Very good veterinarian and staff.

Dr. Fields and his staff are kind and compassionate with your pets. My dog Dutchess, a German Shepherd mix was one of their patients. She lived to the ripe old age of 13 years. When she was near death and clearly suffering, Dr Fields helped her end it very peacefully. Thank you sir from the bottom of my heart.

Very good Vet. As with all things medical there are no doubt bad reviews from people who have lost pets or had a bad diagnosis. This is the case with every Doctor or Vet. They are human. I have been very happy with this place. Only negative is that they are so popular it's sometimes hard to get in.

Great vet. Fine staff. Got a $1,200 quote from a big emergency clinic for cat surgery. Dr. Fields charged less than $400 ... and did a tremendous job.

I was rudely told they are not accepting new patients and then hung up on...

Never a disappointment. They tell me what I need, are open to allowing you to explain and they advise what's best based on the convo. Prices are great! And their staff is always very friendly.

Very compassionate, friendly staff. Took my dog on am emergency level. Called with update. It was best for sake to euthanize. I was allowed to visit before it was done, very caring.

Been a customer for over 20 years but they will not help in urgent care even when open. only good for routine care. My sick animals turned down twice. So if you can make a 2 week appointment great, if your pet (their longtime patient) is sick, they reject you in favor of giving another dog a rabies shot. Honest vet. Treats your pets in front of you. Doesn't take them away to treat. Practical and reasonable service which is much appreciated.

Was booked up when my 20 year old dog took a turn for the worse. Still took the time out to take care my dog. Complete service so we can still have our dogs remains with us. Thanks for taking care of our dog!!!

They prescribed 35$ antibiotics that my cat didn't need , that's the only downfall I have about this place

I wouldn't trust anyone else with the medical care of my pets. The staff really cares about the wellbeing of animals. They have taken excellent care of our pets for almost 15 years. The compassion they have shown goes way beyond what is expected from any veterinarian.

This is the only vet we use. We have been using Dr. Fields for over 12 years. When our beloved Sophia had a stroke, he took great care of her needs. Now that we have a beautiful chocolate lab, Dr. Fieldstone already got hom on a schedule at 8 was old. Beautiful loves going to the vet clinic.

I love Dr Dusty and Charlene but after one too many issues (almost resulting in my dog's death) I will no longer take any pets to Eagle Mt Vet. They botched my dog's spay surgery, almost killing her. I came to pick her up and noticed very abnormal behavior (even the staff person said it was weird) but it was closing time so they told me to just bring her back Monday if she isn't better (she would have been dead by Monday had I not driven her out to The Parc 24-hr emergency for blood transfusions and fluids.) They also argued with me when I mentioned they had not given me her post-op meds. The desk person said she was sure she gave them to me and she was trying to rush me out the door before someone else saw them still sitting on the counter. While trying to get information for the new vet, the office staff could not find any vaccination records. I was told she had to be vaccinated prior to her spay surgery and that they would take care of it but they couldn't find any documentation proving she actually received the vaccines. I was told it was possible they vaccinated her but just forgot to document it and that there was no way to be sure so they advised just getting her revaccinated. She's highly sensitive to stuff like that so another vet is now looking at antibody testing options. They also refused an emergency appointment for my cat. Luckily, VCA Lakeside offered to squeeze us in even though they were fully booked that day and their staff was kind enough to help me with all of the new patient intake documents over the phone in order to cut my wait time. Regular check-ups are fine at Eagle Mt Vet but if you need anything more than that, please consider some place else.

Great bedside manner great with my dog and my husband it was worried about my dog even though my dog was aggressive the vet had no problem with taking care of him

I understand I have never been to this vet before due to the fact I just moved to azle, nevertheless, I called for advice on my 12 year old multi-poodle that is very sick that because I have never been there before, they couldn’t help? I mean wow, they could’ve at least said bring her in and let’s check her out. Talk about unprofessional!

Do you guys fix male dogs for under $300? I have a pit and black lab mix and he’s just turned 3 years old and I’ve noticed that his temper has been a little worse. I had a childhood dog who got fixed for similar reasons and he was just fine afterwards. The problem I have is, I’m tight on money and I need him fixed and eventually I need to get his shots and microchipped. But as of right now, I’m just worried about him getting fixed.
