Abbie's Dog House on Belmont Dallas, Texas

My corgi loves Abbie’s and gets so excited to visit! They are always incredibly responsive via email and are accommodating with reservation adjustments for boarding. Plus you always see lots of photo updates of your pup on Facebook. Would 10/10 recommend!

Abbies is like a second home for my pup Naya and true family. I just moved to Dallas and couldn’t be luckier to have found Abbies! The team ALWAYS greets my Naya warmly and with such genuine joy and heart. When I run into any schedule issues they ALWAYS help me; being new in town it means so much to have support in caring for my fur baby. Abbies is professional clean and trustworthy - I love them!!

My dog and I love this place. They really got to know her personality to see which group she would fit in best (she's a bigger dog but thinks she's a small dog so she hangs with small-medium dogs). They also post pics to their facebook page multiple times a day so I can see that she's in HEAVEN. I also like that they have the dogs have a nap time/chill time every day.

My baby loves going to Abbie's! She a timid, spoiled, quarantine puppy and has anxiety and not very much into new ppl. She was very timid at first but the nice folks at Abbie's made her feel welcomed and she went from having to be carried in to running in herself with tail wagging.

I brought my 6 month old pit mix there at lunch time without calling ahead and without previously going here. The note on the door said that the employees take lunch from noon to 1pm so they might be unavailable. Sure enough the door was locked but just as I was leaving they pulled in carrying the lunch they just picked up. I told them i would come back after 1pm but the girls told me that they would be happy to help now. Explained what I services I was looking provided vet records and let them know he is non aggressive at the dog park to others. They told me they would spend a little time individually first then integrate him in with the group of large size dogs there. Two hours after dropping my puppy off I received a call from them and immediately feared there was an issue, but to my delight they were calling to let me know how much they loved his personality and social interactions with the others. I picked him up 2 hours later and was expecting to be pressed to setup a plan for future visits which I had decided was a good idea, but the only discussion was how good he was and that they would love to see him again. They didn't charge me anything and told me that the 1st time is a free orientation to make sure the dog and day camp are a good fit. My pup was super happy and must have played hard because he took a nap as soon as we got home. It was a week since his initial stay and I haven't received a call asking to setup future stays, but I plan to drop him off for a full days stay today and purchase a plan for regular visits. I will update the review with plans and pricing options very soon.

They treat my pup as if he is their own! Taxi service is clutch for those of us with nontraditional work hours. Abbie regularly emails customers to ensure we are up to date on policies/procedures/upcoming events. They are also very vigilant about informing the entire daycare community of any potential interaction with a potentially sick pup at daycare, whether contagious or not, and will follow up to confirm with us what the suspected diagnosis was. My vet even notes that “the emails they send show that they have the best interests of you and your pups in mind, no matter what." best of all, they post daily pictures of the pups on Facebook that you can easily save to your device post-hoc. Trust me, this is WAY better than having to inconspicuously creep on your dog's live webcam feed at any hour of the day and hope your boss doesn't catch you! Abbies also does a very thorough job of rinsing/drying off the adventurous/mischievous pups before shipping them back home. I've noticed a stark lack of dirty post-daycare dog smell since switching to Abbies! You guys are the best!!

Abby and her crew are lovely and trustworthy. They truly love and sore on each dog who visits, and my dog comes back exhausted but also SO EXCITED to go back. If you need a reliable, safe place for your pup during work hours, or while away on vacay, I will always suggest Abbie’s Dog House on Belmont.

Nothing is more amazing than how excited Lucy gets pulling up to Abbie's... And I love how they knew her name immediately and seem to love her too!

My puppy just started going here, but I can already tell they are just fantastic. The person greeting us on our second day already knew my dog's name. I did a lot of research on doggy daycare in Dallas and I think this one is the best of them.

The team (esp Eryn) is awesome with the pups. First day care my dog has ever looked forward to going to. "Do you want to go to Abbie's?" sets off weapon-grade happy-howls and mega zoomies.

Abby is great. Been taking my dog off and on for years and only true place i trust with him. Great community and great people

My Bean always has a GREAT time here! She cries with excitement when we drive down Belmont. The staff is wonderful and you can tell they truly love the dogs! I would highly recommend Abby's - they will love on your fur baby just as much as you do!

Diesel my dog is my world and when the fire alarms were going off in mt apartment i ran him to Abbie's. They are always friendly and know the dogs by name. I only didn't give five stars because they don't have cameras so I can see how he is doing during the day.

Since there are so many daycares in the area, we researched and tried out several daycares before finding Abbie's Dog House and are glad we did. Their facility is always kept very clean and cannot say enough about their awesome team, which is very personable and happy to see my pups. They are close enough that we do not regularly use their taxi service but took advantage of it after boarding them and flying in after pick-up hours. So glad to come home after a long weekend to find our tired boys waiting for us. Although rarely an issue, parking may get a little crowded. However there is ample street parking, and more importantly, it is well lit, keeping us safe while walking and loading into the car. The play area is mostly concrete which is great for sanitary reasons, so I make sure to put paw protection wax before and some ointment after an excellent overall wipe when they get home. It is a great fit for my 2 very active Labs, they always come back happy and exhausted.

Liz is amazing there! She used to work where my horses were boarded and is an amazing caretaker for any animal. She also has horses of her own. It helps that she is a vet tech as well.

Our pup loves it here, he’s always super excited to run on in at drop off. It’s really comforting that everyone there knows his name immediately and seems genuinely happy to see him. We are so glad we found Abbie’s!

Abbie's is great! They take great care of the dogs and post lots of pictures on Facebook throughout the day. I moved out of the area so I don't take my pooch for daycare anymore but I still take him for any overnight stays and he loves it.

I can’t say enough about Abbie’s. When my puppy was sick while I was out of town over the holidays, they took her to and from the vet without a moment’s hesitation. They go above and beyond in every single way and love your dogs like their own. I’m so happy that we found Abbie and her team!

I absolutely adore Abbie and all the wonderful staff here! They even have a taxi service to pick up and drop off your puppers when needed. You can utilize daycare, boarding, and grooming. Winnie and I are so happy we found Abbie’s !!

We love Abbie's! Our dogs have been going here for about two years now and we could not have asked for a better daycare/boarding experience. Their prices are reasonable for the area, and they are very serious about the service they provide. Our pups lose their marbles every time we pull up, and are always exhausted & happy when we pick them up!
