We had to race out of town and Camp Bow Wow was exceptional with accommodating our last minute request. Love everything about this location

Camp Bow Wow exceeds all expectations I could have for a dog daycare/boarding. I really appreciate the "interview" to make sure my dog can interact well with other dogs, and it makes me feel like the staff is well trained and knowledgeable (as opposed to people who just like dogs). Each time I have dropped my dog off, the staff has been excited to see him. He's a big dog, and I've gone other places where the staff clearly was not excited to have a dog as big as him. I'm still fairly new here, but so far, I've been very impressed and happy with the service.

My 4 month old German Shepard got the best care! This was his first daycare experience so he was nervous at first. The staff took special care of him and made him feel comfortable and encouraged him to get to know the other pups. By the end of the day, he didn’t want to leave! The next when I dropped him off, he ran right in and was ready to greet all the staff with start playing with his new friends!

I have boarded my pup, Caroline, here 3 times and the staff have taken very good care of her every single time. Even though she is very submissive and anxious around larger, more dominant dogs, she’s been kept safe and sound every single time. She’s also a picky eater, but the staff has been great with paying attention to the feeding instructions that I leave in order to increase the possibility of her eating. Thanks camp bow wow!

Another great experience at Camp Bow Wow! This is where I always bring my dogs when they need to be boarded. They come back happy and relaxed, and the staff is attentive to their needs.

I always feel at ease leaving Floyd with his human and doggy friends at Camp Bow Wow Copell. All his human care givers their give attention to detail and know my dog personally than just 1 dog of many with generic treatment.

First, you were accommodating when I called at the last minute when the Dallas location on Irving closed! Thanks for that because it would have been disastrous. We are always happy with the service and your location provided a top notch experience. Camp Bow Wow continually is able to consistently meet our needs. Thank you.

We've been sending our 2 dogs here for years, and they always come back home very happy. They usually stay for about a week as we go on vacation. The team has changed over the years, but they've always been nice and the dogs seem to like them too. It's also nice to have remote access to their cameras via an app, and the quality has improved over the years. I'm not sure of the length requirement, but they get a free bath if they stay long enough. We'll continue to send the dogs here as long as their quality remains. Thanks team!

Took excellent care of our dog

Clean facility. Video cams to keep an eye on your fur baby. Our dog has never come back with a bug. She seems happy while she’s there.

My dogs had a blast at Camp Bow Wow and being able to watch them on the app made the experience even better! They had a “camp hangover” the next day, and it was the calmest we’ve ever seen our dogs :-) Edit: they took great care of my dog’s foot while we were out of town…took him to the vet, gave him all the rx’s that were prescribed, and if I could give them 100 ⭐️‘S I would!

The staff treated my dog very well! I felt comforted that I could log on the app to check in if I needed. The staff was very friendly and you can tell they have a genuinely love and care for animals. I’m definitely going to use Camp Bow Wow again.

We love how pleasant all of the employees are and the ability to see the pup cams. Our dogs get excited, every time we pull up.

They are wonderful with the dogs. The cameras are fun too as you can visit your fur baby throughout the day.

After a week - my three Border Collies came home clean and happy. Clearly, they were well cared for. ????

Was good but the small dog room is small and medium dogs. Love that they have cameras but I think they should have more than one person with the dogs because one person can’t possibly watch 30-40 dogs super closely. At times it seemed like my pup who is only 8 lbs was being picked on by a couple dogs. One specifically kept trying to hump my dogs head. Over and over and over.. so that was annoying, but again I don’t expect one person with 30-40 dogs to be able to watch each dog closely!

All the staff members and the environment is very friendly

I have heard about Camp Bow Wow for many years but had not tried them out. We were going out of town and my daughter uses Camp Bow Wow so we boarded them together. It is such a nice facility and the staff are wonderful. My dog actually came back more well behaved then when I left her. She was much more calm. I think she really enjoyed her "vacation" while I was away.

I worked in Dallas for 6 months. My dog loved it here, he was well recieved and I could watch him on the cameras from work. Great setup.

They truly care about both pups and owners. It is fun to watch on video and see spontaneous pets and smooches from the staff. Our pup always comes home exhausted and we never have to worry when she is at Camp Bow Wow!!!

The staff was so friendly and really made me feel comfortable that my pup would be taken care of. My dog has some storm anxiety so I left medication with the staff when I dropped her off. When I picked her up after a day of daycare, they explained that it just sprinkled that morning and my dog didn't seem to be bothered by it so they didn't give her a pill. Knowing that they were paying attention to the weather and my dog's behavior made me feel like my dog was #1 even when they are taking care of several. I work near this location so this will definitely be our doggie daycare spot! Highly recommend!

Camp bow wows staff is amazing! They love Toby as if he’s there own! The fact that Toby not only gets excited to go play in an environment that is safe, but I also have the ability to check in on him is amazing! He gets to have fun all day while I’m at work and then come home and rest! It’s the best place for a pup to get out that energy and just be a pup!

My Golden Retriever loves going to Camp Bow Wow. This location is very convenient to me, and the parking/drop off/pick up is always easy. The staff knew my dog within a few visits, and always seem friendly. I like the online cameras, though I don’t look at them much now that he goes regularly. The only change I would make is offer an hourly charge option. We would come a few hours every day if that was a choice, as a half or full day is too long for him.

First time leaving my fur baby at an overnight was terrifying. However, the staff was very calming and positive. They really took care of my chihuahua, making sure he was happy and comfortable. I would recommend 100% and will definitely leave my fur baby here when needed.

We love Camp Bow Wow in Coppell, Tx! Our dog really seems to enjoy spending her day there while we are at work. The staff is professional, kind, and attentive. I like having the option to watch our dog via the cameras throughout the day......puts a smile on my face to see our dog running around & socializing.

Our dog loves playing with other dogs and looks forward to doggie daycare! He is well cared for here and the staff are always helpful and professional.

It's always easy to book daycare for my dog. I love being able to watch the webcams of the dogs playing and it's especially wonderful to see staff loving on dogs too. So cute!

Before we knew about Camp Bow Wow, we tried other places...Camp Bow Wow is by far THE BEST!!! We love Camp Bow Wow, and so do our sweet fur babies (Thor and Rocket)! The staff there truly takes care of each and every pup, and they do a great job hiring people who care for your pets. Every staff member is always so courteous and efficient. Anytime we travel, we take them to Camp Bow Wow, and we feel very comfortable knowing they are in such great care! Thank you so much!!
