Great store. Awesome staff. I was there for a adoption event as a volunteer. The manager was very friendly, thank you for allowing us to bring the adoptable dogs inside, and keeping them out from the cold.

Love this place. Employees are genuinely interested in the customers and their pets. We're so fortunate to live nearby.

Pet Supplies Plus Carrollton always has the best exact dog food we buy for our dog. We are pleased with the neat layout of the store and how easy it is to find supplies we are looking for at the time.

This is a great store. It is well stocked for dogs, cats, birds, fish and some reptile needs. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The selection of dog related items from beds, medicines, food choices, training and treat choices, cloths!, leases and toys is fantastic. The onsite dog wash facilities are great, and have worked for my small dog, and my senior mid size dog

Pet supplies plus in Carrollton has an extremely nice staff that is very knowledgeable and always had a good selection of items. I like going and visiting the cats for adoption too.

The employees at Pet Supplies Plus are amazing! They are always happy and helpful. They have superb products and I have never left out of there wanting because they are well stocked. Their sales are awesome too! My dogs and I give them 5 paws!

Their employees are super friendly, and online ordering is a breeze. They have a great selection of pet foods and supplies. They'll haul your big bags of pet food out to your car for you too! My go-to for all my dog supplies.

Something has changed there. New person in management has no customer service experience. Made a huge deal out of a 20 cent difference on a price match. Lost a customer.

The stock guy was friendly and helpful and the checker was helpful as she had to change the price as it didn't scan on sale. Every time I patronize this store I have a positive experience. I definitely recommend this location.

Our doggie is a bully breed and they employees were marvelous with her. It's very frustrating to have the sweetest dog in the world and people are finicky around her because of her breed. The staff was so kind!

The staff here are always very accommodating. They welcome you and when an employee walks by you they always ask if they can help. It's clean, organized and best pet store in every way. They also have dog bathing stations which are extremely clean and well stocked.
