Happy customer here! I’m very glad I brought my dog in to be bathed while I was visiting family in College Station. They did everything right. Next time I’m in town and my dog needs a bath I know exactly where to bring her.

The staff is very knowledgeable. They are always willing to help with any questions you have.

We have used the groomer for our dogs multiple times. They've done a great job although a bit pricey. I'll be back though

I purchased 2 bags of Instinct Raw Chicken Patties for my dog 11/22. I worked the next two days and didn't realize till Thanksgiving that both bags were expired. By this time, I had already finished one bag and the other was unopened. I still expected to get a refund on both bags, but was quickly shot down by the manager stating that one was already empty and she wouldn't refund me that bag. I understand that as the purchaser and owner of my dogs, it is my responsibility to check the expiration date, but it is also the store's responsibility to make sure inventory is properly rotated. The fact was that BOTH bags were expired- One bag expired 11/16/21 and the other 05/2020. The manager said that the empty bag that I fed my dogs only expired a few days ago.The problem was severely downplayed. Dog food is dated years in advance of the expiration. The fact that it was still on the shelf and even one from last year lets me know that they have been sitting on the shelf for awhile unchecked. I'd go as far to assume that most of the Instinct Raw Chicken Patties on the shelf are also expired and only now will they check on the bags. The fact that they only refunded me one bag due to the store's poorly managed inventory is the reason I will not be returning. I have been to other America's Country Store locations and they have good service and products. This location did not meet those expectations.

We have had good luck with boarding our dogs here. Grooming not so much. Our dog seemed a little traumatized but wrote it off as most dogs probably don’t enjoy grooming. Once we got home we saw she he’d bled on the seat of the car. She was limped into the house and saw her back paw pad had been cut & still bleeding 45 minutes after we picked her up. We also grew our dogs coat out for months and asked them to leave the top of the head long and “fro it out”. They still chopped off 1/2 the length on her head. Pretty disappointing. Unfortunately, we will get to relive this disappointment every day for the next 3 months when we look at our dog. I would have contacted management to express this disappointment (per their request on other bad reviews), but they can’t make our dogs hair grow back, so what’s the point.

They took care of the dreaded nail clipping. No muss, no fuss, no waiting forever... my dog didn't freak out. Good job!

**Pet Resort Review** We had to leave 2 of our babies for 2 nights! First time since they were rescued so we were thinking it would take them a week to recover - apparently we were wrong! ???? The place was immaculate and secure for our escape artist chihuahua, and the price was WAY less than other places although the experience was Top Notch! ???? Thank you for loving and keeping our family members ❤

Haven’t been pleased with their prices for some time. But, I figured you pay more when you are supporting a local business. And I was fine with that, especially during COVID times. But, this is the 3rd time I’ve gotten here at 8:05 AM or later and the store is closed! There are 8 cars in the parking lot. If you value your time, go elsewhere because they do not. I’m getting my free bag of dog food and never coming back.

Staff & Management were nice and professional. Store was very clean, merchandise was well stocked, prices were reasonable.

Our granddog Lilo just loves to go there for a spa day. She is so happy when she comes out and the staff is so nice. And cheaper than many others we have tried.

Employee's have always been kind when I visit. If you order something they do contract you when it's in. Always willing to see if you need help when you come in. And if you have questions they will find out for you. Over all. It's clean friendly and just nice to shop around vs name brand stores. My only downside. Is they are definitely more pricey. With food toys and supplies. They cost more. And I don't know if I can continue to buy my food here knowing I can get it cheaper elsewhere. Business is business.

Rio is a fantastic groomer

Their pet grooming does am awesome job and even gives you a fun report card for your pet :) . We've been taking our dog there for years and love America's Country Store!

Clean place but EXPENSIVE... Go to the coop for better pricing, if that tells you anything....
