I absolutely love the care and attention that my dog, Hazel, and I get each time we go to the vet. The entire staff from the receptionist all the way to Dr. Wicker are so personable and genuinely care for our pets. The value of service and care we receive is worth every cent. Dr. Wicker is the best and she and her staff are the only ones I trust my animals with.

Absolutely no compassion. I found a dying cat in my neighborhood and took the cat here, I was meeted with one girl with awful attitude. She told me I had to pay 300$. I said I don’t have that. She said well you at least have to give a donation of 50!!! This isn’t my cat!! They just want you’re money. There is one very sweet girl who works behind the counter, other than that. Absolutely no compassion. I had bought my kitten in one day also, as after being fixed she had gone limp, I was crying of course, just absolutely no compassion. Won’t be going here again. The prices are so high.

I love the veterinarian and technicians at this location. They always take the best care of our dogs and are caring and answer all your questions. I can't recommend this office enough, I will always take my fur babies here!

Dr. Battistini is so nice and knowledgeable, he truly cares about all the animals and will provide his honest feedback. He doesn't try to get you to spend tons of money on pointless tests/supplies. He has taken care of all my pets and my families pets (dogs and cats) and done a fanatic's job. The pet insurance is also a great deal. It covers a majority of the costs for routine care/vaccinations. I would recommend anyone this place to anyone!!

Great service. Parking spaces numbered so they come to you. Very speedy. Was in and out for a shot and nail trim in 15 minutes.

Our kiddos love Dr. Wicker. She is the best vet we have ever had. She takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. We have the utmost respect for her. We do not have "real" children, but we treat our 4 legged babies as our "real" children. The vet techs, groomers, and front desk personnel are kind and seem to love their job and that carries over in how they handle our kids. We would recommend Dr. Wicker & VCA Telge to anyone!

My dog Rascal was seen at Paz Vet in Austin (my daughter attends school there) and we were told that the lumps on his spine were nothing to worry about. 2 weeks later I visited my daughter at her apartment and noticed he was not the same dog, my daughter had mentioned it to me over the phone but I needed to see it for myself. I brought him home with me for observation and each day his health declined, he wouldn't walk, could barely stand up without assistance so I took him to VCA from a friends referral. I am SO happy that I did! Turns out he had a high fever as a result of an inflammatory disease. The staff was so patient with me because I called numerous times, they followed up by having me bring him in daily to check his temperature until it was normal. Anytime I called they took the time to explain to me what needed to be done and was very concerned about my Rascal! I can't thank them enough, it was a tough couple of months of medication but he's back to being himself and I owe it to VCA Telge! I don't want to think about what would have happened had I listened to what the other vet told us. I would highly recommend VCA Telge to any pet owner!! I will admit their bills were a bit of a shock but when it comes to customer service, competent staff and seeing my Rascal recover like that I'd pay it all over again!! Can't put a price on that!! I have been bringing my dogs here for years and I've never had a complaint till now. I find a cat outside my work and after a few weeks decide to take her home. I take her to TRV for exam and I tell them that she's been outside and most likely pregnant.. They tell me she needs her vaccinations & instead of me doing my homework they tell me it's ok.. Well, it wasn't!!! All of her kittens died inside of her.. She tried to pass them for 5 days before I took her to another vet and they told me what was going on.. She had to have surgery and have them removed and they removed her uterus! $525.00. But it was so painful watching her.. She still isn't out of the woods because now shes not eating and im taking her back today. I hold Telge Road Vet responsible for all of this!! They should have known better.. I'm just praying right now that she will make it through.

A great choice for anyone looking for a great clean reliable veterinary facility. The vet's both are highly knowledgeable and trustworthy in caring for your pet. The staff members were friendly and helpful in answering questions about treatments and other concerns. The facility is well maintained and comfortable for both yourself and your pet. The office is easily accessible from major freeway and roadway. Plenty of parking. The hours of operation are reasonable . The price point for there services are reasonable. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who truly appreciate having your pet cared for with a great set of vets and a staff that truly enjoyed pets.

Their care and treatment of my pets is phenomenal. I am impressed and don't see myself going anywhere else any time soon.

Let me start off by saying the doctors and vet techs here are the best, But when you show up to the location to pick up medication and the door says to call so the can come out and deliver the meds, called over 20 times and finally left a message but still not have heard from them

The Personnel is very courteous in person and over the phone and always willing to help especially during this pandemic keep up the good work.

We took our injured kitty here because it was one of the closes vet to where we live at. My cat has ran away and came back with a severe injury on her tail. We made an appointment the doctor took only 5 minutes to inspect her and did not seemed concern to help, because we where “first time customers” . After they had charged 500 just to send her home with pain medicine and wrap her tail (they didn’t even bother to close the wound knowing it was severe and could of gone infected). They after wanted to charge 1000 to amputate the tail, after they had just charged 500 for not doing much and they had only given me one option. I when for a second wrapping for free but yet they didn’t bother to wrap the tail correctly after they had charged me 200 for a tail clip and wrap. Horrible place they did not seemed like they wanted to help my cat and the doctor did not even bother to call me to tell me about the condition of the tail, her assistance was the one that suggested that the tail needed to be amputated. I’m not the one to complain about places at all but my animals are extremely important to me I felt like my voice should be heard for future clients here. Although they have very nice staff the doctors did not seem to be concern about helping I felt like they just wanted to take my money, because they know that a person that cares would pay anything for their fur babies.
