Everyone was so nice and helpful. The vet tech spent a long time with us, listening to what was going on with our dog, answering questions and giving advice. Then the Dr came in and spent a long time with us explaining what was going on and what we needed to do and what to expect from treatment. She was very helpful also explaining the cost and going out of her way to find the best-priced pharmacy for the medication our dog needs.

I love this vet clinic, I have never felt like I can trust an entire staff like this and I am so grateful ???? Capone and Daisy love their vets and techs and all of the people in this clinic do so much to help calm the animals and they are so friendly. Capone has been through a lot in the last few months and BTAH has been there for me every step of the way. I appreciate the quick scheduling and treatment it's a total-peace of mind practice for you and your beloved pets!!

Everyone was so sweet to my Hammy who had a little infection on his chin and needed some antibiotics and steroids to fix him up. He loves getting praised and the vet and vet tech were so sweet to him and gave him lots of compliments. He's feeling much more like his handsome self now ???? will definitely come back in the future!

This practice is wonderful! They truly care, from the front staff to the doctors! Each and every person I’ve come across, during the 4 years I’ve been taking our dogs here have made me feel happy with their care, their friendly attitudes and their knowledge is top notch. And that’s not as easy to find these days. David at the front desk is great. Dr. Murphy, Dr. Weicht, and there was a guy that we’ve seen in the past as well (I don’t recall his name), have all been great veterinarians. Thanks, BTAH!

Brown Trail Animal Hospital is great. Pricey but great. They love animals and they love your pet.

Cannot say enough amazing things about this office! They have always gone above and beyond with the care they provide! Dr. K is always so sweet and takes the time to listen. Everyone has been nothing but so incredibly amazing to our family and our fur babies!

Been taking my pets there since the 70s. Always have had good service . The staff is also very caring about you and your pet. Would no go anywhere else. Top notch surgeon also.

As a breeder I have multiple vets. I’ve got a specialist for every part of a dogs body. I take pride in knowing I make sure my dogs and the puppies I produce are given the highest quality care available. That being said with my expectations being so high it’s VERY rare that a new clinic can impress me. While I only went to get a shipping certificate for a puppy my experience there was exceptional. And I would truly consider returning for other relevant things should the need arise. The receptionist was the most kind and caring man, he even took the time to distract my puppy while I was filling out paperwork. The vet techs were just so kind, and knowledgeable about the breed! They RESPECTED me as a breeder, when so many clinic judge anyone who labels themselves as such. The doctor and techs were very gentle, kind, and patient, making his visit and low stress as possible. The whole clinic was SO CLEAN! No pet smell at all (please share your secrets)! Just truly everything was in point for them.

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING! no rushing, explained everything! My dog had to have emergency surgery and we knew all the options good and bad. All went well. So thankful for this vet saving my dog! The 5lb spleen!

My dog actually ENJOYS coming to this vet. We moved to the area last year and came to this vet thanks to all the great reviews. We used the curbside service due to COVID and the woman who came to get my dog did a great job of making my dog feel comfortable with leaving the car and going inside with her. The second time I brought my dog in for an issue he was having, he was actually EXCITED to go inside. I couldn't believe it when we pulled up and his tail started wagging. I referred a friend here and she loved the experience as well. Even if we move out of the area, I will be coming back to Brown Trail Animal Hospital.

Wonderful staff everyone was very friendly. Very much appreciated that the Vet was through and explained in detail the things she was doing\ observing on my kitten. Prices are fair and I feel that by baby was well taken care of. You can tell this staff really enjoys what they do.

Dr. Weicht and the Brown Trail Animal Clinic have provided excellent care for our pets for over 20 years. Dr. Weicht is very knowledgeable and thorough in his treatment of our pets. I have personally witnessed Dr. Weicht diagnose an issue that another doctor totally missed. All of the staff at Brown Trail Animal Clinic are very nice, knowledgeable and helpful.

A little expensive but they have a great service!

Everyone we dealt with at this business was warm, welcoming, and genuine. We plan to change vets after our visit to this office and seeing their care of our very little rescue! My daughter does as well. Even in calling to try to get an appointment, other clinics, including the one we had used for several years, were actually quite dismissive and made no effort to help us. We are sincerely very grateful for the kindness, response, and care we received from everyone at Brown Trail Animal Hospital! They actually deserve a double ten!!!

We LOVE the vets and techs at Brown Trail Animal Hospital! Everyone is super nice and seem to be there because they really do love animals; it's not just a job to them. They always seem to remember my dogs - if they don't, they sure seem as if they recall their quirks and history. That is why we LOVE BTAH.

We have been going to Brown Trail Animal Hospital for decades. The staff is wonderful, the doctors are compassionate, knowledgeable and have helped us with treatment plans that are best for our dogs and for us. We won't ever consider taking our much loved pets anywhere but here.

Curbside.... CURBSIDE!!! SERIOUSLY!!!?? You are STILL doing curbside??? RIDICULOUS!!!! No, absolutely not!! You honestly expect a NEW paitent to just HANDOVER my ill elderly highststrung cat with separation anxiety to a vet I have never met before. And you tell me this nugget of information when you call to confirm! No! This is a piece of information I needed when I made this appointment TWO WEEKS AGO!! Not only did you waste your time but mine too.

I have been incredibly impressed with everyone at Brown Trail Animal Hospital. We had been seeing our previous vet for years and generally had been happy until recently our dog developed a chronic cough that did not respond to antibiotics and another medicine. After missing one call from the vet (we also have a new baby at home and I can't always get to my phone immediately), they did not return my next 3 calls and we were left not knowing what the next steps would be while our dog continued her cough and actually got worse. I found Brown Trail Animal Hospital online and saw they had great reviews and took a chance to see if they could help. They were very thorough in getting her history and really listening to me so that we could keep moving forward and not repeat what we had already tried for her. Everyone we interacted with from the staff was so friendly and sweet to our dog. We also had to mention that she does not do well with other dogs which can be a challenge taking her to the vet and they were not phased at all. The vet spent a lot of time talking to me about my dog's possible conditions and the next steps we could take and I really appreciated it. We are still going to be figuring out what is going on with her but I feel very confident going forward and I am very glad that we found this vet and animal hospital to help us through this tough time for our family.

You ca tell that everyone there really cares about their patients. They provide gray care and have a good rapport not only with their clients, but their human counterparts too. They take the time to explain and make sure all your questions are answered. I will always bring my pets here.
