The convinience of having this store so close is great. The selection of healthy pet food choices are really good and their pet grooming options get a lot of use. If they only carried my cat's brand of food they would have a 5.

Love this place. Great Customer Service. We've been going for some time. Recently we got a new puppy and they gave Great Assistance in regards to his care. Great Location...Thank you for coming to Buda.

I love taking my dog here. They have a great self wash station and amazing staff that always greet my dog Kobe with treats. Everyone there is very helpful.

I really want to rate them higher but I placed my online delivery order 10 1/2 hours ago. This morning before the store opened. I ordered my puppies dog food. The email stated my order would be delivered by 8pm. So as it got closer to 8pm and still no delivery I call the store. Needless to say the “originally scheduled driver for the day” didn’t show up or left early so all deliveries were canceled if not delivered by 3pm. Obviously my order wasn’t delivered. Upon speaking to the manager the driver was supposed to have notified everyone that had deliveries for the day telling them they wouldn’t happen. I was not notified. We’ll see if my order that has already been charged to my credit card will in fact be delivered tomorrow. So much for a guaranteed delivery if done before a certain time in the morning, Highly disappointed with this entire situation. I understand things happen but to not be told your order won’t be delivered is ridiculous.

Great products and great service. A little bit more expensive for some things then going to Walmart, but the trade-off is they have a lot bigger selection.

Quality products at a hometown price. The folks who work here are friendly, helpful, and genuinely care about your pets.

Great place for self-service! Take my pup here every couple weeks to get a good bath and they are always so kind and clean.

I spend my entire life at the Walmart and always drove by this place decide to try it out. It's awesome! Took our dogs for some new chew toys and some treats! Friendly and helpful staff!Will be coming back for a dog wash. ????‍???? Definitely recommend!

Usually don’t write reviews but I went 9/13 and the employees were super friendly. They had excellent customer service and helped me out and gave my pups treats. I did self groom and there were plenty of towels and soap. Store was also clean.

I took my pups for nail clipping and the staff Cashemere and Induulina were kind and gentle with my nervous dogs. I will take my dogs back for more care from them
