I love, love, love Cibolo small animal hospital. My dog has had some health issues and two surgeries with them now. They have just been absolutely amazing. Their staff and doctors are friendly and I am always greeted with a smile. They love the animals they care for and try and make them feel as comfortable as possible. I am grateful for finding this place for my dog.

Such a wonderful place for our fur babies. We moved to the area recently and gave Cibolo Small Animal Hospital a try after many recommendations. They have been absolutely wonderful with our pets. The staff are friendly, the doc explains everything in a way I can understand, and their prices are reasonable. I'm so glad we found this place for our animals!

Best Vet and office we've ever used!

Since I made the phone call to get information and my pup signed up for his first visit with this clinic until the end of the wellness check, I've received excellent service. Clear and up-front information about cost, prescriptions, and my in general and most importantly, how my pup is doing. Dr. Cochran and team are awesome!

Took my rescue for her spaying surgery. The staff were very professional and friendly. They even went out of their way to call me after the surgery to let me know that my kitty was awake and healthy. We will be staying with this vet even though there is a vet right across the street from my neighborhood. Extremely satisfied! Oh and they even take Apple Pay, I forgot my wallet at home when I went to pick up my kitty, and was relieved to know I did not have to make a second trip.

Always very nice and quick. Drs always go into details about my dogs and their treatment plans. Highly recommend to bring your pets here!

Highly recommend this facility. This place accommodated me when I couldn’t get an appointment with my own vet asap. Dr. Knowlton thoroughly explained in detail what’s was happening with my Coco in a way that I understood. Thank God for Veterinarians like the Knowltons that deeply and truly care about their patients. Will definitely return.

This is the best animal hospital I have ever visited. From the front desk personnel such as Ashley to both Dr. Knowltons, the compassion, attention to detail and professionalism shown by this clinic is one of prestige. They always are sure to answer any and all questions you have concerning your fur family members, and take the time to ensure quality care for your babies. I highly recommend this business.

Very kind & caring staff. You can feel that they really care about your pet. The doctor was very knowledgeable, gentle and thorough with explaining everything. Dr. Knowlton assured me we could contact them after hours or during the upcoming holidays in case of an emergency. The facility is very clean and so cute.

Great place to bring your pets. The docs are great and will not recommend procedures that they don’t think are necessary so you save money. The vet techs are incredible. Very polite and they stay informed to be able to pass information on to the pet owner. Won’t go anywhere else.

Our dogs have appreciated Dr. Cochran’s care for several years. She is very thorough and comes up with an effective game plan each time we’ve had an emergency. We love her!

Their vet skills are great, their office, administration skills, not so much. Still can't go in with your pet, but they're very quick and efficient on getting you in and out. Very gracious and friendly staff.

Great clinic staffed by professional, caring people

I cannot tell you how much we appreciate the Drs. Knowlton and the entire staff at Cibolo Small Animal Hospital. They are genuine, open, & caring. It is a small practice and that is very important to us. If you've ever had to deal with corporations in a time of need I think you'll best understand where I'm coming from. It is reassuring to know that we aren't just a file with a number here, they know us and our animals. The last thing you want to deal with in a time of need is to have to run through an entire medical history with yet another doctor you haven't seen before, am I right? You want someone that knows the history and gets immediately to work making your loved one well again. All four of our dogs are patients here, one of which is chronically ill. We have complete trust in this practice to do and advise best by them. They spend as much time as you need, answer as many questions as you have, anything you need from them to give you a sense of security. Another nice perk is they aren't out to break the bank. They aren't going to push procedures, expensive tests or meds unless it is absolutely the only option. There is a certain big hearted, small town charm to Cibolo Small Animal Hospital ♡

We were searching for a new clinic after a year + of curbside only service from a different clinic in the area. When we came to this clinic we found the entire staff as welcoming not only for our two dogs but even more so for us in allowing us to be with them during the examinations. The doctor took all the time we needed to explain the current condition of our dogs, gave recommendations in a positive manner and answered our questions to our satisfaction. Our “boys” are a very important part of our family and it is clear that this doctor and staff get it. Thankful we came here.

Dr Knowlton and staff are amazing. We went in for our very visit with 2 sick kitties and they have gone above and beyond. They even responded to my frantic email in the middle of the night! I have never received such compassionate and caring service from an animal hospital. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

The staff and service were great but I feel that they are a bit overpriced. The price is not going to dissuade me from taking my service dog Clancy and my service dog in training Oliver from getting damn good treatment.

Don’t bother using their curbside check-in! Just call. I’ve tried on 3 separate occasions and it never has worked for me. Other than that blimp, it’s a fantastic for my kitty cat veterinarian

My puppy is treat so well here and they answer all my new puppy parent questions!!
