I do not know. They would not see one of our wolfdogs. I have heard they are good. I wish I could have tried them out. I have a wolfdog sanctuary and at times like what we just went through with Willow I wish we could have gotten in. I am so thankful I found someone who could get her in, quickly. To the owner, the receptionist did tell me that you all would not treat wolfdogs. If there was a misunderstanding, please let me know.

Everyone was super friendly, all the way from scheduling to checkout. Vet answered all my questions. Great experience. Thankful to have found Van Stavern.

I use Van Stavern for my 3 dogs and my cat. They make them all feel like they are the only animals in the building. I have never been uncomfortable letting my babies go out of my sight for tests/exams. They just let your cat be a cat when it wants to, as you can see in my photos. Their prices are extremely reasonable!

This is the veterinarian office we use for our dog. They take such very good care of him. It is clear that they love him and know his personality. That is a big deal because a pet is a member of the family. And this is the same care and attention they show for all their patients. We do not enjoy having to board our dog when we must be out of town. But we do sleep a little sounder knowing that he is getting fantastic care and attention while we're away.

They are the most caring and thoughtful individuals there are. You would be crazy to trust your family pet to anyplace else

Have to give a shout out to Van Stavern vet. My dog had been throwing up since early morning, very lethargic and wasn't responsive when I would try to wake him up from a nap. I called Van Stavern and they were booked up for the afternoon. Within 30 minutes his vet called me back to chat and then said that they could fit me in at 4:30. They had curbside service and we found out has pancreatitis. I am really thankful that they made room for him in the schedule, especially before the weekend.

We had an amazing experience here! They squeezed us in on a Friday night because our precious dog was having ear issues. They treated us so well and were kind towards our puppy. Endless treats and love from the doctors made it easier on my dog, who doesn't like to be touched very much. We will definitely make this our College Station Vet.

A wonderful caring staff that helped us with our cat when we had newly moved to town. They were prompt, curious and professional in every contact we had. Highly recommend.

Dr. Laura Bay-Williams has taken care of our rescue dogs for 20 plus years. We have had four in that period of time and have had nothing but wonderful experiences with her excellent care of our babies.

I loved how the staff worked in a minor emergency visit that resulted in me only having to provide an eye drop to Dakota. Everyone was very attentive and took time to visit with me regarding her.

Appointments easy to schedule, staff always on time. Very caring and efficient vets and techs. All procedures are explained clearly and reasonably priced. They have provided excellent care for our pets since moving here in 2016. Highly recommend this clinic. It's been more than 3 years of visiting the Van Stavern office since moving to Aggieland. We continue to be very happy with the facility and staff. The place is clean, calls are answered promptly, staff always very courteous and cheerful. Our dogs get great care despite one of them not really liking to go to ANY vet office.

Even as a new client, we were worked in for a late Friday appointment at Van Stavern Small Animal Hospital. Dr. Outmon and the staff were very professional, thorough, kind, and compassionate. I was contacted as follow-up on Saturday. The next week, Dr. Outmon called me on her day off to answer questions and prescribe additional medication. The entire team, including Dr. Bay are invested in our kitty’s recovery.

We've been taking our pets to Van Stavern since we moved to the area over 10 years ago. We continue to go there although we live in Bryan and there are many other vets closer. But Van Stavern is simply the best from Dr. Van Stavern himself (who kept a puppy of ours all weekend to keep his eye on her condition) to the rest of his staff.

I wanted to say thank you as my dog developed a UTI during the COVID-19 crisis and they took her in and treated her. The vet called to talk to me and explain what was going on and what was going to be done. Thank you for taking the time to walk me through the diagnosis and treatment. Thank you for continuing your job and helping us with our loved pets during this time. I know it's putting yourselves at risk and I appreciate it.

Have been taking my English bulldogs here for the last 2 years and they have taken great care in making sure they are as healthy as can be. Dr. Swartz is great and keeps us and our doggos happy.

Dr. Outmon is the sweetest and most caring veterinarian. Her, and the rest of the Van Stavern team care for my two golden retrievers beyond measure. I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else. Love Van Stavern!

We recently moved here from East Texas in which we left a WONDERFUL kind vet.. We were nervous to find someone who could cater to our dog's anxiousness and hesitation to nail trims etc. My boyfriend took our dog to his appointment and he spoke highly of the visit. He said the vet who handled our boy was kind and gentle and that our dog willingly went with her and had a blast. They took care of our pup in a great manner. I highly recommend this place for anyone's baby! Had to update my review because now that my baby was due for his yearly visit and exam, i took him in personally and i wanted to share once more the amazing experience we had. Dr. Outtman is AMAZING. Her staff is AMAZING. Tig is anxious and a nervous wreck at the vet. (as am I) Her and her staff were on the floor with my baby giving belly rubs and treats and they took the time to earn his trust and exam him by playing with him and giving him many words of affirmation. I was in awe. They treated him exactly how I treat him at home, with love kindness and respect. Dr. Outtman and her staff are so thorough in answering any questions and concerns. They don't rush you out of the door. They make sure they know your name and your babies name. I just love this place. I couldn't have found a cleaner more caring and responsible place to trust with my babies health. Thank you to this vet hospital for going above and beyond for all fur babies.

I love this place. I'm so glad I found a wonderful veterinarian's office that cares about my babies as much as I do. I just picked up my cat Charlie after he had to be hospitalized for a few days after a urinary blockage. All in all, the price was extremely fair. Likewise for the dental cleaning I had done on my other cat a few months ago. All of the techs and staff are so kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. Dr. Swartz is fantastic. He actually went in at midnight to check on my cat when the IV fluids stopped in the middle of the night. They really go the extra mile. I highly recommend Van Stavern to anyone looking for a great vet in College Station.
