We have used Dr. Kim for the past 10 years and wouldn’t take our boys to anyone else.

Abby and Bentley had their annual visit to see Dr. Laurie Kim at Cypress Creek Pet Care this week. Dr. Kim takes such great care of our babies and the office staff is always gracious and answer all of our questions. We highly recommend Dr. Kim and Cypress Creek Pet Care.

Dr Kim is a compassionate and caring doc & goes the extra mile to help out the pet parents. Staff is great, two thumbs up ????

This vet practice is the best.

I board my dog at Cypress Creek Pet Care whenever I have to go out of town. I so much appreciate how well they take care of my Daisy. They send me pictures of her during play time and will text or call me with any medical concerns. I highly recommend taking your loved one to Cypress Creek for veterinary needs and boarding.

First appointment for new dog. They were friendly and responsive, especially given that there are doing curbside only at the moment.

I switched to Cypress Creek Pet Care after hearing glorious recommendations from both a family member and a friend. I am so glad I switched! Dr. Kim is so thorough and took time to address all of my questions and concerns. She followed up with me personally a few days after my appointment to review my dog’s blood panel results and ascertain if I had any additional questions or concerns that she could address. Even though the facility is 25 minutes farther from my home, I will always be bringing my dog here for subsequent visits and services. I highly recommend Dr. Kim and her staff!

I really like this practice. Even with curbside protocols in place I never feel rushed. They take time to answer questions, before during and after an appointment. Our vet, Dr. Laurie Kim, is wonderful with our bigger dog who is extremely fearful. I’ve also been impressed with the techs who have worked with us.

I love Cypress Creek Pet Care. All of the doctors and techs are wonderful and treat my babies awesome when we are in for visits. They have great follow up too. I also love that the doctors make themselves available - even over long holiday weekends if your babies are having problems.

My cat now has ear mites after seeing this vet for a general checkup. I can't prove that he picked them up here, but he didn't have them beforehand, and now he does. He hasn't been anywhere else except for our house and this vet.

I called and my Blue Lacy, is "too big" at 53 pounds. NOT the right breed...He is the State dog of Texas btw. The lady on the phone danced around, until I finally said...you're a salon, right? They advertise big dogs? Seems to me, as soon as she heard the word "adopted" she immediately started naming other places Shameful and felt totally disrespected

The staff here is always friendly and make me feel comfortable trusting my cats with them. My cats are always well cared for here.

Everyone here is so nice and friendly! They take great care of my corgi pup. Dr. Kim is so nice and very informative. You can tell the people here love what they do and love animals, which is a reassuring feeling when choosing a vet. I will continue bringing my pup here!

This place got good ratings!! New to the area and my pit needed her monthly prevention so we checked this place out! I like the fact that they have Online pharmacy. Wait time was a little long like 15 mins after our appt. time but overall good experience.

Great, loving, caring staff that treat my fur baby like she is their own. Dr. Kim has been our vet for 2 fur babies! Our family loves her!! The boarding is great- she comes home happy and relaxed- having gotten loving attention. They know their stuff!!!! Highly recommend!!!

Great team! They always are very professional and kind. My cat Cookie loves it here. I am very impressed with their level of care, they will call to check how your pet is doing they day after the visit. And they ALWAYS answer their phones during business hours and are willing to answer any questions you may have. Super great definitely would recommend! 11/10

I cannot express how amazing and caring Dr. Kim is. Trips to the vet's office are not a favorite thing for my cat, but Dr. Kim has a very special way of making the visit less stressful. She's calm, caring, extremely knowledgeable, and has my pet's best interest at heart. I wouldn't trust my baby to anyone else.

Dr. Bouloy and the entire staff here are exactly who you want when caring for your furry babies. They are skilled, compassionate, caring and friendly. In traffic it can be an hour long drive for us and we'd do it every time to know that we're giving out babies the best care!

I can't speak highly enough about this clinic. The front staff is always kind and accomodating - even with all the stress of having to do so much more during Covid. We love the techs and our dogs see Dr. Bouloy, or Dr. Kim. Both are wonderful, caring, and super knowledable. Dr. Bouloy has been there for us over the past 8 years when we have had to say goodbye to three of our dogs. His kindness and compassion meant the world to us, having to make the toughest decision we face as pet owners. We consider him, and everyone at the clinic, our extended family.

Love everything about CCPC! We are new to the area and were recommended CCPC. Our doggo received the best of care and was able to finally fight off a previosly mis-diagnosed infection. So happy to have found a caring and open place to take care of our pup!

I absolutely love Cypress Creek pet care. I started taking my dog there in 2018 to get groomed by Deanne. My dog definitely doesn’t like to be groomed but Deanne is very patient with him and has done an excellent job thus far. He has also gotten his check ups and neutered by Dr. Kim at Cypress Creek Pet Care. Katie and Char are always answering all my questions or concerns with a positive attitude. Everyone has been a pleasure to work with.

I went to multiple vets in the area and felt their concern was money driven not what the pet truly needs. I had to take my rescue to an Eye vet specialist and she only refers patients to Cypress creek pet care. After a few visits and medicine pick ups I can see why! Plus anyone who answers the phone is sweet & friendly!

These veterinarians have been taking care of my three cats for almost 3 years. They maintain the highest medical standards and treat the pets with kindness and compassion. There is a separate waiting room for cats where dogs are not allowed. All services are thoroughly explained. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
