This place was great till letting the groomer run there business w quotes not kept (Owner’ you were there when she quoted 20 bucks for Halloween dog die) and an unprofessional manner!! “Just because you can cut doesn’t mean you can take double what your quote”

We left our furbabies for the weekend and they really great care of them. Thank you so much!!

Very caring and did an excellent job on my dogs

This is Spencer after a full day of running and playing at Pampered Paws.

Was just charged $72 to get my dog groomed here when they usually charge $35-40 and the groomer said the previous people didn’t know what they were doing but obviously they did or we wouldn’t be coming back and no she does not know what she’s doing because my dog looks horrible. She didn’t seem to care when I told her they had lost a customer. They also had my dog from 930am to 4 o’clock in the afternoon!! Would not recommend this place!

I just had my best friend in the world, Henry stay with Pampered Paws Resort for the first time when I left town for a few days. I can’t say enough good things because it’s obvious that Henry was well cared for and included as part of the family while I was away. I was told to expect Henry to be worn out after I picked him up and most definitely he is. I know he had the time of his life being around and playing with the other dogs. His bark is literally worn out as well so I know he had fun. Many sincere thanks to Pampered Paws Resort for services rendered and loving my Henry as if he was theirs. I’ll be taking Henry back to stay again in the future. It’s reassuring to know that they are there when I need them. God bless!

I was very apprehensive leaving my baby's for the first in a kennel but they were so pampered and loved that my 1 year old dog grew very attached to the owner lol. Great place and I would definitely use them again.

Jennifer is great with our cat and my daughter's dog. She does a perfect job on the whole grooming aspect especially with my cat.

Left my pup Loki over thanksgiving vacay and he loved it! Stayed there for 9 days and got groomed and bathed and he still smells good!!! Love these guys!!

We had a great experience here with the owner and her son. Our dog, Handsome, is a posh shih tzu mix and he is not often boarded. Betty made Handsome feel comfortable immediately upon arrival for our tour and then a few days later to be boarded there. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the thought, care, and love bestowed upon the dogs that stay there. Handsome was freshly clean and happy when I picked him up and he even had a cute Pampered Paws bandanna on! This place is now my go-to when my husband and I need to travel and can't take our sweet guy. Thanks, Pampered Paws!

They're more expensive than the vet's office. But, I know they let the dogs out of the cage to potty and they have no apprehension about letting you back into the kennel areas.

We were traveling through Big Spring, and had a reservation at the Settles Hotel. Our pup stayed right down the street at Pampered Paws, and they were excellent to work with!

Do not ever take your animals to this place. Very bad experience. I don't think she really takes the dogs out to pottie. She gives them a bath before u pick them up. One of my dogs was emotionally sick. He was dramatized by her. He got sick threw up for a week and had dirrea. What ever she did to my dogs they will never she her again.
