I should have had a clue there would be issues when I arrived for my scheduled appointment and the lady had no idea why I was there. Even though I told her I was there to drop off for a grooming she seemed to think I was dropping off for boarding and told me she didn’t have me scheduled. After explaining again I had scheduled for grooming not boarding she finally found my reservation. That settled I explained what I wanted and showed her several pictures of previous grooms as examples of what I was looking for. I even pointed out how short I wanted the tummy shaved on an example board that she had by the register. I was horrified when I picked my Pomeranian up to find that she had shaved the ENTIRE dog to the very short length I had requested for the tummy! As an experienced groomer she should have known you do not shave poms short like that as it may not ever grow back right. Since the dog was not shaved that alone should have had her questioning and double checking but no- she just shaved a gorgeous long haired dog nearly bald. Even though she knew she had royally screwed up and could tell I was extremely upset she still charged the full price for this disaster of a groom. My dog also came down with kennel cough a week latter.

They post pics of my puppies during the day so I can check in on them! Always caring and professional! Love this place!

My pup and family loves this place! He has such horrible anxiety and this is his happy place. They post photos of your fur babies daily so while you are out of town you don’t have to stress. Staff is always kinds… Love love love!

My Rat Terrier goes twice a week to burn of energy and socialize. He squeals as soon as he sees where he is. He loves it. He comes home clean, exhausted, and happy. The staff is very patient and accommodating.

I brought my dog in today for her boarding evaluation, and I can already tell that she loved it since she fell asleep very shortly after getting home. She always loves to play with other dogs, and this place has a bunch of different things for them to do just that. The staff was very nice and gave me an update about her as soon as I walked in and answered the few questions I had even while being busy. I also love that they post pictures and videos of them playing to their Facebook page. It helps a lot to be able to see her. I hate boarding my pup, but I think I found just the place to make it easier for me and her when I have to do it.

My baby loved it here, they were so sweet to her! She came home looking so beautiful and white! And did i mention how soft she was! 5/5 stars, never changing groomers!

My lab is so happy to stay at Elite Pet Resort. He can't wait to get inside. The owner is such an energetic & positive person. The dogs have so many interesting station to visit for play. Plus, pictures of your pet are posted on their Facebook page during the day. I highly recommend Elite Pet Resort. This is the only place I will board my dog when I travel.

They treat your dog's like family

My dogs (Great Pyrenees, Bonnie & Clyde) were treated great by this place, even though Bonnie was not having any part of a hair cut.

Love! Our dog is so excited to go and is tired when she gets home. Good to know she is well taken care of on my long day at work. Love the pictures posted of the dogs on the Facebook page as well.

Very Disrespectful! First off could not get my dogs name right! Or the time I said 11:30 or 12 the lady made her own time apparently and when I showed up at the time I told her she said no I can’t I said I would be there between 11:30 and 12 and she acted like he couldn’t handle the other peoples dogs or anything and that it was to much stress for her and that it was very inconvenient to her to be grooming dogs or caring for them. Not truth worthy or loving person at all. And a poor judge of person.

We love everything about Elite. They are friendly with our dog and she gets so excited anytime she goes for daycare. We also have her groomed here and she always looks precious! Can’t say enough about how sweet and professional everyone is that works here.

I take my dog to get groomed here and they an amazing job every time! I love the atmosphere when I am there, they are great people!

Jill and company always do a fantastic job! My boy, Oscar, is mainly lab, but has the coat of a Great Pyr! Super fluffy and sheds like crazy! Only place we will board him:) The outside area is always clean qns neat, aouch fun to check in on him thru video/pics while away

To say I love Elite Pet Resort would be an understatement. They are incredible at what they do. The staff genuinely cares about all the dogs that come through their doors whether it’s for day care, grooming, or boarding. My dog is extremely playful and it brings be so much comfort that he gets played with and loved on, and then comes home tired every time I take him. He is always so excited when we get there and he loves the staff too, which says something. I also love that they post pictures of the pets so I can check on my dog everyday. I highly recommend Elite Pet Resort and the owner is amazing!

Just left there with my Baby Winston and they did a wonderful job on grooming him, very reasonably priced plus he was done in a timely manner. Just to put it out there I was a walk in so they really helped me out considering no appointment was made. Absolutely loved the experience ????????????
