you Dr. Crow and staff.... ????❤????

Dr Karen Ho took the time to explain everything to us. The procedure went well. Staff is very friendly and proffesional.

My cat had been incredibly itchy to the point of scratching large sores into her skin and vets in two different cities hadn't been able to figure out a long term solution. Dr. Karen Ho has taken the time to work with me in order to rule things out and find a medication regimen that works for my cat. I feel strongly that she truly cares if my cat is happy and healthy. The rest of the staff has been great too. They are all friendly and competent in my experience. Rooms are large and pet-friendly, and they've always gotten me into a room very quickly so my cat was less stressed by other animals. If I had to make a negative comment, I would point out that since this is a specialty vet office it's certainly not cheap, but I feel the care my cat has been given is well worth the value.

It's one of those places you don't really want to go to, because it means your pet has a problem. Little Loui, my black cat, evidently is allergic to something. This results in excess earwax being produced, which means ear infections that don't want to go away. Everyone was extremely nice and professional. They really have helped Loui, who is now at 14 pounds. He is not happy about going, but I am happy I have a good place to go that can help him. I definitely can recommend this practice.

Dr. Garfield is awesome! His assistant Tami is awesome. They do such a great job taking care of our dogs, responding to emails, calling in medication when it is needed, etc.

After multiple visits all over the city this place helped solve the terrible skin issues our dog was having. The staff is all top notch and extremely knowledgeable. They provided great service every time we visited and they continue to be great resources as my dog continues treatment (forever sadly). They charge for their work and it isn't cheap, but cheap doesn't buy you much when it comes to proper care. They were worth every dime and minute we have spent there.

Caring vets & excellent staff. Had two dogs under their care with serious skin conditions caused by grass allergies. Both got relief through allergy shots.

Healed my doggy and now he's happy and itch free.

Dr. Garfield has taken care of my dog Nell for two years. She had a skin allergy which my primary vet was not able to manage. Nell had an allergic test and is currently on biweekly shots. The skin condition has cleared up and she has a full coat of fur.
