Fairly nice people but do not advertise that you accept all breeds and sizes when you do not. Please add this disclaimer on your website. It’s offensive and judgmental after claiming your years of experience.

I looked around for several dog trainers until I came across CK9. Heidi was the most responsive and answered all my questions. After I signed up, I was a little nervous because my vet said prong training will make my dog worse. It didn’t help that there was a lot of negative opinions online about prong training. I’m a first time dog owner so I was definitely second guessing myself. I’m glad I went ahead with the training. I noticed the big difference on our first walk. No pulling, barking and lunging at other dogs, people or cars. I didn’t have to carry a pocket full of treats. We only had one incident when we walked right next to another dog. Chopper started barking but I quickly diffused the situation. CK9 gave me the tools to be able to handle my dog. They are transparent with the entire training process.

This company is very awesome, focused and professional. Never at any moment from the time of first contact till the pick up we experienced anything off putting. The location and boarding site is top notch and definitely committed. The customer relation skills are 5 stars for sure. The owner Heidi works wonders, and is very committed in your needs. Now for our pup (Cane Corso) in training, she is a completely different dog. She is still very much herself but when it comes time for training and commands to listen to she is a whole different dog. Before she wouldn’t even take a step on a leash, now she is on point and engaged. Best obedience training I could recommend for sure.

Heidi is a miracle worker. We have an amazingly well trained dog who has such good manners, all because of Heidi. She worked with our 7 month old beagle Coco (one of the toughest breeds to train) and helped her to sit, stay, heel, place, and a few little extras. We highly recommend her for any dog training issues. We talk about her all the time. Thank you Heidi!
