Carolina did such an excellent job with my 3 dogs Multi-Pooh, Shih Tzu & my Dogue de Bordeaux. They all came out beautifully handsome. I know it’s a crazy mix of dogs I have - but I recommend Aussie Mobile Pet grooming to anyone.

Had an issue with my first appointment. The groomer had an emergency.. They followed up with me asap through all forms of.contact including here, as you can see. Even though I did not get to try our their service yet, I will give them 4 stars for their follow-up. They did in fact call me the morning of to inform me and I missed the call and I was also able to find the vm that was left. I initially thought they were just a no show but that was my own doing bc I missed the call and the vm. So a soon as I am available, I will.be getting in line for an appointment with Aussie and will more than likely come back to add a 5th star to my review.

Our dog has been without a groom for the better part of the pandemic, and with our first attempt at a mobile grooming appointment, we're very pleased. Stephanie arrived promptly, and met me at my door, detailing the procedures as we walked my dog to the van. You can sign up for a variety of options in addition to your wash/blow/trim. Reilly seemed very happy with her, and he looks great. An excellent convenience we'll definitely use again.

This is the second time that I’ve used Aussie Pet Mobile grooming and again, I’m very happy and satisfied with their service. First time I had Ashley as my dog’s groomer and she was fantastic! Second time around I got Emily and she is beyond talented, patient and left both my cocker spaniels looking fabulous! I’m definitely a customer for life. The convenience of only having to step into my front yard to have my dogs groomed is more than worth the money! Reasonable prices for the service and convenience you are receiving. Wow, what a great company and great workers! Thank you!

We had our two 16 year old long-haired cats groomed this past Saturday by Ashley. She did an outstanding job and our cats are doing great and no longer leaving a trail of shed fur wherever they've been. Ashley took her time with them and gave great customer service. The benefit of having a mobile pet groomer is huge. With brick-and-mortar pet salons, our cats are there for at least a half a day, kept confined in a carrier or crate, around other animals, and I think it adds more trauma to the already traumatic experience that getting bathed and shaved must be for a cat. I think Aussie Pet Mobile NW Houston takes many negatives out of the equation and make it as comfortable and low-stress on the pets (and owners!) as possible. Also, the value is really good and on par with what we would pay a brick-and-mortar salon. We'll call them again next time we need the cats groomed and ask for Ashley. Also, you'll see from the photos our cats we wanted our cats SHAVED DOWN. That was our request. They will groom them however you want (leave more fur around the neck, tail, legs, etc.).

They were on time, very nice and took great care of my dog. Great value for the time they spent. I will definitely use them again.

Easy to book an appointment! Our groomer kept in communication prior to arriving. It was so easy to just walk the dogs outside for their grooming. They both loved Ashley, our groomer, she was was great! They were clean and calm!

Let’s be real, cats aren’t the friendliest customers for groomers, but Robert took very good care of Thor and Loki, our two Siberian kitties. He was even very patient while I hunted down Loki in the house. We did a normal grooming session and added on the deshedding treatment. Both cats came back soft and pretty. I would definitely recommend Robert to care for your feline friends!

Ashley was absolutely amazing with our 1 year old yorkie and her first grooming! So patient and kind. Kept me updated on her progress and she looks absolutely adorable! Thank you so much ????
