The people were caring,, and most of all available to take care of my dog in an expeditious manner. They were the only one of 5 vets that were recommended that could take care of her the same day, as we needed, which I think is important, as frequently that's the nature of the need for veterinarian services. Even though it was a busy Friday, I was able to bring in a kitten within hours of it's rescue, when others in the area were unresponsive. Not only did they provide a fast and courteous wellness check, the kitten was adopted by an employee on the spot. I am so grateful for the service and will definitely be bringing my 2 cats here in the future, as I am new to the area.

Danielle was so helpful and I really appreciated the time she took to explain the grooming process. Everyone was helpful and customer service is outstanding at all levels!! I was referred here and I would recommend to anyone with a pet!

We were called into the exam room promptly. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. My questions were answered fully, and the veterinarian and vet tech took time to make my dog, Ben-Ben. feel comfortable with them. Dr. Holiday gave him a thorough annual exam, including inoculations. I was pleased with the entire process. Thanks for making Ben-Ben's annual checkup a great experience!

Two years ago my cocker had fho surgery at a different vet hospital. It was a fiasco. My sweet boy ended up being euthanized and I’m still traumatized by the whole thing. Last year my maltipoo tore his ccl. After what I went through with my cocker’s surgery and death, I was so scared. But the whole process with Cibolo Creek was entirely different. The vet kept in close contact with me, getting updates on how my dog was doing after surgery and through rehabilitation. He healed without a limp! Now here we are Oct 2021 and my maltipoo has a shattered knee. (It was a freak accident.) Cibolo Creek is getting us through this unfortunate event, too. (I live in SA now and I still drove all the way to Boerne because of the quality of care I knew my dog would receive.) I picked up my 13 yr old dog after a 1 week stay. Her right eye was all dried up with drainage from her eye. She could even see out of it. When kennel tech brought her to the car I mentioned it, but no response just handed her to me with her things & ran back into building. When I got home I took pictures, called back and was informed to send the pics to a ph #. No follow up from vet office on Monday so I called at end of day around 5. When I inquired about what happened, I was told the matter was taken up with the office mgr, and she would be getting with kennel tech about that not being the way to send our dog home. I said well I would have expected some kind of response from someone today, she said it had been a very busy day. I explained that after cleaning my dogs eye, the entire white area was completely red & irritated. She said, "yes" that happens when its left like that. I'm unsure how long this dog, Lexi, has been a patient (5-6 yrs) & we also have a 3 yr old dog there. Both have only been there for vet care & boarding. We have spent a GREAT deal of money there. I'm hoping Dr. Lang sees this post. We WILL be going elsewhere in the future after this "flippant" response today and lack of concern. Having a senior dog with underlying health problems with possible eye infection after boarding is not a good welcome from a vacay. Gloria LoP

The doctors, Dr. Klein and Dr. Hinkle are the two main Doctors who take care of my animals and have helped me through a few tough times with my dogs. Your front office staff is always so sweet and comes out to say hello to my babies every time. :-) I always recommend this Veterinary office to everyone. SUPER professional and very knowledgeable.

We love Cibolo Creek! Dr. Klein is so kind and knowledgeable - and great with our pets. We've also boarded at the office during long trips and the entire office staff is wonderful.

My experience was great because Cibolo Creek was able to accommodate their schedule in order to see my dog, Gretchen, with such short notice. Kary met us out at my car and was so friendly, compassionate, helpful, and reassuring regarding my concerns. Dr. Salinas personally contacted me to discuss my dog's condition as well as her plans and recommendations. I thought the entire staff was welcoming and compassionate and would like to thank them all.

Expensive for seniors on fixed incomes. But everything else was great.

This is the most compassionate veterinary clinic I've ever been to. Yesterday was the day I knew I needed to have my 17 year old dog euthanized. They were swamped with other cases and told me to come in. We were greeted and taken to a room where we had time to love on him and say our goodbyes. We have been going there for the last 9 years and all the staff have been so caring. They made an extremely difficult time to one that was comforting to me and my family.

If I could give this place 5 million stars I would. This staff is absolutely the kindest most professional staff. They were so gentle with my old girl in her last moments. There aren't words to describe what it means to me to have been treated with such gentle compassion when my world felt like it was falling apart. Thank you so much.

I was a little frantic about getting my puppy Koda seen after he ate something that could be detrimental to his health. I couldn’t get an appointment at our normal vet clinic. Cibolo Creek Veterinary Hospital literally saved the day and squeezed him in. That alone was a big deal for me, I definitely appreciated their willingness to ensure the safety of our community’s beloved pets. Both the drop off and pick up went very smoothly and I wasn’t at all concerned about my pup’s comfort with this process. The Vet Tech that brought him in was very sweet to him and I appreciated that as well. Finally the fact that the Veterinarian took the time to call me and speak directly to me about what her concerns were was awesome. Even though it’s a bit farther from our home, I think we are going to making a total switch to this clinic from now on. Thanks everyone!

We’ve been going here for a few months and every time the care seems to get worse. From waiting 1 hour + past our appointment time, to disrespectful responses to staff it’s just disappointing. The last time we were in for our routine shots/checks they forgot to run 2 of the tests. They asked us to come back in, and when we did our dog was having some trouble with her eye. Rather than giving any sort of explanation we were instead pushed to get multiple products without any explanation as to why. After all that they still didn’t even want to run the tests that they MISSED THE FIRST VISIT. The ball was dropped so many times, it’s just disappointing. We won’t ever be back, I just can’t trust the “medical professionals” do yourself a favor, look elsewhere.
