Petco Bastrop, Texas

Sometimes, the curbside is more hassle than anything, but I can usually find what I'm looking for in here.

Groomers here the worst, shaved my dog and didn’t even care to trim my dog’s hair, nails are poorly trimmed, very rude, not a friendly environment. Do not recommend to take your dog here.

Need to update hours online. Says you close at 9pm but you closed at 8pm

This Petco is always rude and disorganized. Given it's under remodel but won't recommend this store. Poor management.

Clean, low on stock on some medication, friendly and helpful staff.

Really nice people!, and my dogs loved the treats! And it was clean.

Their selection wasn't too bad the prices were okay but the store wasn't that clean. The cages and animals look like they needed some attention.

Lots of items to choose from. Very friendly employees.

I really hate this store. I drive an extra 20 minutes to go to Petsmart by my work because I have yet to come to this store or order from this location without an issue and an attitude. I’ve tried online pickup, but even when I only order one item, they still get it wrong. I have yet to have issues with Petsmart or the Petco location near Round Rock, so I’d avoid this location go to those.

Like the store and people are helpful.

I don’t know what it is about, but the girls working there are always rude. I’ve been there two times and the girls in the grooming area are always rude and it seems like they don’t want to work

Excellent people who work here make this the best Petco I have ever visited.

Had what we needed and more and the staff was friendly and helpful.

I went in with my family and we went to buy a hamster and no one came to help us so we put up everything we had and leave

I've been coming here to shop for my dog and cat for a long time now. Lately the people who work here were just mean, and rude, not friendly, Has a bad attitude, I think I'm done shopping here now. I don't think I will ever be back. Lately everything has been a disappointment and just a bad turn out

Amazing selection but thats its only redeeming quality. 2 staff gave me a nasty looks when i tried to move past one of them in an aisle and when i was checking out. The bathroom hasnt had a deep clean in such a long time there were cobwebs under the sink and in the corners, along with that theres no toilet paper in the dispenser, along with no paper towels in its container. There was some toilet paper on the counter, that got wet and disgusting, plus the womens bathroom door does not lock properly

Great service. Will continue to be coming back

This store is always helpful to me

Trying to start a fish tank. The young girl trying to help was very sweet just not real knowledgeable about fish. The older lady came over and I felt like I was being verbally attacked. She was so rude and just mean. Very sad. We just left. Will not ne back.

Nice clean store with friendly staff. Would have been 5 stars for me but this store is a little smaller than what I've seen, therefore it had a little less inventory. Still a wonderful experience

The employees are awesome they truly love pets and that's awesome when you get to sit in there and talk to them about it cuz I lost my 18 and a half year old dog about 4 months ago and it kills me but to watch the way they interact with everyone else is beyond awesome kudos be blessed.

This is place is pretty filthy.

Didn't have what I wanted in stock but they helped find something better.

It was hard to find the kitten dry food. I gave up on finding kitten Pate. Man at checkout very nice. Prices were real Good.
