The staff at this clinic was very professional and extremely nice. The took great care of my dog and treated me with kindness and respect. You can tell they really love their patients. Highly recommend them

An absolute caring kind and compassionate place. The staff was extremely nice, the Doctors were amazing people. We were able to get into this place on a Sunday with no wait. If I could give this place 10 stars I would! Our pug became very sick very suddenly but we thought we knew what was wrong with him, we just needed a vet to confirm and prescribe meds. Of course this happened on a Sunday so we thought emergency vet was our only option. After reading the horrible reviews for the emergency vets in our area I changed my search from “emergency vet near me” to “vet near me open today” and Hidalgo Vet Services popped up. I called, and they were able to get us an appointment in two hours! I was so thankful. We felt welcome from the moment we walked in the door. This small town, family owned vet clinic is running a business the way businesses should be run. They are not trying to make a bunch of money, they are just doing what they love, helping our fur babies. Their prices are more than fair. If you are in need of a general vet on a weekend, please go see these folks. You will not be disappointed I promise! Thank you again Doctors Hidalgo!!

Very friendly and calm vetenarien with a nice atmosphere for people and animals

They were excellent! They were extremely nice and so gentle with my poor kitty who was hurt by a dog attack. They took excellent care of her!

One of the best veterinary friendly and professional animal hospital, I felt that my dog was comfortable there, they offered a good dietary system for him, and he is no longer overweight and able to play and walk better... thanks Drs Hidalgo for helping us

This animal hospital is more of a second home to my dogs.., very friendly and responsive staff and had been taking great care of my dogs... on multiple occasions, they went above and beyond to help us out even on Saturdays and Sunday when rarely other providers available.... i soooio strongly recommend Dr Pablo and Dr Engy Hidalgo for all your animal health needs

We called to get our puppy in due to an emergency and they did not want to take him in because he didn’t have an appointment scheduled? He needed to be seen asap to make sure he’s okay. I’ve never been here and hearing that, i’ll never think about taking my fur babies anywhere near this place. So upsetting.

Hidalgo Veterinary clinic did a wonderful job on my 14 year old dog during surgery. I asked for honesty and that is what I got from Dr. Hidalgo and staff. This place is homey, clean, and services is great. Never a let down and always listens to customers concerns with their furry animals.

Best vets ever, place is always clean and organized. I have used them for over a year now, feel very comfortable with them. Oh and I have ten dogs!!!

Called because my dog had an open fresh wound and it was a Sunday and they were the only vet open near by and all the lady could say was oh well we are booked til 4. So I guess she only cared about getting out when she needed to instead of actually caring about my dog no concern what so ever in an emergency situation and told me to go to corpus!

The staff is very friendly and cared for my baby very well. They even confirmed what is wrong with her back legs without me asking. I'll be returning with my other babies to be taken care of when needed. So appreciative they are open on the weekends.

I've had several dogs over 40 years, worked for a vet as a teenager and can say without a doubt that this clinic is The Best! Everyone in this family run operation -- Dr. Pablo, Dr. Engy, Martina and Mike -- is wonderfully kind and helpful. They are consistently thorough, very reasonably priced, and never try to up-sell or use guilt-trip tactics to pressure clients as I've experienced with other vets. They often recommend natural remedies and supplements and answer all my questions to help me make wise decisions for each of my dogs. All these things and their weekend schedule makes them unique -- so much so that can't say enough good things about them! Without a doubt you can trust them with your 4-legged loved ones.

I live in Austin but I still go back home to Beeville to take my furries. They are so reasonably priced and they are a beautiful family who always take care of my pets like their own. I would definitely recommend taking your pets here.
