This place is a JOKE! I showed up because my dog was having an emergency and we are 45 mins away from the ER VET, I was turned away because I didn't have his shot records with me. I begged for them to see him since it was an emergency, the one girl that was "IN TRAINING" rolled her chair to the other girl (that might I say pretended I wasnt standing there to begin with and she didnt hear me begging and crying for them to see my dog) They proceeded to talk and say you know DR. Barnes is full and she will get mad if we take in another patient. To which they told me its protocol with out his shot records we cant see him. I was turned away. I do not understand how if you are in a field of saving, taking care of animals, that when its an emergency you would turn one away. Very sickening to be treated this way and spoken about as if I wasn't standing right there. FYI just because you have a mask on your face doesn't stop someone from hearing you talk about them!!!!!

Banfield's Wellness Programs are awesome. They are very friendly, polite and professional. The great care they take with my kids is amazing!! They are also incredibly fast and thorough.

I started taking my dog in Paying monthly but what they do not tell you is that if you decide to stop taking your dog or cancel membership that it'll go on your credit report! THAT THIS IS A CONTRACT! YOU ARE STILL CHARGED FOR THE MONTHS THAT YOU DBT TAKE YOUR FURBBY. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE THEY DO NOT TELL YOU THAT YOU ARE ENTERING INTO A CONTRACT. $500 ON MY CREDIT REPORT BEHIND A DAM DOG!! THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMS. AVOID IT. ITS BETTER TO PAY OUT OF POCKET FOR EACH VISIT ELSEWHERE!

Came for the 4th of July sale and visited Banefield Veterinary Clinic. The kindest people work in both the Veterinarian Clinic and at Petsmart. Banefield takes care of your pets as if they were their own. Ask for Nicki ( might not be the correct spelling, I apologize if I misspelled her name ) and ask for Dr. Britni Rudisil (Again, sorry if I misspelled her name too) , she is the best veterinarian here. 10/10.

The staff was friendly and the office visit was only $2 more than my local country vet, so I thought, being that they are at Pet Smart and I almost always buy all my cats needs there, that it would be worth the extra $2. Usually city vets acknowledge that our pets are our fur babies. Anyway, I take my cat there, I even find a coupon for the office visit to be free. However, I had to buy their antibiotic, which was almost double the cost of what Walmart charges, and I know we have been in a pandemic but I DO NOT like, not being able to see what they are doing to my fur baby. I was not allowed to go back to the room with him. I'm sure it's a fine vet, if money and trust is not an issue.

My pug had an ear infection on Saturday and my local vet is closed on Saturday. The s vet and staff are very in confident. After paying $178 I had to turn around and take my pug to our vet on Monday and if I didn’t his ear infection would have just got worse with what banfield prescribed. They also did not properly flush my pugs ears! I ended up having to pay $350 all together! What a rip off banfield is!

Went in yesterday as an emergency for my baby they tested her and is was positive for parvovirus! Charge me more then a house payment. 560.00 then want an 150 to do more IV treatment. Very expensive. My baby is doing better drinking now . Other place include another day of IV treatment with the price of almost 600 . They charge way to much plus want 150 more to take her back in for more fluids today. Will find somewhere else next time. Other then that the workers are sweet

I had a horrible experience here. We’re military and we had to stop on the road to our new duty station to get our puppy seen for a urinary tract he acquired on the road with us and they took him in at 9:45 am and said they would do the analysis. That it would take 1 hour. 10:45comes and I check in and they haven’t even done the analysis yet. Telling me we have to wait another hour because one of their vets is in surgery and she needed to check over the results. So two whole hours. Then I proceed to tell them. No, we got to get back on the road so something needs to happen. Okay. Switched vets. We still need to do the analysis in the first place. .... it supposedly was done and we were waiting on results and the first vet to be out of surgery? Or so I thought. Then we were told it Should be another 30 minutes to go run the analysis and then find out what’s going on. So they didn’t do the analysis in the first place yet. Wasting our time and not caring about us needing to continue our trip. I felt like being military we truly weren’t respected for our time and urgency of needing to get back on the road with two kids and our pup back in good health.

Really great pet hospitals across America. Wish there were more closer to the military bases in some areas but will still take them where they can be seen by good and caring people.

Super limited services. They can do routine exams and vaccinations, but if something major comes up, they aren't equipped to handle it and they won't even try to diagnose it on their own - they'll just refer you to another vet where your expensive monthly wellness plan is totally useless (and they won't offer to put the plan on hold for you or anything while you pet is under the care of another vet). Don't bother paying for the Wellness plan. It's supposed to save you money in case there's some emergency - it doesn't. I did the math, and at $86/month for 2 cats and a dog (and it doesn't cover everything - extra charges all over for teeth cleaning and antihistamine shots and such), I was paying over $1000 per year for basically just vaccines and a VERY quick once-over during their yearly physicals. They also aren't compassionate at all. The day my cat died, I called to have them cancel his wellness plan, and they just told me they couldn't help me (although they're certainly able to sign you up for the plan) and I'd have to call the business office, which is a toll free number that dumps you into a rather callous automated system, which ultimately told me there were high call volumes and the wait time was 26 minutes. I'm horrified by what I experienced from this group while handling loss of my pet and the last months leading up to his death. I am removing my other pets from this vet and will not go back. Disgusting.

I honestly love the people here at the banfield pet hospital! I've been taking my dog to them for about a month now, and I feel like they're my daycare teachers ???? they actually love my dog, and they remember his name. They've been really helpful and loving to him. I love you'll! Keep up the good work!

I must first start my message off by expressing how much my dogs mean to me, I treat them as I would my children. So when 3 out of 4 of my dogs got in to a fight and one ended up injured enough to need sutures, there was no one in this world I trusted more with my Penny than Dr. Julie Barnes and her staff! Pacing the floor and waiting frantically as any parent would with their child, I knew Penny was in the best care. They went above and beyond like they always have to ensure the quality of care and service they provide is nothing short of exceptional! With the multiple calls and questions I had throughout the day, they showed excellent hospitality and continued to show compassion through my time of stress and concern. Thanks everyone again and may God bless you all!
