I've been taking my pets to Dr. Morales for about five years now. Recently, one of my cats was having trouble going to the bathroom so I brought him here to be evaluated. I'm happy to say he is now back to his normal self! He got a little soiled during his urine sample but the staff gave him a bath and nail trim at no extra charge to me. I really appreciated the wonderful service and I always do! The staff treats my pets like one of their own. I can tell Dr. Morales and her staff really love animals!

The praise of Dr.Morales and her team at CLAH cannot be yelled loud enough. I brought in my sweet baby bunny after she'd been horribly misdiagnosed and therefor medically mistreated by another vet. She had a very agressive abcess in her left ear, that I'd been told for 3 weeks was a presistent ear infection. After another round of medication that didnt work, I spent the day looking for a different vet that could see my little love. 8 phonecalls and conversations of no avaiability later, I was directed to CLAH, which was 30 minutes away from my home. Desperate, I got the first appointment I could. As soon as I called, I was greated warmly and kindly, as soon as I arrived I felt welcome. Once I met Dr.Morales, I knew Hazel (my bunny) was in excellent hands. They listened to my weeks long history of appointments, cleanings, and medications, my concerns, and my suspicions. Within minutes of examining her, Dr.Morales confirmed what I feared. An abcess. For most people and animals an Abcess is pretty simple to treat, unfortunately, bunnies are not the same. I knew my poor furbaby was in for a long road, if we caught it in time. Every step after that was handled with extreme care, compassion, and professionalism. I could really see the genuine concern, and love for all animals in literally every staff member in the building. They saved my bunny's life, and were a great source of comfort and knowledge during the scary moments of her recovery. As I said, I literally cannot say enough about the wonderful team at Cypress Lakes Animal Hospital. Even if it's a far drive for you, and assuming your furbaby can take long car rides THEY'RE WORTH IT!!

Dr Morales and her staff are thorough and informative at each visit with my two corgies. I have developed a great deal of confidence in them. It is clear that they have compassion for their patients and desire for them to have happy, healthy lives.

Dr. Morales is one of a very few veterinarians who takes care of rabbits and for that we are greatfull. It is a bonus that she and her staff are amazing, professional, and care for their animal patients with love. Highly recommend.

After months of trying to find out what's wrong with my cat Titan, I found some help! I am sorry I don't recall your names but I will never forget your faces. They looked like compassion, friendliness, and intelligence. I went into the office terribly unsatisfied with prior vets(at other unnamed vet clinics) and left here hopeful. Thank you for making my appointment one I won't forget.

I can't love this clinic any more than I do! They are efficient, caring and thorough. My dogs are a hot mess and Dr Morales' crew handles them with ease.

I took my two aussies to Dr. Morales for the first time and I’m so glad I chose this clinic from the various vet clinics in Cypress. I have never seen a more attentive and patient doctor. My boy Aussie is very fearful and has not had a good experience at the vet’s clinic in the past. While this visit was not perfect, Dr. Morales and her staff made it the best visit he has had. Very thankful and appreciative for Dr. Morales and her team :)

They are kind to pets and are good at their job the only thing is this and it could be worked on I know they get busy at times so I will forgive them. I will always bring my babies to this place they are wonderful people.

We took our newly found kitten Lucky in who had some serious ear issues. The doctors there were very friendly and were very gentle with him. The pricing was great for the pocketbook. Wouldn't take our cats anywhere else!!!

We love Cypress Lakes Animal Hospital. Wish we discovered them when we first moved to Cypress 3 years earlier. They are always willing to help and care exceptionally for my dog and cat. Really appreciate how patient and willing to work with my very anxious dog and walk me through all the diagnosis and answer my questions when my cat had to have special operations. Highly recommend and so happy we found them!

Absolutely amazing service. Our dog tore his nail during the covid 19 pandemic and we went to them for aid and they were fantastic. Personable, polite, efficient and cost effective. We will be using these from now on.

Great vet, friendly staff and reasonable prices

The staff is awesome, very helpful. Charges are always reasonable for what is done. They explain what they need to do and why,before you're stuck with the tab. And it's clear they love all animals as much as you.

We adopted a cat that unfortunately had alot of medical issues. CLAH was fantastic during the whole process. Very accommodating with regards to schedule. Level of care was great. Pricing was reasonable. Thank you for all your help

Super professional and kind! Was worried about this first time visit without going in with our kitten because of Coronavirus, but they were so caring and kitten was not staff upon return. Would recommend highly :)

They are very communicative, they always check in to see how my pet is doing when she's on a new med. I have. a pet rat, and it's sometimes difficult to find an exotic vet , but they are very knowledgeable! It's not hard to get an appointment either. Everyone there is very nice and know what they're doing!

Dr. Morales and her staff are amazing. They have been caring for our dogs for the 5 years we have lived in Cypress. She always takes the time to make sure we fully understand what’s going on and gives options for treatment. Never have I felt she was pushing me to have unnecessary tests. The staff is very professional and caring. Cypress Lakes Animal Hospital is by far best vet we have ever used and I can’t say enough good things about them.

We love Dr. Morales and all the staff here. We take our 2 dogs and 2 cats here for all their check ups and meds.

Dr. Morales and her staff are great. They've taken excellent care of my senior dogs for quite a few years now, and Dr. Morales always thoroughly explains my options and costs before I move forward with any tests or treatments. I'm so glad I found this clinic!
